Incompetent service provider. Doesn't know what a Ford Econoline E350 15 passenger van is. He got an attitude and said he wanted a photo of the van. When I wasn't inclined he said he would call the insurance company and tell them he could provide service. How are you in the towing business for even a month and not know what a Ford 15 passenger van looks like. Avoid this clown
