Needed a tow at nearly 11pm due to a wheel bearing going out. Another local tow shop said they weren't going to come, their review coming, so I called this place. I'm very glad I did.
The lady on the phone, although asleep was very friendly and helpful right away and understood the urgency we were in with 3 kids and already waiting an hour. Driver arrived in about 15 mins or so and was a friendly guy. (We did have a small mishap but everyone handled it a patient and understanding and friendly manner. ) The driver towed me to Nissan of Paris without any other issue. The company was friendly, helpful, understanding, and I would definitely use them again if the need should come up.

THIS is the company to use if you need a tow. Patterson/Denton tow service turned my bad morning into a good one! I had several things go on on my way home,almost 3 hours away..I stopped here immediately when my lights went off concerning my tire. The ladies inside & everyone I spoke with inside were immensely kind. And let me also brag on the tow truck driver! After realizing that my tire was unfixable,he went immediately into calling Walmart to make sure they had my size,then not only towed me to get the tires,but towed me to the shop that he recommended that was open. He was extremely kind and with the morning I had,it was so needed. God truly will send you where you need to be…because THESE people,took their time to talk to me,help me & bless me. I couldn’t let the day go by without making sure everyone knew that there’s undoubtedly no other tow company that will go the lengths they went with a complete stranger from another state! If they’d treat me this way, I know they will treat yall the same.
I was 110% pleased with the service that we received on our breakdown. Seamless and simple. I couldn't ask for the driver to do any better than he did. 5 stars isn't enough. I appreciate y'all!

The shop owner, whom I initially dealt with over a car sale, was not only courteous but straight forward on what was for sale, he made it very clear he was selling used vehicles told the circumstances behind his coming possession of it. There was absolutely no pressure to buy.
And I did buy a vehicle that was an impound forfeiture, took all the (lots of extra showing their legal possession) paperwork to the DMV and they said everything was perfect.
All I can say is, if you want to purchase a vehicle from them, it would be nice if you have the time to look at their Facebook page as their inventory changes.
I highly recommend using their towing service should the need arise. When others could not get to me, they came in to the rescue. They were prompt and courteous. They got my vehicle to the repair shop and even took me where I needed to go. I would definitely use again if I should need to do so.
I would rate these guys 10 stars. No lie these guys literally saved my life I ran out of gas on highway 45 I am a AAA MEMBER.THEY CAME ALL THE WAY OUT TO MATIN,TN TO bring me gas . I had been sitting on the side of the road for 5 hrs with no fuel finally AAA called these guys and they brought me fuel in less than 45 min. In was 14° that day . Thank you guys for showing up so quickly and helping me out my hat comes off for you.
Can't get the owner to return my calls about a tow. No idea if I'm being charged storage fees and can't get ahold to even pay my bill. Not a secured location either, no fences or cameras. Would not reccomend.
The worst I called them once to ask if they had my car and now they won’t answer back so I can see what the price is to get it back!! So they don’t even deserve one star called them from a different number and they said wrong number called again and they answered like they should have when we had said the same sentence.
