Jason is a true professional. My tire management system warned me I was losing air on a semi-tractor drive tire.
After stopping on the side of the road, I could HEAR the leak. The tire lost 25 lbs. psi in about 20 minutes.
I was only about 2 miles from this shop, fortunately, and he assured me I could get there before I lost enough air to damage tire and/or rim.
He arrived promptly and found the reason for my leak--a nail about 2 inches long. He repaired my tire quickly.
As a result of his excellent service, I'm still on schedule to make my delivery tonight, and I won't have to reschedule the pickup after that.
was quick with repair, but drove maybe 0.5 miles and engine started to smoke after paying $575 for a fuel pump on a 94 Honda. labor was $375... would not recommend taking your car here if you want it to simply work.
just had my 2007 chevy tahoe serviced at allens and after doing a radiator pressure test done it was diagnosed a rear connector was the reason I was losing antifreeze. after paying $239. and some change my vehicle was presumed fixed. the following day I drove my tahoe about 3 miles from my home and noticed my vehicle was spraying antifreeze from the front of my vehicle ( has never done this ) and a pressure test would show this. so I contacted allens and took the vehicle back to them and after another shady diagnosis I was told it would cost $ 414.and some change because now my radiator has a crack in it. the so called mechanic told me my vehicle is old it just happens.. I do not believe in a coincidence and have had 3 GM certified mechanics look at my vehicle and all 3 stated that the pressure test should have shown the bad radiator if it was bad. so long story short I absolutely don't recommend ever taking a vehicle to them. this is the 2nd time with two different vehicles this has happened. and I will be sending my bill to allens for the damage. If anyone at Allen's would like to contact me to handle this issue feel free to do so before I take legal actions. Whats funny is the owners reply is that the vehicle has 200+ thousand miles on it. They just happen. Funny thing is my radiator never leaked until I took it to his shop. I hate home town thief's with fake customers
Nice try you did not tow it anywhere we drove it back up there, it took you a year to reply because you knew you was in the wrong! Nobody set me straight as an attorney was not needed as everything was replaced and paid for by you.
Quick to arrive on scene and very friendly to work with. Allowed me to get all personal belongings out of totaled vehicle at their offices. Great customer service.
Can't get your vehicle after it's been towed they say your vehicle ain't there when you can see it and won't let you get your property back they get hateful and rude poor business
Never used these guys, i did call on a holiday and they said no one was available cause of holiday... i mean, towing and recovering.. its like a hospital without ambulances on holidays... 3 stars because i had to use someone else I hope I never need your services but if I do ill be sure to update this
The waiting area was very nice and the wait time was short. However, I was quoted a price of $43 for my oil change. Apparently that did not include the oil filter or the charge for parts (I assume the oil filter). I expected tax, but not additional charges. I ended up paying $52
They used to put used tires on vehicles. Because they put them on my old car before. I bought some really good used tires for the vehicle I have now. I called to see what they charge now to put them on for me and was informed they don't put used tires on only new ones. This is a poor rural county and that business knows this. Most ppl can't afford new tires. I found a business who did it and cheaper. No more Allen's for me. I found another place to do my oil changes now.
After an accident on the interstate Allen's showed up ON LABOR DAY and took my car in until I could get in contact with insurance. Once I was able to get the claim going they recommended Collision Specialty, Inc. for my repairs and the process has gone so smoothly. I even left some things in my car (I live two hours from where the accident happened) and they were nice enough to send my things to me. I appreciate the kind service and I would use them again and again, hopefully I will never have to though.
