Steve is a very well honest man to get cars off of . He’s helped me trade cars since 2019 never had an issue you with any of them . If I wanna trade a car in in the future he’s always my go too . I never go anywhere else .

Got my first car there and its a jeep about 7 months ago with low mileage and seemed like a decent deal. Couple of days later it started having problems and I couldn't figure out what it's doing. Nothing is the same but more has went into it as time comes. Very bad on gas and the mechanic is very rude and smart mouth. Would NEVER go back

I have bought 2 vehicles from Steve, the 1st my daughter paid cash for, was a Chevy equinox. Loved that vehicle, yes it did have issues but It was able to be fixed, last year while driving the airbag exploded inside itself, scared me to death, but when that happened the car was totaled. That had to do with Chevrolet. I just bought a madza cx5 SUV, it has been a very good vehicle so far, good on gas , only thing wrong is could use a couple tires and a O2 sensor.(which they go out on every vehicle pretty much.) I highly recommend Steve at Cars East, he sticks behind what he sells and does his best to get you financed

Drove 2.5 hours to check out a car and so glad i did. The owner was super friendly, not pushy at all, and honest. You can tell he cares about his reputation. And he prices his vehicles extremely fairly!

Best used car dealer in the area! I have purchased many vehicles from the owner, Steve Williams, in the past 30 years. He is very honest and always maintains an excellent selection of good quality, newer model vehicles. Love the 2013 Chrysler 300 I just purchased from him for only $11,900.

I bout an impala a lil over a month a go as is, a week after i got it, the car messed up. We called steve he came and got the car had it fixed and helped me pay for it. After an exhaustive online search, we inquired about a vehicle listed at Cars East. We live out of town and purchased a car sight unseen. Steve was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond for us. He made the process so easy and worry free. We had the car shipped to us, and Steve was so helpful in working with the carrier. I bought a car from here in March. He said it would last me a good couple of years. The car didn’t even last me a year. I have fixed everything on the car. All brand new tires, axel, radiator, brakes, and now the motor is blown. I paid for the car in cash. As soon as I bought the car it has done nothing but give me trouble. I believed that the car would last a while because my family has already bought 3 cars from him. But no this car has done nothing but cost me more money.

I use to like getting cars from here but this will be the last time. I've spent about 1800 on this truck that i gave 8k for and after the first few days of owning it, it has tore up constantly. And it supposedly had new tires on it but the 2 front ones are out of round and one of the rears has a huge knot on the side of it. My advice don't buy anything from here.

was referred here by my finance company. Texted Steve and told him what I was interested in, went out there and told him the situation I was in with a SUV that I had financed and the issues it had since I had bought it, he agreed to take it in on trade without even seeing the vehicle and got me into a 2006 Focus with low miles at a great price. I'll definitely come back to see him whenever I need another vehicle!

Very friendly and fair auto business. Friendly little "house" puppy too! Steve, the owner, is a really nice gentleman. He has Vehicles he puts his own money and work into to ensure they are safe and ready to hit the road and his prices are more than fair as well. Before going out South Cumberland, take a ride out east AJ until you see cars East on your right. It's just a few miles down and well worth the trip.

I found the car I wanted on Autotrader. They said it was at Cars East. Drove 4 hours to get it and was done in about 30 minutes. I felt comfortable buying a Smart Car from them because they had sold several before and even had another one on the lot! They even followed up via mail about my satisfaction.

Honest people own and run the place, Steve and Teesa are real good and nice people, not like most used car dealers, tell you anything to sale you a vehicle. REAL HONEST PEOPLE, THATS WHY WHEN IM NEED OF A CAR, TRUCK OR SUV, I GO TO CARS EAST FIRST
