Today 10/24/2025, around noon, one of your truck drivers almost hit me and another vehicle when turning left from Morrison Springs onto Dayton Boulevard. He failed to maintain his turn lane, and illegally merged across two lanes to turn right on Ashland Terrace. When he almost hit me, I honked to alert him of his mistake and then Bubba proceeded to road rage at me like it was my fault.
Lifesavers right here!
I really believe a "Higher Power " interviened w/getting this Prius towed to Kia of Chattanooga from Trenton GA from "Mostellers" Towing/Wrecking Service.
It's been a pain trying to find a decent, reasonable tow service.
I won't go into all the details
But we're so happy to have found them and Stephen the Driver was such a Gentleman And
So Professional, and Janie was the kindest lady ever.
I was in a tizzy and she was so understanding.
You just don't find and get Amazing Service nowadays and Monstellers has givin me a great reason to use them for ALL my towing from now on.

As a shop manager my experience with Mostellers has been amazing. Great owner, great foreman, top notch equipment. It's hard to have a positive rating in a business dealing with loss. It speaks for its self to the best in the home of the tow truck.
If I could give zero stars I would. I could not recommend this company less. Their business practices are not just questionable but outright illegal. They have the audacity to demand cash payments, which is a blatant violation of the law. According to regulations, they are required to provide payment options via card or send an invoice to your residence, neither of which they bother to adhere to.
On top of their shady payment demands, they gouge customers with a $150 fee, which is double the legal limit. It's clear they have no regard for the law or consumer rights. They justify this outrageous charge by claiming it's because you failed to catch them in the act, which again, is flagrantly illegal. The maximum allowable under the law is $75 per day, a fact they seem to conveniently ignore.
If you need further proof of their deceitful practices, I have video evidence of one of their employees aggressively insisting on cash payment. They operate with such impunity that it's high time they face the consequences. I urge anyone affected by their underhanded tactics to familiarize themselves with SB 0649, the Booting Consumer Protection Act, which explicitly forbids charging more than $75 per day. Effective July 1st, 2024, they won't even be allowed to charge more than $75 in total. This company is a prime example of everything wrong with predatory business practices. They are going to get themselves sued.
This company is booting cars downtown and charging double the legal fee limit for removing the boot. Never use this company they are scam artists and crooks.
In April 2023, the "Budget Rental" truck we were driving from Florida, broke down on I-75,, MOSTELLER'S arrived quickly, & diagnosed the problem on the spot. It would be 4 Days, b4 Budget Truck Rental would find another truck 4 us. The Owners & Employees @ MOSTELLER'S, All were helpful, thoughtful, & thorough, & went above & beyond, 2 help us out.
They were a Blessing 2 us, during an awful situation. Thanks 2 EveryOne, @ MOSTELLER'S WRECKER INC! Awesome People! Great Service!

Locked out at a rest stop with my dog and cat inside on a hot day; They were at the rest area for someone else but came to our rescue within minutes. While AAA never showed up even tho it was deemed a critical situation. So thankful for Mostellers! Super nice guy!
This joke of a towing company is absolutely unacceptable, they make transactions in cash so that they can charge extra and pocket the cash, I was told 100$ and when I Arrived they charged me 200 cash instead, they are incredibly rude and honestly terrible people. They act as if they are on a pedestal and are somehow above people, NEVER COME HERE, EVERYTHING IS PERSONAL AND YOU WILL SCAMMED INDEFINITELY if I could give negative stars I would.

Hey, I was wondering, why do you only take cash to remove a boot for a discount? Do you have to give Champys a kick back? Or does the boss know your taking cash? BTW, I never saw that sign before. Something stinks here. Its probably the 40s and fowl. Oldest hustle in the book.
The owner and the mechanic that’s always answering the phone are so rude and I wouldn’t recommend them to any of my clients, family or friends.. also they over charge customers who are of color.. Why be so mean, rude and unprofessional!! I will use someone else for my towing needs from now on.
After being rear-ended, my son’s car was towed by Mosteller’s. Being that the situation was already an ordeal with finding out the car had been totaled, they were in no way compassionate when it came time to have the car cleaned out of his belongings. I had to return twice with paperwork that they claimed to need, only then to have to go to ANOTHER lot to find the car and have it cleaned out. And this is all after waiting 15 minutes or more for them to look for the key that was still in the car. As we were cleaning the car out, we discovered that a bag in his trunk containing his jumper cables, car necessities, etc. had been stolen. We were unable to retrieve it after the accident because the trunk wouldn’t open. However, the towing company opened it because debris that we had placed behind the car following the accident was INSIDE the trunk. No other items inside the car were missing, just the bag from the trunk. When I called to ask if they happened to have the bag in the office, I was QUICKLY and RUDELY told their towers weren’t allowed to remove items. I, however, do not believe that was the case in this incident. The bag was the only thing missing from other items inside the car. Dealing with this company was not a pleasant experience, and I hope that they can learn some compassion and customer care in dealing with future clients.
I can not even begin to express my thanks to Chris at Mosteller’s. He was so helpful and kind. He went above and beyond to provide excellent service! It was a very scary time and he helped make things so much easier. He did his job well and he did it with kindness!!! What an asset he is to your company. It’s people like him that set your company apart from others. I would recommend Mosteller’s over and over!!! Thank you so much, especially to Chris! I appreciate you!
Not only is there a TRUMP Sticker on there door but there Unprofessional, Money Hungry,& they don’t care for anybodys time they will let you stand there till they are ready to help you . then they act like they can’t hear you when your explaining your issue.

They were so nice and helpful... They told us exactly where they were located when they came to get my husband's car from his accident. When we went to their office to pick up his personal items it of his car, they were very friendly and professional. They have a cute little place... It feels so homey... The attitude of the office staff was very rude and hateful from the second we stepped foot in the door. The office staff acted like us being there, trying to pay them for our car was so horrible and like it was going to kill them to do the paperwork so we can get a car off their lot. Their attitudes were horrible their customer service was absolutely ridiculous and I honestly don't see how anybody uses these guys.

I was very frustrated when this towing company was asked to boot and remove my car from a lot. However, I was treated with respect and kindness throughout the entire process. Companies such as these must deal with so much frustration and hostility, so their kindness and patience was much appreciated. The workers here are wonderful people. If you need a tow or a third party to work with your company, I highly recommend them.
This company is horrible. They tow cars that they know have not had any prior towing warnings and then they do not leave behind any indication that they are the ones who have towed the car. They do this mostly to those who they know are not able to pay for their high cost of towing. I would give them a zero rating if I could.
RUDE. was at car wash across the street and dude has the audacity to shine a flashlight right at us for more than 15 minutes. will be filing a complaint with bbb.
We were traveling to a job site in Tennessee. Our company truck broke down. After sitting on the interstate for three hours in thunderstorms. A representative of the wrecker service called to get our exact location. They also stated that only one person could ride with the wrecker. They did not seem too concerned about having to put two guys out on the side of the road during a storm. Will not use them or recommend them.
DO NOT GIVE THESE CROOKS YOUR BUSINESS. They were highly unprofessional and we're clearly on some sort of drugs while on the job. Very unreliable company and employees are all very sketchy. STAY AWAY
A driver came out with way too large a truck for my parking lot. He said he was coming back with a different kind of truck and I pointed out all of the cars. I waited over an hour and then finally called to find out they have decided not to come back. They never called me I was sitting there waiting I could have called another truck,. They were all so rude and unreliable on the phone. I will never use them again!
Had Tinker tow my boat back to storage. He was personable and efficient. He was careful with my boat while loading and unloading. Quality guy, quality outfit. I would recommend to friends.
DONT USE THEM!!!! They towed my vehicle, when it was dropped off 4 hours later it had been ransacked and 300 dollars worth of stuff was missing. I called the OWNER 4 time and they didn't even bother to call me back. Police are now involved.
