Staff was great, pricing is absurd. I feel bad for the people that have to rely on these local parts stores, I pretty much have stuck with only online purchases for auto parts because of the price gouging. Had to purchase fuel line and it was 12 dollars a foot there. Just a heads up EK has it for 2 dollars a foot if anyone is in need.
I would highly recommend this place. James was awesome and the whole team helpful. I was visiting from out of town when my check engine light came on at 8:45 pm on a Saturday night (just prior to closing). They checked the codes, ordered the mass air flow sensor needed, and talked us through what it would take to change it ourselves. One good YouTube video and the right encouragement was all it took to fix the problem after knowing the code. James even came out to check on us after we changed out the part. Much appreciated!
Called 2 different times to ask a question. Got put on a "brief" hold for over 10 minutes each time, horrible customer service. I went to Advance. They answered the phone an my 10 second question right away.
Went to get my brake rotors turned. When I called them two days ago they said they could do it. On my way this morning I called and they said they could. When I got the rotors off I called and they said they could. When I got there they told me 30-45 minutes. I called after an hour and they said another hour. Then I called after an hour and they said "sorry, we don't have the part to do it..." I was livid. Just a lame "sorry, I just came in, don't know why they said they could." Three guys sitting around, not a one could take the time to call me before I wasted half my Saturday.
The staff was very knowledgeable. Had an email coupon that didn't work, but they fixed it. It's my favorite autoparts store. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this store.
Worst service, took rotors to be turned for first time,was smooth now they grooved.Young boys didn't know what they were doing,had to call someone to even use cash register. Stay away from this place
They was extremely rude and hateful. I will never be back there again. One employee's name was Parker and I'm not sure what the other employee's name is. They treated us like we was stupid. This happened on 4/14/21.
Ordered a part for my truck. Was told it would arrive next day. I requested a call when it came in. Part didn’t show up the next day. No phone call. I had to call several times because no one ever answered the phone. . When the part did show up no phone call. Could not get anyone to answer the phone finally drove thirty minutes to the store to see if it had arrived. The wrong part was ordered. While I was waiting to be helped the phone ringing off the hook but talking to their buddies about old work mates was more important than actually running a parts store. Good luck.
I wish that they had a little better help or knowledgeable help. Been here a few times and have had different people help me and still get the items wrong. You can have an item with you and they still get it wrong.
They are very helpful to their customers if the auto part that you need is out of stock they can usually have it in for you in a couple of days their prices are reasonable I will continue shopping for any auto that I or my neighbors need Thank- You O'REILLY AUTO PARTS STORE
Always get great service at O'Reilly. They take returns with no problem. Most in my store know who I am. I am always in buying new parts for my '89 Bronco restoration. They even gave me a hat.
