I just had my 1963 Impala hauled home on a roll back. The driver , Daniel, was extremely careful with my car. I could not have asked for better service. He really went out of his way to make sure that my car did not suffer any damage. This guy really deserves some praise!

My wife's car died on Clinton Highway last night. Called this morning to get a tow. The driver was there within 15 minutes of my call. He was very professional, especially for 8 am on a Sunday. Price was lower than I expected. The whole process was seamless and professional. Highly recommend

My car died at the Dollar General on Clinton Hwy. Called AAA. Thinking it wasn’t a simple fix, I scheduled to have my car towed to my house. Brandy came and it was my battery. She gave me directions to Advanced Auto. I made it there safely. She was great.
In the early hours of the morning, Brandy came to our rescue within minutes. She expertly towed, us to a hotel safely, and dropped off our car to a trusted mechanic.
When you’re stranded on the highway, it’s a pain, but Brandy showed that CHWS has your back.
I needed a tow around 2am on Sunday morning. A friend of mine had her front brakes inexplicably lock up. She had 3 kids with her and the car could not be driven. They dispatched Eddie and he was there pretty dang quick. We were so glad to see him! He had that Honda lifted & hooked in about 5 minutes and we were rolling out to Ftn City. Eddie was very polite, professional and even took the time to explain how his wrecker worked to some curious teenagers. He got us off the road & home safely and for that we were all very grateful.
I called to have one of my vehicles taken to the garage because the power steering pump went out. Dispatch was very cordial and professional and Brandy came to my house and picked up my car, pulled it tight on the flatbed and was gone in just a few minutes. She was very professional and very courteous!
The drivers of the trucks need to learn what a STOP sign is. Yet again for the second time in less than a month I had one run a stop sign on me. Maybe I should send you the bill for my brake replacements.
Hold onto your wallet. These guys are a joke within the wrecker community in town. They increased the price on me after delivery then threatened to trespass on my property to remove it if I didn’t immediately pay the increased amount. Very unprofessional office staff loud, aggressive and threatening.
The driver was a nice guy but management and staff are terrible. The owner WILL NOT have a conversation with you, even upon request.
Also waited 4 hours past the 2-day-prescheduled time.

Wish I could Give a 10 Rating!! My alternator failed 5 miles into Tn. on I-75. AAA contacted This Company and They came 50 miles north to pick Me up and transport Me to a repair facility. I was driving a 1951 Ford Show car and Rick handled It as If It was His own Car. When parts were not available to fix it, i was lent a truck to get to a motel and back in the Morning. This Operation is Absolutely 1st rate and Truely Southern Hospilitity at It's Finest!!
I had two tires blown out after hitting the mother of all pot holes on I-75 South and after calling several other companies and finding BMW Roadside Assistance completely useless, I contacted Clinton Wrecker. Eddie came out and was friendly, courteous and offered to take me and my mil to our home. We didn’t need that but that showed me that this company cared about stranded humans!! Would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Eddie again!
We were on our way to the the beach in an F350 Dually pulling a 43 foot camper when the truck stopped working 45 minutes from Knoxville. We called Clinton Wrecker and they were there within 2 hours. They towed both the vehicle and camper without any issues. We highly recommend them.

Took care of my sons car to and from the mechanics. Very nice ladies on the phone, very nice truck driver. Was the cheapest I found as well. Would be 5 stars but we had to wait hours both times, but they were short drivers and had emergencies and ours was not emergency. But still my business is business and waiting hours sucks lol but not enough for a bad rating.
I've had to use their towing service at least 3 times because my Ford Focus transmission went out and also again when my key fob for the push start stopped working. Josh is so polite and friendly and did great service getting my car and me safely home. Truly recommend them for anyone in Knoxville!
Freddie & Heather were great! I can't believe how Freddie was able to get my RV out of the driveway and around the corner from where I bought it (very tight spot) and then took the time to drop it in my driveway exactly where I wanted it. That was no easy task!
