Stole my jack well both of my jacks should I say. They came to tow an RV I was trying to get back home that I got off Facebook and I had 2 of my floor jacks under it. One of the floor jacks was really important to me and I told them that. They were saying I had to pay to get the property back. But first I had to prove that the rv was mine. It was free from marketplace it didn't have a title or anything so how was I supposed to do that? I provided them with the messages from the previous owner and everything. Still I didn't hear anything from them. One of them jacks was a 500 dollar jack and it was from my grandpa. I've tried multiple times to contact them to get it back and they just keep saying well get back with you and then I never hear anything. It's pretty pathetic like they could just give me my jack back it not like they won't make money auction that off or scrapping it or whatever there gonna do with it not keep my jack so they can use it around there yard. Like I literally called and begged. Still nothing. Very disappointed. Will be reporting to better business bearu as well
These fine folks came to my rescue in Waynesboro. They drove the extra mileage to rescue me when my truck broke down in the drive-through lane of Rick‘s barbecue, and I couldn’t locate a local towing company.
Their customer service, courteousness, and attention to detail were absolutely tremendous
Was having AC problems in my F250 temps outside were high 90’s and my wife works out of the truck with me. Randall got me in asap and couldn’t believe it was only $45.00 normally a body shop but definitely a skilled shop.
This may be in Rual middle TN but after missing a Deer and flying into a Holler they were able to get me and my vehicle out. Some real good lord gals and boys.
Very friendly family owned business. They are one of the only wrecker services I have found lately that are actually fair and reasonable with their prices.
I hope I never need them again but would definitely call them first.
Helpful and friendly employees. Very knowledgeable. They will bend over backwards to help. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Only drawback is that they do not take credit or debit cards.
Webster's is hands down the best (and best equipped) wrecker and recovery business in Perry and suronding counties! We know them by name and have the number in the phone. The things that I have seen them fix (body damage) are amazing!
