Walked in this morning and the staff besides the woman was very rude. They basically ignored me when I spoke to them like i was invisible. I walked right back out and went to Auto Zone and the service was perfect!! Today is my birthday and the way they treated me wasn’t a good start to my day. Thank God for Auto zone!
Dude had problems hooking up.the reader to my car, then when he did, I don't think he had other read the code because " it didn't show anything" but the service engine soon light was on.
The staff here are amazing. They are attentive, friendly, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I am grateful I pulled into their parking lot. Everyone there, thanks again.
I had corrosion around my battery cable and they wouldn’t clean it or touch my battery. Isn’t that what a part store is for?? They told me to go somewhere else and get it cleaned before they would look at it
I purchased a 12v battery from the Humboldt, TN O'Reilly Auto Parts Store. I had driven up from Florida to assist my elderly stepmother in getting her lawn mower working. Shortly after driving away from the store, I noticed that the manufacture date of the battery was March of 2022. (It is currently September 2022.) I called the store on my cell phone and informed the male employee of the issue. I requested permission to exchange the battery for one more recently manufactured. He put me on hold and upon returning, advised me his manager said the store would not honor my request. I thought that was terrible customer service. I should have trusted my instincts and gone to NAPA. I won't be shopping at O'REILLY AUTO PARTS again.

I went in to get a gas cap because my engine light was on. My truck is 14 years old and random lights start coming on. They were helpful in connecting the computer device to turn the engine light off after I replaced the gas cap. I appreciate the help I received.
Rep was nice but was unable to replace my battery due to them only having two people in the store.. sadly this was the second one I went to in the same day to see if they would.. this was also the main reason I went to O'Reilly vs any other... just figured i would let others know that if there understaffed ... as they called it they wont be doing it.
