Fantastic experience! Emily called right away to give us an ETA and arrived exactly when she said she would to tow my son's car. Emily was very friendly and handled the car with extreme care during both loading and unloading. I will absolutely use them again if needed!

Amazing people and service. Jeff and Emily were awesome, I got a jump start service and was thinking that my alternator was going out but I just need a new battery terminal.
While leaving for work, I absentmindedly got distracted by a sneezing fit. And would up off the road and partially in a ditch I filed a roadside assistance company and it was picked up by another local company who dropped the call after receiving the pictures I assume because of the gravel dirt road and being too far away from the paved road? They're dispatcher contacted me directly asking for photos I didn't hear anything back and checked on the service call and was told the original company had dropped the order claiming as though they did not feel they could do it. I sat waiting late for work until I received information that someone was on the way and would be about 90 minutes shortly after I received the call from Donald who informed me he was leaving his yard and was only about 45 minutes out. He seemed to have no issues with mapping to get to me upon looking at it decided it would be better to winch from the rear so he turned his truck around moving position and winched me out in about 5 minutes flat total. So after waiting the 90 minutes service time I was quoted for him and his service actually wound up being less than an hour. Donald was professional and absolutely knowledgeable he knew exactly what he was doing and how to do it I would recommend him or anyone from this company should you ever find yourself in need.
Val-U Auto (Donald) changed a tire for me yesterday and it was a perfect experience. Showed up when he said he would, was prompt, polite and very professional. Couldn't ask for better service. Highly recommended.
Donald was great. He had my vehicle picked up within 30 minutes of receiving the assignment and delivered to the shop with no issues at all. Even kept me updated via text which was nice. Would definitely recommend this company.
My wife and I blew a tire on I-81 on a busy Sunday afternoon. Matthew dropped what he was doing with his family, got us off the highway, found a tire store (open on Sunday) with the appropriate tire (only one in stock), and towed us there. We were back on the road in a couple of hours.
Matthew Rhodes was terrific. He went above and beyond to help us. It was a very stressful time for my family, but he arrived quickly and put our nerves at ease. He was very friendly and efficient. I cannot thank him enough! Will absolutely use again!
