I was stranded on the side of the interstate, I had reached out to my insurance provider through the roadside assistance program for help. The first company they dispatched never showed up but the driver that came to my rescue worked for you that man was extremely professional and friendly and did an excellent job of handling my modified/Lowered vehicle to get it on and off of the roll back without any damage. Great fast service. He saved the day for me and my daughter. We had a blow out on interstate and got us to a tire shop and taken care of. Highly recommend him
They came out right away and helped us when we had a flat tire and did not have the correct wrench to change it. Then our keys got locked in the truck and he went home and got his kit to open the door. We thank him for helping us.

This past Sunday while driving back from NC, I caught a flat tire. My roadside assistance linked me with Mr. Bohannon. The wait was not long and he and the young lady he had assisting were great. They put on my spare and followed me to a gas station to make sure I had enough air in it to get home. Great service.
If your having trouble with your vehicle and you need help, I recommend bohannons towing and repairs! Why you may ask? Well let me tell you. I called them with a harmonic balancer problem and an older gentlemen by the name of fly (I believe) was able to help me out and fix it right away. He was super fair and reasonable with me and I highly recommend friends and family to call them if they need any help with their vehicle. I couldn’t thank them enough for what they did in the amount of time they did it.

Excellent service and reliable repairs when my family and I were in great need of help! Our SUV broke down recently on I-40E near Monterey, TN. We were grateful to have called Bohannon’s Towing and Auto Repairs out of a list on Google. Mr. Bohannon came in his tow truck in 20 minutes and towed us to his shop. He and his mechanic diagnosed the problem, got the replacement part, did repairs efficiently and got us back on the road to our important event in NC. Mr. B called later to make sure our car and family were doing well knowing we had a long journey ahead. Our car made it to NC and back to TN and is still running well! Very thankful for their service to those in need of help.
I've been going to Fly for my auto repairs for YEARS. He is always incredibly friendly, helpful, and whenever he doesn't have what's needed, he goes out of his way to get the job done, and gets it done RIGHT. Absolutely fantastic!!!
Rude. Extreme price gouging. He advised me to look up the codes and regulations when I raised some concerns about the charges, and when I did and read them off to him he got extremely defensive. We tried to make arrangements to pick the car up the day it got towed but he could not accommodate so we were forced to wait and pay 3 days of storage at $30 a day. Dont be fooled by the Christian decor. he is as hypocritical as they come. We had no choice in using this awful service. Go anywhere else but here if you do have a choice.
