I was recently traveling back from visiting home for the weekend. On the way back, my tire pressure light came on and I still had a ways to go. My dad found Abrakadabra online, The owner, Gilbert, ended up helping me with my tire issues. He was so incredibly friendly and you could just tell that it was genuine. We chatted while he was looking at the tires on my car and he had such a heart to help others and give back.
Gilbert picked up my dad’s 2007 Chevy trail blazer when it suddenly broke down at my house one weekend. His towing was quick and professional and he gave me lots of updates on the details of the diagnostics and condition of my dad’s car. We discovered that it had many problems and Gilbert was honest and transparent and very helpful in us finally deciding to find a different car instead of using all my dads money to fix the old trail blazer when it had so many problems and could break down again. I had an awesome experience with Gilbert—hands down one of the best mechanics I’ve ever worked with. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. He was honest, professional, and incredibly thorough. My Jaguar was giving me issues (needed a new alternator, water pump, and oil change) He explained everything clearly, gave a fair quote, and got the job done in the time he said he would. He made a very stressful situation for me not so stressful. From the moment I reached out to him to the time he finished, he was nothing but communicative.

Highly recommend!!! With me being so young and a female he didn’t try to get over on me and also he was very patient and honest he explains everything step by step. After I got my car back he call to make sure everything was good. And he came to me when my car didn’t start. It’s hard to find good people to work on your cars so give him a call!!

Everything he found wrong with my vehicle , he explained what the issues was and what it would take to fix the problem. He was very attentive to my concerns. He walked me through the entire process . These gentlemen moved mountains to get my car repaired. They worked from 8pm- 6am in the morning to get my car repaired and ready for the next work week. Jerry is a very honest mechanic, and is genuinely talented at his craft. Mr. Gilbert is professional, and is an interesting individual to talk too. He even made me a meal while i was waiting for my car to be fixed.
Mr. Gilbert is the nicest tow truck driver I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Mr. Gilbert was so helpful! I came in to get my car checked out and my tire fixed as it had a slow leak. I felt welcome as I waited for my car to be done. I felt like my car was in good hands and everything was explained simply. And it’s didn’t cost me crazy for a diagnostic!! Which is great! Told me up front how much and how long it would take. Gilbert is the most amazing mechanic that I have ever found in town. My car broke down just outside of nashville late afternoon and I contacted him to see if he would take my car. He was willing to help and wait for my tow truck to arrive! Once he had my car he did diagnostics and did the fix for a reasonable price. I got my friend to go to him as well for a spark plug replacement because of the positive interaction.
I was recommended to Gilbert for spark plug and ignition coil replacement by my friend. I called him on a Sunday evening (530pm), and he offered to do it right away. My maintenance wasn’t an emergency type deal. The convenience he provided was incredible. When I met him, he was very polite. His team quickly replaced my parts as a drive-in service. I brought my own parts, and his labor charge was really reasonable. It was great.

I needed to get a vehicle towed, I was given Mr. Williamson business. Mr. Williamson and I talked on the phone about where the vehicle was located. We set a time and Mr. Williamson was there to get the vehicle. Mr. Williamson explain in detail the price. I was worried that he couldn’t get the vehicle because it was stuck in the mud but he was able to get it out and put it on his tow truck. He was professional and knowledgeable on what he was doing. I’m grateful and thankful that vehicle is gone. I would recommend this business to everyone. Blessed
