  Call to check if they had an owner's manual for my 2015 new to me car. They said they had one for a 2016. Drove 19 miles one way and they had nothing. They did not even apologize for my time or gas. Very very poor customer service.

  Horrible customer service. Called twice yesterday and was told someone would for sure come to get our van. No one ever came and when I called this morning the person in charge was rude and literally said I'm not sure why you are upset..... I'm upset that I was lied to yesterday and you are making excuses instead of apologizing. Absolute waste of our time and Horrible customer service. If you have 50 cars to get and only one person..... maybe you should hire more people. Or tell people you might get them that day instead of we will for sure get someone out there. I tried to give them a chance to correct their mistake and instead was met with excuses. This place is not a respectable business and they don't care about your time. Go anywhere else but here. What a joke.

  Absolute joke of a company. I called at 12pm, got a quote, and was told drivers would be notified and I’d hear back. Never happened. Called again at 3:30 and the guy acted clueless like he’d never even heard about it. He swore someone would come that evening but no one showed, no call, nothing. Completely unreliable, wasted my entire day, and flat-out lied to me. Do not bother with this place.
