Hector responded to our towing service call far more quickly than any such provider we'd ever seen, and he's a tremendously nice gentleman to do business with.

First and foremost, the tow truck operator, Hector, was great! On my way to work, the rear passenger axle broke and the whole tire came off. I was fine but a little bewildered by the whole situation. AAA was able to get a tow truck on the way quickly. I was back on schedule in less than 2 hours from the time I submitted my request to the time I arrived at work. Shortly after I submitted my request on the AAA app, Hector called to let me know he was on the way. He was very sympathetic to my having need of his service. When he arrived, he was in good spirits, helpful, and very personable. I rode with him to my house to drop off the disabled vehicle and he talked about his family and how much he loves his job. He did a beautiful job of keeping me from being stressed about the situation. When he dropped my truck off at my home, he made sure that it was placed with care and secure. After a startling, rotten start early on a cold Monday morning, Hector came along and really made things better by efficiently getting my disabled vehicle home and having a great attitude the whole way! This was a really excellent customer experience. I will definitely keep renewing my AAA membership and will recommend A1 Towing (especially Hector!) without hesitation.
Don't break down often but when I did these guys made the towing part a joy. Driver was great and just a good guy, kinda pissed I can't remember his name...maybe Skip? Influenced me enough that whenever anybody needs a tow in my family we'll always use A-1. From dispatch to the driver they get 5 ⭐
Hector did a wonderful job. He was the man. He was there in less than 40 minutes after my call. He got me hooked up and brought to the shop all under an hour. I appreciate everything he did for me. I wish more tow truck drivers were like this, dude
My wife’s Lexus would not start they came and checked the charging system. He replaced the battery. Customer service was outstanding, very professional you couldn’t ask for better service.
They were prompt and I decided to have the vehicle fixed in their facility and I'm glad I did. The cost was much less expensive then what I have been paying at other places and the the truck is running great. I will go there again to have work done.

So happy that A1 Towing and repair has partnered with AAA. This is not the first time I've used A1 Towing and repair on Calhoun Ave and they are my go-to tower and repair shop. The staff is exceedingly friendly, and their drivers even more so. Today Hector came to tow the motorcycle, however, I forgot to mention to A1, when I spoke to them, that my driveway could not handle anything longer than 14 feet, and Hector's truck was longer. He stopped at the bottom of the drive to call me, so glad he did not try to go up. (our driveway was ruined by a Home Depot contractor when they took it upon themselves to try an 18 wheeler - disaster happened). Hector assured me I had nothing to worry about, and he parked his truck on the side by my mailbox and walked up the drive! It's not fun, to walk my driveway, but he always had a smile. He was able to start the motorcycle after a bit, and his confidence in his ability was shining. The motorcycle is now on its way to an authorized dealership for repairs and I know it is secure on the truck bed. I cannot tell you what a relief it was to have him take his job seriously, and with care for our property. Hector's kindness and respect was apparent, as all the drivers are, as well as the staff have shown me. Whoever the lady is that answers the phone really pissed me off. First I called and I was quoted $175 and then she puts me on hold and returns to tell me it’s $330 that is ridiculous. She said there is a debris charge!!! $150 debris charge is RIDICULOUS. My fiancé was involved in a wreck and the tow company picked up the other car that was involved and he got up most of the big pieces with that pick up. I told her there is nothing left for him to pick up. What the hell was I going to be paying for??? For him to sweep up the damn leaves. She said the other lady was being charged the same like that was going to make it better!!!! They shouldn’t charge anyone that much to pick up pieces from a wreck. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!! Screw them and her!!!! All they are doing is getting over on people. I wish I could give them no stars because I would!!!!
Broke down at 8:30pm at the start of a long drive and called AAA. They sent out Chip, who was awesome and so sweet. He loaded the car up and drove us and the car home in no time. He was great and hope the next person he helps has a great experience as well. Thanks Chip!
Couldn’t recommend a company more, Today we were traveling home six hours away and we had car troubles. We were broke down with my two year old and I was hot and scared. Ashley is a literal saint and helped us in every way possible to get us back safe and on the road. Seriously so thankful we called them first. Towing or mechanical needs this is where you need to go. My driver, Scott, was amazing! He was prompt and courteous. He got my car out of a tight spot and handled it with care and respect. He made me feel safe to ride with him to the service center. His driving was very professional. He has great vibes! Made me feel like I was riding with an old friend! Cannot say enough good things about Scott!
When the bottom of my radiator cracked severely, I called A1. The young man who came in the tow truck arrived in a timely manner and was very efficient and careful in loading my car and ensuring it was secure. I then communicated with Ashley, who was amazing in letting me know what repairs were needed, cost and ways to save me money while still getting a quality repair. Anytime I texted her, she would respond promptly. She was always courteous, honest, kind, and respectful. When I went to pay, the ladies at the counter were efficient and very kind. I definitely recommend this company for both towing and repairs.
We cannot thank Hector and the rest of the staff enough for getting us back on the road quickly after having our windshield smashed in the middle of our vacation. Hector eased our stress and went out of his way to make sure we were able to return safely to our hotel overnight. The staff were so helpful and kind, having our car cleaned out and safe to drive as soon as possible.
My wife got a flat tire and Kevin from A1 came out to help her out. My wife said he was the most professional and kindest person she had ever done business with. They repaired the tire and checked out the ABS system to make sure the car was safe. Ashley at the front counter was quick to respond and gave me a fair price for getting her back on the road. Roy took care of me, made me feel incredibly comfortable and helped me better understand what was happening with my car. As a young woman I was nervous to ride in a big car with a mechanic but not once did I feel uncomfortable with him! He made sure I felt seen and heard while remaining friendly snd respectful. Such a nice guy and such a great experience!!
I will always use AAA ! We rented an electric car to go pick my granddaughter up and the car lost power before we were halfway.Josh came and assisted us and went above and beyond to get us back on the road

I've been a AAA member since 1997. Had to wait on the phone twice for an extended period of time because their online towing assistance will not let you finish the process when you at near the end of it.
However they sent A1 Towing to me in Cleveland TN as the the local services here have not always been dependable and sometimes end up canceling on you while you have been waiting.
David called me and told me he was on his way and was about 35 minutes out. I expected longer because I always seem to have bad luck. He was on time and got my vehicle home quick. Thank you David and A1 Towing!!!!
The car was sitting at a gas station overnight and I went back to get it mid morning. The oil plug came out. We have 2 smart cars. The other smart car had the oil plug stripped and the business that did the oil change had to repair it no charge. Now the other place I switched to is going to have to fix this. Beware if you own or ever get a smart fortwo.....
