Danny's Towing is top tier service! My car was stalling and needed to be towed to the dealership. The dispatcher was kind, energetic, and professional when I called to check on the status of the pick-up. I was given a 75 minute wait through the app, but once talking to the dispatcher, the tow truck was there in less than 30 minutes. This is the second time I've utilized their services and both times, service was exceptional. The dispatchers and drivers were professional and kind. And, my car was safely transported to the service department in Franklin, Tennessee. I was so impressed with their services, I picked up some Krispy Kreme Frankenstein Halloween donuts for the office. Thank you so much!

desk..her tone is very nasty. Even when I called to set up the tow..her energy gave that she would rather do anything than take the call. She told me over the phone the drivers only took cash. Today I’m with the driver and she calls about payment, I told her I was paying in cash she said “okay…if that’s what you wanna do…” like it wasn’t a good idea to do so, even tho she said drivers only took cash on the phone and never gave me an option to pay with her the day before. She then says with an ugly tone that it looks like the driver has already taken the car and I let her know, well yeah, I’m in the truck with him. Her tone was accusatory. She needs a railroad length worth of training in customer service. Very off putting and a reason to never use them again. Her attitude was never once pleasant and that lets me know she gets away with that behavior on a consistent level. Put someone on the phone who wakes up ready to represent your company with pleasure.
I am the legendary clarksville reviewer Tom baxter! I must speak my mind about Dan(9/11)NY's towing. (Didn't think id catch that did ya?) Danny and me personally were involved with the Minecraft 9/11 simulator server known as Danny craft! I have reviewed numerous places in town and I will continue to shed the light of day on places like this.
Was calling around for anyone to tow my car. Called Danny’s and at first it was a little longer than I was looking for. Was going to continue to look for someone else but they called me back a few minutes later to let me know there was a last minute cancellation and could get me right away. A towing company has never done that for me before so I really appreciated it. Then our driver David really went out of his way for us. To top it all off the prices were more affordable than most places around here. I’d recommend Danny’s now to anyone who needed a friendly tow. Thank you so much again!!!
Highly recommend, don't even look elsewhere! I've had a lot of vehicle issues lately and I have used a few companies. Some were beyond terrible, but Danny's Towing has been the best experience! They go above and beyond, great communication and make you feel at ease when your gowing through stressful vehicle issues!
My car was having brake issues and I needed it towed just a few minutes up the road to Budget Brakes. I first tried going through my insurance, but they quoted me $160, and another towing company gave me the same high price.
Then I called Danny’s Towing. It was only $95 cash, and the woman who answered the phone gave excellent customer service. She was kind, helpful, and super clear about everything. She told me the wait would be around 45 minutes, which was already much better than the 2-hour wait from others — but the tow truck driver actually showed up in just 16 minutes!
I didn’t catch his first name, but we shared the same last name — Robinson. He was incredibly professional, polite, and handled everything smoothly.
If you’re in the Clarksville area and need a tow, I highly recommend Danny’s Towing. Fast, affordable, and friendly.

Today was one hell of a day. I spilled a whole XL soda on myself before my shift, twisted my ankle falling at work and to top it off my car dies right at a light in the busy traffic of riverside. Luckily a kind group of people helped my pull it off to the side and Tom was there to get me in well under an hour of calling my roadside. He was so kind and friendly. His truck was clean and he got my big van into my tiny driveway with ease. First thing to go right today and I could not be more thankful to him!! If I ever need a tow again, I know to just call Danny's towing from this point forward.

I was in a bind this afternoon, but after Danny’s Towing was highly recommended by my buddy Robert, I gave them a call and within less than an hour they already had my car towed from the repair shop it was at to my house. Chelsea helped me on the phone and Thomas was the tow truck driver. Both of them were very professional and courteous. Thomas went out of his way to make sure my car was placed in the location I needed it to be within my home’s driveway, as to not be in the way of our other family member’s cars that still have to come and go around my car until it can be repaired. I would highly recommend Danny’s Towing after the great service I received today! Thank you again to Chelsea and Thomas!
This company is the best and the drivers are always friendly. Great looking trucks some of the nicest I have ever been in.
From one business owner to another they are going in the right direction with how fast they are able to get a driver to you. When I called they said 30 to 45 minutes to get someone to me and 15 minutes later someone was pulling up to get my vehicle. Never in my life was a tow company that quick and they will forever be the company I go to when I'm in a pinch.

This towing company it top notch! The lady in the office was very kind and helpful. She got me situated in short order. My son's car was all the way in Indian Mound. Within 3 hours the car was back at my house. The driver Austin is a real stand up guy! Very nice and knowledgeable. He handled my car with care. Theyve helped me in the past and my insurance carrier accepts their documentation of the tow which is extremely important! I highly recommend this company

Yesterday, stuck on interstate 24.. in Davidson county- I called Danny’s Towing. From the lady that answered phone to Chris , the driver that loaded my truck and drive me to Clarksville- great experience! Chris got out of his tow truck with a friendly smile and expressed how sorry he was that I was going through this. He made the day better, for sure!

Had to have my VW Atlas towed today because the battery went dead and wouldn’t crank. Danny’s was the cheapest quote that I got. Austin was the driver who picked up our car. Was 5 minutes early of the time I was told they would be there and he did an excellent job of getting my Atlas on to the wrecker. Took his time and was careful not to tear anything up on our car. Will be using them in the future if we ever need a tow. Highly recommend them to anyone needing a tow.
Wow, this company is awesome! They answered the phone fast & friendly, they showed up in 15 minutes & the driver, Chris, was super friendly and went above and beyond when he dropped out veh off at a shop after hours. He put a note in the drop box at the shop with our info and explanation of what happened to the car so that he shop could get started. We called at 8am and they already had it in the bay getting looked at because of Chris' note! Absolutely love this place. Nobody wants to use a tow truck company but when you have to, 100 percent use these guys!! They make it feel like they are on your side!
We will never use anyone but Danny’s Towing again! After having a terrible run around with our roadside assistance program (for FOUR hours!), our insurance agent agreed to let us find our own company. My husband had used Danny’s before so we chose them. From the office, who set up the service, to the experience on site with the technicians, the whole experience was fast, easy, friendly, and professional! Mark was so helpful. He was even able to tell us exactly what was wrong with the vehicle and saved us so much stress, time, and money. This is who you need to call if you are in the Clarksville Montgomery County area- hands down the best!
My fiance and I broke down this morning with a flat and they came out very quickly. The owner was so kind helping out his workers during the holidays. He made the whole process so easy and actually enjoyable because he was so compassionate and you could tell he truly cared about his customers. Had to have my Japanese import towed all the way to Smyrna to have a specific mechanic take a look at it, and Danny’s delivered! The process was so smooth, and they were able to have a truck at my house in 30 minutes. The process was extremely easy, and he was gone in about 15 minutes! I even got a call from the mechanic shop once the truck arrived and they said the driver (Mark I believe) was a pleasure to work with! Thank you Danny’s towing, you have my service.
