I came across Mark here on Google and was skeptical at first of all the 5-star reviews, but after hiring him today I can honestly say he’s earned every one of them. He came out early on a Saturday to help me and didn’t jack up the price. Very reasonable and very fast. Great overall experience and I’d recommend him to anyone needing a tow.
Cannot recommend Mark highly enough. Fantastic service, fairly priced. Very responsive, very kind, very honest. Hopefully you’ll never need a tow truck, but if you do, call Mark. When my car broke down I called Mark and he was there within 20 mins. His priority was to make sure my family and I were safe, so he left to come to us as soon as I called, then his first questions were about if everyone was ok and warm. We had a car full of luggage (we were going on vacation) and he insisted on helping us unload bags into a friend’s vehicle, and said not to worry about the car because he’d get it taken care of, and said to just focus on getting my family home. He said he would get it to the mechanic I wanted it towed to, and then texted me when he got there, and later followed up to see how everyone was. He said he does this job because he wants to make a difference and help people when they are in need, and that comes through loud and clear.

Came very quickly. Towed my vehicle to the dealership Afterhours and ensured the keys were delivered safely and communication was excellent throughout the service. Hope to not have to use the service but definitely would again and definitely would recommend to a friend. Very kind person.
My daughter’s car broke down tonight on Christmas Eve. Mark answered the call and towed it to the shop for me. He was so kind and professional.

We called Mark when our car needed to be towed from TN to Birmingham, AL after hitting a deer on I-65. He was there very quickly and had us on the road in no time.
