These folks are top notch, they do a very professional job each and every time. Alex, was very professional and courteous, unfortunately he had to get in my yard to do his recovery and it made a small mess, (I am not upset as it is nothing that I can't fix), Alex tried to fix the ruts himself, he takes pride in his work and that shows. Always remember these guys are just doing their jobs, if you treat them with respect I know they will also treat you with the same respect!! A+++++ company!

My car was completely dead in the basement level of a parking garage 3 stories down and Jesus was able to get my car out of the garage with such ease. Made the process so easy and way less stressful. Appreciate Bad Boy Towing so much!!

Submitted a request for tow and these guys picked it up immediately. Manuel was an absolute pro. He gave me an accurate ETA from the start, and gave me a 2 minute heads up when he was almost there so I could get ready. When he got there he was incredibly friendly and efficient with his work. Very pleased with this tow company and especially Manuel

Much better experience with Luis this morning who picked up my truck. Every other tow company had me wait 4+ hours but he showed up on time first thing in the morning in a professional manner. Guapo También

A four hour wait in 100° weather is just not okay. Let another company take the request. And then to no call, no show after 4 hours... Won't answer a phone. Won't answer USAA calling for me. What you put me through today I will never forget. And I will never support your business. I will actively persuade others to avoid this business for as long as I have breathe in my lungs.

Almost 6 hour wait with no answers to calls. Got a 30 min delay 45 minutes later another 30 min delay. 2 hours later 15 min delay to another 10 min delay with the live GPS monitor showing them getting farther away. Called multiple times for driver no answer and company no answer. My insurance calls then no asnwer. Been 15 mins away for the last hour and a half. Never showed up. Never had such a long wait or no answers from a towing service like this. Spent 6 hours on my day off on the sidewalk with no communication besides delays.

M. Just saved my day after rescuing me from the side of the road and then after bringing me were I needed to charge he jumped my car and did all this while being friendly and kind! 10000% recommend!

Jesus was very professional, kind, efficient, and reassuring! I was very impressed with the response time and the travel time since we had to go across state lines! Everything was super efficient. My truck was delivered very carefully and easily! Shout out to AAA for connecting me with this company!

The driver did not introduce himself to me, he was unprofessional and rude. He got out of his tow truck, took a picture and then got back in his truck and drove off, leaving me stranded with no explanation and then he told Allstate that I refused to sign the paperwork is the reason he did not tow which is the biggest lie!! Just wrong!!

My car was broken into and the ignition was removed. He figured out how to turn on the power, get it out of a tight spot, and out of a low clearance garage. Very impressed and appreciative!

This is the absolute worst place to deal with, rude, no idea of how to run a business and make sure you get a receipt for your balance (that was supposed to already be paid for) but they needed additional $260 in CASH ONLY and didn’t give us a receipt and now refusing too give us one and ignoring our calls, so I’m guessing we were charged $260 for absolutely nothing since they they didn’t give a receipt and refusing to lift a finger to give us one. Sad and pathetic excuse of a business.and this is Loretta tn!

Got great help! I have Usaa and had a crazy situation where I didn't think I'd get a tow truck driver due to the rare bad handling of service request. This guy came and got me out of the ditch at almost 12 am and drove my car to the house.

Driver was extremely rude and unprofessional. Upon my arrival to speak with the driver of the tow truck I asked him a simple question after letting him know that I was the owner of the vehicle about what was his plan to tow my vehicle from the spot it was located. He disregarded my requested and acting as though it was a problem that I asked him how he was going to move the vehicle and completely ignored my repeated attempts to to ask him how he was going to move my vehicle. After asking him one final time he walked off and proceeded to drive off while basically insulting what I requested from him. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I had a one car accident and needed a tow to get a new tire and rim. They were there in roughly 40 minutes. Fast, friendly, and professional. They also looked out for my safety as they were loading my car. I am very pleased with the service I received and would gladly recommend them to anyone in need.

I waited almost 2 hours for them only to cancel my tow at the last minute with no explanation. When I tried calling me the lady was rude and hanged up on me , she didn’t even care. Terrible terrible service I would not recommend.

My insurance request for roadside assistance on my behalf due to having an issue with my tire on the interstate. I talked to a representative from the company who informed to me that they would be there shortly or less than an hour. I waited over two hours and more and still no show. I tried calling back to see what was their ETA and got no answer. I called my insurance company. My insurance provider, State Farm called them to see what was their updated ETA. There was no response. They had to call another towing service which only took them less than 20 minutes to help me. I would never ever EVER want their services for anything. I was stuck on dark road with a flat tire off the interstate for over 3 hours. Thank God for the other towing company and their professionalism. This company has Poor Services and Very Unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!I wish that I could give only 0000000 stars because that’s what they deserves all ZEROES 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

As others have stated in this review forum “if I could give zero stars I WOULD!!!” All of this review is my own personal opinion and experience! Terrible experience with the owner directly. He did not even make an attempt to speak with me professionally and discuss the issues that I described to him over the phone. I will not go in to detail unless I get a negative unprofessional response to this review. But I will not be removing this post unless things are made right by this business. But at this point I do not recommend using this business and hope that I do not have to deal with anyone associated with them EVER AGAIN!!!

If I could give them a ZERO I could. The driver was rude. Would not speak to me. Would not look at me. I asked him to help me remove cage that was hitched and he said it was not a problem. Then he started the bus and tried to drive it up the ramp. I stopped him saying their was a broken belt and it should not be driven! Pieces of belt were flying. Also as loading, the cage was digging into asphalt and got stuck. He had to back it up and we removed cage. Then he tried to drive it on the truck again! He realized he was causing more damage and stopped. Then Used the pulley to load. Finally. When he arrives at the diesel shop the mechanic called immediately to tell me transmission fluid was pouring out of the engine as he was unloading. I did not have any fluid leaks. Just a serpentine belt and electrical issue with dash. I texted bad boys towing telling them what happened and offered pictures of him loading. $1100 bill for transmission repair and bad boys will not respond to me. I hope all will head the warning and not use Bad Boys.

I wish to extend my sincere appreciation for all the help Mr. Tommy Palmer provided my partner and I on a recent recovery operation on Interstate 40-E, mile marker 262. Mr. Palmer went above and beyond in helping recover us from the interstate median in the middle of a rain storm, practically swimming in ditch’s water to hook our vehicle up and tow us out. Mr. Palmer is to be commended for his professionalism, and his genuinely kind & friendly demeanor. You should feel proud to have Mr. Palmer on your team, and I intend to recommend your business to anyone ever needing these services. This was the best experience I have ever had, in a situation (getting towed) that is otherwise stressful and unpleasant.

I hope my insurance company never uses this tow service. I waited 3 hrs for a tow, and they never showed. I understand that we are living in trying times right now but 3 hrs is unacceptable. Why do we pay for services that are not being rendered.

Booked them to tow my truck through insurance. After waiting 2 hours...never showed up, and did not pick up calls and poor all around. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Guy never showed up! Never responded to any phone call after 1st contact. ETA kept changing, which left me stranded for over 6 hours. I initiated the tow around 6:45 p.m. So bout time they finally was honest and told me they was not coming it was about 12 a.m. Called another tow company out they arrived quick and got me home..

My mom lost her husband, and the burial and ceremony was concluded for less than a week. Arrangements were made with the Credit Union to resolve finances at the end of the month (June), incident day was the 8th. Pending resolution was 1) RV 2) Cadillac 3) Ford full size Tractor 4) Stratus boat. Bad Boy representative called my mother to inform her they were on her property in the country and repossessing vehicles and wanted the keys to them. The credit union and I got a call wondering why this uncalled for action was disrupting an already trying time in her life. Not to mention the invasion of her property that is clearly marked “NO TRESPASSING”. To make matters worse not only were the payments on everything current, but the RV had a payment made early to get it out of the way. I went to the property for my mom. The bank teller and supervisor told her the VP of the Credit Union over-rode the typed up e-Mail agreement and wanted the items repossessed immediately due to the death being a form of breach of contract. The Vice President indeed was dishonoring a verified e-mailed agreement with no call or notification what so ever. Notice sprung on a grieving widow by a pushy demanding repossession agent for keys to vehicles totally current on payments sitting on private property a quarter mile off the highway. My encounter began at the end of this long driveway. As I pulled in I had the front of my vehicle overlap the by a foot, about the width of the one headlight. This was to encourage dialogue, obviously not an attempt to block the path out by any means. The front tow truck turned slightly as expected to navigate around me. I stopped my vehicle which was bumper parallel with his drivers door and opened my door and got out to address the driver. Being apparent I wished to speak with him and was not in full aggression mode; nor attempting to completely block them in; the driver stopped to hear what I had to say. I stated this was private property and no trespassing was posted. The driver replied he was tasked with this job. I restarted my position. I was directed to his supervisor. Who was on his way up to talk to me. The original contact was to the point and “as a matter of fact” based between us. This driver was professional in a situation I’m sure usually filled with tension. Enter the “I’m in charge” ;(HIGH SPEED) Supervisor. I stated again the obvious; it’s private property with signs posted. High Speeds response is everything is private property. I explained my mom has vested interest in some/ or all of these vehicles. He began telling me who I was, without me formally introducing the fact. This lead to his impressing himself with his knowledge of who I am, and his “knowing” I have the stratus boat that is needed to complete their list of vehicles needed. Insinuating I’m hiding something an agreement was formally written up and emailed about. Further speculation on his part threw off my first impression of High Speed; and the reason I limited any quick short movements. His posture and gate lead me to suspect off duty police officer in a second job. Being military myself I’m poised to show the respect for a fellow government servant in a thankless position. I kept my military bearings. I reiterated vested interest and private property. At this point as he kept telling me “everything, it’s all private property” and he indeed would go on the property again if he wanted to; I realized he indeed had no military or professional posture at all. His posture was short lived and merely coincidental. This man was merely arrogant, not self assured; and pushy combined with the bossy attitude of a little child wielding self proclaimed authority given, but not earned. He began condescending orders to me flailing hands in tow ordering me to get in my vehicle and move. I took a half step back for both of our sakes, based on his actions pulling my post deployment PTSD to surface with his threatening tone and movements. By himself, I was prepared to defend his provocative gestures. I diffused the situation, for their own good.

My Nissan Quest broke down yesterday outside of St. Joe, and we were worried how to get it home. The first call I made this morning was to Bad Boy Towing & Recovery, within 15 minutes, he met my husband and towed my van to Iron City! The cost was great, and they were so easy to get ahold of, I will definitely reccomend them to anyone!
