The driver appeared to be incompetent. He pulled the cover off my battery when he did not have to jump my car. The worst tow service I have seen in more than 50 years.
When calling a tow truck company three words that come to mind are RELIABLE, TIMELY, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you need a tow call BO'S may cost $20+ than community but the experience is worth it. Poor customer service, poor timing, and far as reliable smh. I still had to call another company which was BO'S they gratefully got me hooked up and towed to my destination in less than 45 min in 26° weather. There was zero attempt at moving my car by Community towing I was told it would take 2 hours before hearing back from owner @12:30 to tell me 4 hours later I would have to wait @4:35. 8 hours after waiting for someone to arrive@8:06 speaking with the owner he tells me his truck can't fit into the parking lot to call the following day when my neighbors aren't home in an apartment complex. When I explained that I waited ⅓ of my day, my patience had expired the owner followed with just forget it and he hangs up.
I have used CCC (Nathen) towing many times. He always arrives on time with a friendly smile. He knows how to get the job done. If I could give more stars I would. Thanks for doing a great job.
My vehicle broke down in the middle of an intersection. My roadside assistance informed me that they would come tow me in 2 hours. I called Community Towing and he was there in 8 minutes!! I am so grateful for his speedy service, and he is such a kind gentleman as well. Would definitely recommend
