Rodney did everything he could to assist my wife and I from the result of a bad decision I made that could have led us to a long, cold night, stuck in the mud on Darrow Ridge Trail inside Big South Fork. Today I purchased a 1992 Foxbody Ford Mustang to restore and rebuild. Wanted it to be picked up and delivered today as well. So it was kind of a spur of the moment purchase. Still, Rodney was very professional and answered my call promptly. He then told me he could pick it up and deliver it this evening. And guess what? He did just that and delivered my mustang safely to it's new home. Also, it may be a small thing but as a veteran United States Marine I really appreciate it when someone says they are going to do something and then they do it. Rodney did just that... and while keeping your word might be a small thing in some ways... it's something today's world tends to be missing. Furthermore, going into the future if I need a car towed... there's no one else in Fentress County that I will use.
Rodney helped me get my keys out of my locked rental van! I was really impressed with how quickly they were able to get out to me. 10 minutes after I placed the call, Rodney arrived and started working on the car. It was really tricky but obviously he has a lot of practice, skill, and patience! I’m from Cincinnati and I’ve made the mistake of locking my keys in my car quite a lot… never have I had such prompt service AND the price was way lower than I was anticipating.
