The driver was very respectful and everything was done is a timely manner. The truck however just needed some buffing around the edges. Oh yeah the pricing was Great!! Thank you
Arney’s tower our daughters car after she had a wreck. We had to drive two hours to get her and clean out her car. He met us at the wrecker yard and helped us get everything out that she needed. This was before he was open too. So kind and helpful!!
John the owner/driver of the tow truck was fantastic, he took notice to get here and take my truck to T&M Automotive in Livingston TN. He was professional, informative, polite. Really enjoyed meeting John.
Honest man with best prices by a long shot never ever I tell you who sees this should only use this guy you will love the man and his work he takes care of an old better like he would a new Beamer aka BMW
I've had to call Arneys for many reasons over the years..broken down vehicles and accidents...day and night...every single time receiving the same wonderful service! Absolutely recommend! Very quick, on point, extremely helpful and kind. I could write a huge review describing how each time our family has had to call Arney the wonderful treatment we've received but just do yourself a favor and if you're in need of a wrecker service call Arney!
Idk about these other reviews.. The guy that answered the phone..is rude and cocky, has terrible customer service skills.. We called him because seeing he does Battery service.. Being out of state.. and camping on Dale Hollow. 7 hours from home..we asked if he does Battery replacement...he said no.. what am I supposed to do about your problem.. I just tow... then he proceeded to say.. if we called him at midnight knowing he's 24hrs.. he said he will not be coming..because it just a battery?? IDK WHAT PART OF WE ARE FROM OUT OF STATE HE DIDNT UNDERSTAND?? Definitely from the experience on the phone...I will not recommend. P.s he has a strong raspy smokers southern accent .. if that helps whomever gets this same treatment from him.
They're always available to answer any questions and they're really good people that will take care of you and make sure that you're happy before you leave
