We were coming from Ohio bound for South Florida with 2 doodles. We caught a nail in the tire near Knoxville. Not patchable. Snow storm that shut down the city of Knoxville. We were connected with Clinton Hwy Wrecker Service through AAA. The customer service was above and beyond. We didn’t have the proper jack - they brought in reinforcements quickly. We couldn’t fit our flat tire in our trunk - Rick followed us to our hotel with our tire. 11/10 recommend.
Called 2 other services and was told they were on the way..Sat for 90 minutes while it snowed before realized the other places weren't coming, so I called Clinton Hwy Service...he was there quickly and did a great job for a reasonable price. I really appreciate it.
Will never recommend these people to anyone. What a joke they are. Take forever to get there and on top of that they are outrageous on towing prices. Definitely would recommend anyone else in the area before I would them… thanks for nothing!
My car stopped on me on I40 east in rush hour traffic on a Thursday afternoon. I was on the inside of the lanes against the concrete barrier. Traffic was flying past me….I called AAA & they sent out a request for a long haul tow. Brad Barnes responded quickly & showed up within 15 minutes of my request. I was afraid no one would respond since it was such a long tow. Brad was my savior. He was both professional & knowledgeable. He had my car loaded & out of danger quickly. I was hit by a semi truck the other day and my car wasn't drivable, obviously. I called these people and they got to me in 20 minutes. Super nice. Easy to deal with when needing to go back to get my belongings out of my car.
Awesome service and drivers, not someone u really wamt to call but if u need to these are the pros. They took really good care of our car after the wreck and we are kinda picky with our cars so its nice to know a company that dose care of the vehicle even know they might be totalled.
Eddie was awesome! After three failed attempts by another company to tow my brand new car to the dealership after roadside assistance had arranged for a tow, Eddie arrived and immediately had a plan that he shared with me for how to get the car out of the garage and then executed the plan perfectly. The other company wasted nearly five hours of my day sending drivers that clearly did not care and couldn’t figure out what to do. If I ever need another tow, I will call this company and you should too. And if Eddie is who they send, you will know you are in good hands.
We were from out of state, involved in a crash. Was towed to their lot. They were very helpful with suggestions as clean place to stay , advice on what we needed to do. And offered a ride to motel, but waited till our Lyft driver showed up. Top notch service.. if you need a tow , call them !!

I just had my 1963 Impala hauled home on a roll back. The driver , Daniel, was extremely careful with my car. I could not have asked for better service. He really went out of his way to make sure that my car did not suffer any damage. This guy really deserves some praise!

Had to have my Hyundai towed from my house to the dealership. Got connected with CHWS through AAA. Daniel called me and was at my place in a flash. I had a meeting and wasn’t able to meet them when they arrived, but they took care of everything. Fast and friendly and good … would use again!

My car died at the Dollar General on Clinton Hwy. Called AAA. Thinking it wasn’t a simple fix, I scheduled to have my car towed to my house. Brandy came and it was my battery. She gave me directions to Advanced Auto. I made it there safely. She was great.
I needed a tow around 2am on Sunday morning. A friend of mine had her front brakes inexplicably lock up. She had 3 kids with her and the car could not be driven. They dispatched Eddie and he was there pretty dang quick. We were so glad to see him! He had that Honda lifted & hooked in about 5 minutes and we were rolling out to Ftn City. Eddie was very polite, professional and even took the time to explain how his wrecker worked to some curious teenagers. He got us off the road & home safely and for that we were all very grateful.
I called to have one of my vehicles taken to the garage because the power steering pump went out. Dispatch was very cordial and professional and Brandy came to my house and picked up my car, pulled it tight on the flatbed and was gone in just a few minutes. She was very professional and very courteous!
Hold onto your wallet. These guys are a joke within the wrecker community in town. They increased the price on me after delivery then threatened to trespass on my property to remove it if I didn’t immediately pay the increased amount. Very unprofessional office staff loud, aggressive and threatening. The driver was a nice guy but management and staff are terrible. The owner WILL NOT have a conversation with you, even upon request. Also waited 4 hours past the 2-day-prescheduled time. Absolutely terrible local business.
I had two tires blown out after hitting the mother of all pot holes on I-75 South and after calling several other companies and finding BMW Roadside Assistance completely useless, I contacted Clinton Wrecker. Eddie came out and was friendly, courteous and offered to take me and my mil to our home. We didn’t need that but that showed me that this company cared about stranded humans!! Would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Eddie again!
I wanted to take a minute to say thank you to Clinton Highway wrecker service and Rick himself! He took the time to make sure my Mustang GT was greatly taken care of and also very professional! He is a very proud owner and operator of his company with very nice equipment and takes pride in what he does! He will always be who I call if I need a tow from this day forward.
Freddie & Heather were great! I can't believe how Freddie was able to get my RV out of the driveway and around the corner from where I bought it (very tight spot) and then took the time to drop it in my driveway exactly where I wanted it. That was no easy task! Very reasonably priced and I would highly recommend them.
If I could give em a 10 I would they were great. When I seen a woman got there to get me I was even more happy. I will always call them. They also made sure I knew the laws and were going to take me home if I needed them too. Thanks to everyone there
Nice, professional staff not at all like some tow services I've delt with in the past.. Totaled our car and gave no issues to allowing us to retreave our belongings
