Got towed almost twice by them. First time was the leasing offices fault of my boyfriend’s apartment building. They told us non-permitted vehicles could park in the side lots and that we would be safe there. They told this to my friend in the same apartment, my boyfriend, and his mother. And I got towed. Had to pay $200. Not the towing company’s issue but that’s a steep charge. Was told they don’t patrol lots at night by the leasing office. That’s a lie they tried towing my car from a paid lot around the apartment building and we were watching our time go down from a minute as we’re walking out the building and they already had my car hooked up. The guy was taking pictures. BEFORE OUR TIME WAS UP!!! Other lots downtown don’t tow when your time is up it is more common for them to ticket. I’m assuming the towing company’s working with the leasing office to target broke college kids. When we were arguing with the towing guy to take my car off, he said “well now your time is up I don’t know what to tell you” and said we can pay him $100 right there for him to let it go or he’ll take it to the lot. When they aren’t even open at night for me to get my car. I paid the money because in the moment I felt like I had no choice. Just because this guy decided the time left in that lot didn’t matter to him. If I wasn’t there a minute beforehand he probably would’ve towed it as soon as the last second was gone. Really sketchy business and they only take cash. If you ever see signs don’t even park within a mile they’ll take your vehicle, legally or not according to some other reviews. Nobody was rude, just sketchy and predatory.
I have used Bo's towing 3 times now and they've always come in clutch for me they're always quicker than what they estimate they've always been real good about everything where they dropped the vehicle I just really appreciate the drivers and they just do an awesome job
I was told it was going to take over an hour for someone to come help me with my truck. They were there in less than 15 minutes. Ended up needing to be towed. They were teaching me about how to get my spare since it has a locking mechanism and was extremely helpful. They even waited until my Uber arrived after dropping off at the shop.
i called for a tow she said the tow truck driver will call me, never did call me i call back 45 mins later she has a attitude saying the tow truck driver is on a call and will call me , wouldnt give me a estimate time , the tow truck driver shows up 30 mins later with no call, mind you i already been waiting a hour and some change with no call. they pull up and refused to tow me bc the front desk lady said i mentioned something about “another tow company” so they wouldnt tow me. left me on the road bc she is rude and dont know how to talk to plp
I cant afford to get glasses before trade school now 250$ is a little much for a tow

He took card anyway but I asked other peope who said they where charged only 100
At the end of the day I parked at a coffee shop only to come back no car
And now I can't afford basic necessities as im going through trade school
I believe my driver last night was LJ, I wish I could give him 20 stars. He was professional and put my daughter and I at ease at a time I was not feeling calm. Lighthearted but on the job, he made a crap night a story we can tell for laughs. Thank you.
Bos is preying on vets and college students
I'm a Vet who does vet home care. Have been parking with approval for one year in an apartment complex for 90 minutes to care for a disabled vet who's paralyzed... Now that college is back Bos is snatching cars of students who probably don't know where to park and in their zeal to make money they snagged my car for 45 minutes and $200 fee ... No clue who took my car luckily another Bos tow truck was snagging other cars and I asked if he stole mine. He didn't another predatory tow truck did. You should be ashamed of your business practices and should never be trusted for normal towing needs ... Will be reporting to BBB and go through elected officials to get you shut down
My insurance company sent Bo’s out to put the spare tire on my wife’s car. They showed up without any tools to change a tire and repeatedly said they needed to tow it to a shop. They couldn’t change her tire because they didn’t have the tools and said ‘most tow companies don’t carry tools.’ Called the insurance company and had another company come out and take care of it. If you need a tire changed, this is not the business for that.
I was given an ETA for when the tow truck would arrive, and to my surprise, they actually showed up in about 15 minutes… way faster than I expected. My last towing experience with a different company took forever, but this one was smooth and quick. I’d definitely recommend these guys if you ever need your car towed. Reliable and efficient!
Guy who came out damaged my car providing a lockout service. I don't care if he didn't mean to. He did. He came out quickly. Now, I have a bigger problem. My door and window is dented and ripped.
Making a DISABLED VETERAN walk miles because you guys can't get with the times and have a card reader is disgusting! What tow company only takes cash?!?
On top of that, my daughter is burnt from being out in this heat and is showing signs of heat exhaustion. Y'all's really had no heart to help at all? THANK GOD YOU GOT YOUR MONEY.

I had a fantastic experience with Bo's Shop & Towing! I truly appreciate them working seamlessly with AAA for my recent tow. They were incredibly punctual, arriving exactly on time for our scheduled pickup, which was a huge relief. Even better, I made a mistake with the initial pickup location, but Bo's team was exceptionally understanding and accommodating. Despite it being entirely my fault, they adjusted to the new location without any hesitation or complaint. The service was incredibly quick and easy from start to finish.
The receptionist is absolutely rude. We called to ask questions on what to do and where to go and she was hateful. We get there to get the car and then explained to them on how the lady was rude and they should speak with her on it. We were then told she gives the same energy back that she gets. Not once was anyone rude to her. Not to mention our car was parked for maybe an hour and towed. Do better. Have grace and know how to work with the public. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
My family has used Bo’s no less than 8 times over the years. It was always a great experience- until today. The tow truck had a tire come off the bead or something and no one called me to let me know it would be a little longer before my son’s car arrived. When i called to inquire and make sure everything was ok, the lady who answered (it sounded like a cell phone) was very rude and then hung up on me before i finished speaking. Ive never had a bad experience- until now!
My wife and sister decided to park in a space in downtown Clarksville, TN. They were a bit skeptical about the spot, so they asked a nearby officer/security agent if they were good to park there, he said "yes". Of course, after they came back approximately 1.5hrs later, the car was gone. They contacted the tow company to have the car returned since they had an infant and 2year old out in the heat. The tow company said they would bring it back for $300. These young ladies had to seek shelter for around 45mins from the hot sun for both the babies as well as themselves. They tried to contact the tow company numerous times, but they were consistently ignored. Then, my wife received a phone call confirming the truck was on its way back, but it would be an additional 10mins.
I had just got back from deployment and haven’t had time to get I sticker for my car. I tired to explain the situation to them and nope we’re not understanding at all had to pay $200 dollars to get my car back. I even had my orders to show them. Not Military friendly at all didn’t even understand that I just got back if I were you, I would get a lawyer or something or fight everything that they do because it’s not right.
Matthew saved my but at 2am in the morning in Athens Tennessee … blew a tire on my Tri-axle trailer…he went to put on new tire to find out that the axle had moved six inches….he unbolted the U joints and moved it back into place….tightened it up and got me back on the road to Michigan ….600 miles and no problems the rest of the way home….your the best!!!
While on the I-24, my tire blew out. Bo's towing came to put my spare on just to find out I had bad lugnuts that was hard to remove. They managed to get them off and did an awesome job. Then to make it even better my dad was on his way to assist and his tire blew out lol. Bo's towing went to rescue my dad as well and we are truly grateful. These guys are amazing!!!
Got towed, said $200 if I picked up before noon the next day… the next day it became $250 because they had to dispatch a driver… if I waited until Monday $300. Showed up early to pick the car up and the guy they had to “dispatch” for the extra $50 was strolling down the road… he was already here working… Typical exploitation out of a poorly ran towing company. Fortunately I recorded the conversation the night before because this has happened to me before and the conversation of the guy telling me he was already there working today but still made me pay the dispatch fee… so I’ll turn it in to the BBB and hope for the best. Also the price isn’t posted on any of their signs around town…
My car broke down and after 2 different quotes from other places they gave us the best price to tow my car home from base & honored that price. The tow truck driver Jacob got there in great time and was amazing. He took care of the car and made the entire experience stress free. Bo’s Towing and Jacob helped make one of the most stressful situations stress free. These are kind and good hearted people and if we ever need a Tow again they will be the first people we call & will recommend to everyone around us!
Me and my girlfriend had been waiting in a residential area for about 2 1/2 hours. The tow truck driver Keith called us and said that he would be on the way about 5 to 10 minutes after I received the ETA. I also heard him in the background ordering a breakfast burrito after promising to be in route after he dropped off a car. After waiting, I finally called to get an updated ETA and he stated that my insurance company canceled the call after waiting on Keith for almost 3 hours. I understand the roads had snow and ice, but he stated he was only receiving police calls, but did not call to communicate that with anyone instead I waited the whole time for him to arrive so thank you a lot for nothing!

I had a great experience with Bo's Towing, Bo communicated clearly on when he would be arriving to pick up my car and kept me updated on his arrival. THEY CAUGHT MY TRUCK ON FIRE!!!! They used to be my go to tow truck company. They had a driver come out to tow our truck to the mechanic shop, told the driver don't start the truck, spark plugs are out of truck. To just tow it. He even said oh ok don't need the jump box then. Then he preceded to jump the truck and caught my pick up on fire. The spark plugs were out, the fuel rail was on top of the engine. Caught it on fire. Accidents happen, pay the repairs, which was under $400, they refuse told us originally jump starting a vehicle doesn't start a fire, then told us something must be wrong with the truck, and then told us we should have never handed the keys to the driver if it didn't need to be started for the tow. They are refusing to pay for the repairs. I'm just asking for the parts that were melted from the fire, not the water damage or anything else. They refuse.
The place is filthy and run out of their home, the trucks are run down and dirty, and the owners obviously avoid paying taxes at all costs. They don’t accept cards (debit, credit, you name it), checks, or any other form of payment but cash. Which can only imply their evasion of taxes. They have no problem holding your vehicle while you run to the ATM, and charging you for storage fees for it while you do so.
Nobody likes to have their vehicle towed. At least Jones Brother’s does it ethically, and pays their taxes. Consider community supporters first before you hire these clowns to monitor your properties.
Very nice people to deal with! Having car trouble is stressful. Everyone at Bo’s was amazing! The dispatch ladies were so very sweet, even went out of their way to follow up with me when the truck was on the way. The Driver was also great. Felt confident in the service I was receiving. Thank you all for making my rough morning a little better. Definitely recommend Bo’s Towing if you’re ever in need.
This company works with 911 Bail bonds to illegally tow peoples vehicles. This is called predatory towing. They stole my vehicle, afterwards lied and said the parking lot I parked in belonged to the church and that it has visible signs. I contacted the church and was told by the church “we have nothing to do with it. Bo’s Towing and 911 Bail Bonds are the ones doing it.” There are no LEGAL signs posted that it is private property or that you will be towed at the entrance. I am literally traumatized. The tow truck driver also got out of his vehicle and approached my husband with aggressive intent. UPDATE: if you look at the other “lowest” reviews, there were several people that were illegally towed that night.
They arrived in under 15 minutes and saved my butt out of a real jam. They are completely professional on the phone and in person. I would trust them to assist my own family we’re they ever in need.
