Dropped my BMW off because it had a coolant leak. They diagnosed it as the water pump and replaced for $1300. They also told me it needed an oil change based on an old sticker and "the condition of the oil", despite it having been changed 3 weeks earlier. I got it home on a Thursday, drove it Friday, and noticed coolant leaking out of it just the same as before. I was out of town for a week but brought it back today and they are now saying its the radiator and want $2500 to replace. They are adamant that the water pump was really leaking, and that when it left on a Thursday there were no leaks at all, and that it was a completely new leak that sprung up, the day after it left the shop...

Excellent service from Birchie, Blevins, Skip and the crew at Maple’s Automotive. Received my car in excellent condition after getting tires, alignment and diagnostics. The crew took really good care of my aftermarket wheels, removing the old weights appropriately doing no damage, unlike most other shops in town. The work was performed in a timely manner, staff was polite, very fair on prices and willing to work with/listen to my concerns. I can’t brag on these guys enough. Highly recommend, will certainly return.

I purchased a set of tires from Maples last week and the service was top notch! They definitely went the extra mile to ensure everything was done correctly!

First rate work and service. My 16 year old Highlander had multiple issues and had to be towed to the shop. One of the technicians identified the main problems and found a few more. I got a call and was given the recommendations and estimate of charges, which I approved. Everything completed in a timely and efficient manner. Good warranty on the repairs too! UPDATE: Back last week for an oil change. Got an appointment at my requested time. Job was finished quickly; price was fair. During my wait I became acquainted with a pair of four legged guys who were most friendly. I will be back when the need arises. Update: Back for an oil change. Got an appointment the day and time I requested; service performed in a timely manner; price very fair. Will be back as necessary.

The Maples crew did great work once again. We were needing some quick but critical service before a cross country road trip and they got everything ordered, installed and done with time to spare. The after hours drop off and pick up is really convenient too.

Maples just gained a new customer! After Crown Subaru moved across town, I'd tried a few various mechanics and was not very impressed. I stumbled upon Maples after researching shops close to me and I now fully understand why they are so highly rated! Not only did they beat the socks off the dealer's quotes for shocks/struts, they were able to get a different brand per my request for the same cost of the OEM replacement. While doing the work they uncovered some worn bushings, and after picking our car up I can honestly say the refresh was well worth it! The car feels revived, drives smooth, quiet, and has a restored sense of solid steering feel. The added convenience of having Maples right down the road is a HUGE win. Thank you Maples for the solid work, and quick turn around. The communication was wonderful, and I will be utilizing you guys for both our Subaru's from here on out!

Great shop overall. Quickly identified the issues with my vehicle and gave a full bumper to bumper inspection. They sent me a detailed list with full transparency of cost and time needed for repairs. Everything was done quickly and they even followed up after a few days to make sure I was happy with their work. Maples is my new shop!

You save more if you pay in cash upfront. Willing to negotiate prices, especially if you provide the parts. Good work, got it done same day for a LOT (at least in my eyes) of stuff (Lower Control Arms, Right Axle, Wheel Bearings) and on a Volkswagen too! We all know how confusing german cars can be.

Maples got right to us, gave an honest estimate, and had our insrument panel repair complete within a week. We will continue to keep our auto repair local with Maples. We had to have our car (Toyota RAV4) towed from I24 near Manchester to Maples on a Sunday afternoon recently. We had a nail in the tire and then the spare came off. Maples did an excellent job in working with us to replace the tire, which was under Road Hazard insurance with the tire dealer and making sure no further damage had been done in the incident. Kaylee was professional in all customer communication and Skip did an excellent job with the car and was fair with the work done and what was charged. We have brought our cars to Maples for maintenance and repairs and have always been pleased.

We were traveling from out of town when our brakes needed immediate attention. Skip fit us in and did a great job. He even changed us less than the quote. I would highly recommend Maples.

Great experience with Maples and I highly recommend them to anyone needing auto repairs. I needed a water pump on a newish but out of warranty vehicle. Changing a water pump used to be a DIY task, however, as with most repairs now the process is far more involved with newer models. Maples has a great location; very clean and nice shop area. I was impressed from start to finish with reception, estimate, timely and professional work and follow up calls to make sure all was ok with my car. I'll go to Maples for all future repair needs. Being fairly new to the area, I am grateful to have found a fair and reliable service shop that I can trust.

This shop has a very well deserved 5 star rating, and I suspect always will. Incredible service, incredible people, and incredible prices. Any one of these is rare these days, but all 3?! It's great to have a place I can rely on and trust! In between houses and needed someone to get my beast ready for an HPDE road course event 😁. Perfect pedal feel and everything was done exactly as it should be! The car even sounds happier 🤣

Skip Maples and his team are professional and provide excellent service. I was taking a LONG road trip recently and needed new tires. Skip found the right tires for my car and did an alignment job on very short notice. The workmanship was exceptional! The car ran beautifully and everything was aligned perfectly. I’m so impressed with Maples Automotive! I’ve had terrible experiences with mechanics in the past so anytime I need work done I feel very apprehensive. I’m so glad to say I’ve found my new go to place in Maple’s Automotive. Not only did they quote me a way cheaper price than other places they also had my car ready to go less than 12 hours later. I love taking my care to Maples, and not just because their Great Danes come out to great me. Skip, his wife, and their team do a great job, are fair in their pricing and I feel like they are looking out for my car (I have challenges Skip to get my van to at least 250K miles). You can spot the professionalism just by the wat they care for their shop - it is kept very clean and organized. It is worth the extra drive to get Maples level of service!!
