The receptionist apparently doesn’t know how to answer the phone in a decent time and when she does she is very very rude and inappropriate telling us she didn’t think we were getting our car back and acting like we were taking up her precious time if she’d rather chit cha with her bestie or something and take up company time instead of doing her job
These guys are good. I know 2 people that have had their cars repo'd by these folks. They let both come to Humboldt and get their stuff out of the car. Both were extremely upset like this company is to blame. Folks doing what they do to make money. I pay my bills cause I like my stuff so I should never meet these folks on different terms. They got those cars tho. Smooth as hell, while you dreaming or out on the town. My car dealer has a sign that says it straight up, "if you think no one cares about you, miss 3 payments". Truth hurts sometimes and these folks are good at their job.
They came and took my car last night due to late payments I understand but I’m trying to reach out to them and I can’t get a hold to anyone and they are now ignoring my calls. So they basically stole my car without negotiation.
Look, here's the bottom line. In repossession cases the goal of any company is to get the job done as quickly as you can without confrontation. The easiest solution for that is late evenings and nights.
They only come when a company issues them an order/contract. You should know they are coming, or at least know you haven't been paying for it.
They came to get my wife's car around 10pm. My dogs stated barking so I went out to talk to them. Both were very nice and respectful, as was I. I went on and got the keys for them.
They showed me a copy of the repossession order which was digital, and on their phone, and gave me the information needed to start getting my car back. Also let me get my wife's things out of her car before they left. And were very nice and helpful when we picked her car up.
You can't get mad at people for doing their job. It isn't their fault they're coming to get your car.... It's actually yours.
The young lady in the office was very nice and attentive to my unfortunate situation. Can't blame the repo man for me not paying for my debt. After all it's my fault that the bank issued the repossession for my truck. Marshall's Recovery cleaned out my truck of my personal items and handed it over to me when I came to claim it. A truly professional company.
These should be the best ones around for this job they are really nice and professional but don’t play around they get the job done in tn I’m seeing some bad reviews maybe if you would show up during the actual business hours with respect I would had the same experience I did thanks guys keep up the hustle
Same as previous reviewer. They were coming to pick up a car we were returning due to it belonged to deceased relative who was making payments on it. This was a voluntary serrender we were to ones who contacted the finance company and told them of her passing. Marshall's told us they would be here at a certain time; then they were one and 1/2 hours later. We were wanting to go to bed, we are senior citizens. Thier comment about coming so late was 'we usually don't even get started until late'. They don't give you a receipt, business card, nothing, did not show us ID just showed us something on their cell phone. Also, it was pitch dark, although no damage to car (we took pictures all around before they came in the daylight) we asked it they weren't going to look and document the car's condition ; they said, ' oh we just look at it when we get it back.' They did not tow this vehicle, but drove it with no tags on it. you'd think they would have temp tags or dealer tags something, if they are driving it how does anybody know if they make it back without damage. Anyway, whatever time they tell you don't count on it. Just glad I took pictures of it before they left with it.
We was told to there at 10 it was after 11 when someone got there to help us, I understood when she said something came up but being a place of business souls have been more then 1 person able to help us. thank you
Yep, they took my ride. But, that's on me, so this review is after that fact. Not being from Humboldt they took a min to find. When i did, they answered the door after hrs. Extremely professional demeanor, i expected rude. After proving i am me, they let me in the gate to get my stuff. They did not go with me or treat me like the a criminal. I was not rushed, i saw cameras, but no one peeking thru windows. When you go threw something like that you expect a certain type of person and attitude. It was not at all like that, of course i didn't show up with an attitude either and knew the check was not in the mail. Hope i never see them again, but appreciate that one time i had too.
