I will never let them touch another vehicle of mine all brand new parts on the front end and they try to say that they’re original manufacture parts when I have all the receipts to the parts being brand new parts on the vehicle that were not damaged a week ago are magically damaged today Worst tow company I have ever come across in my 20 years of being in the roadside assistance and towing industry. You’re just trying to cover your behind. You sit there and claim that all you did was an inspection, but like I said in the first part that damage wasn’t there a week ago I have witnesses including a certified mechanic.

Had a brake line break and gave them a call. they took care of my truck quickly and at a VERY reasonable rate. Kristi kept me updated as the repair was ongoing. Would recommend any time. Give Kristi a call, she can set you up with a tow, tires, or mechanical work.

I had a flat on 412 on the way to Jackson. Called Russom’s and were extremely helpful, quick and courteous. Hopefully, I will never need them again or very often, but they are definitely assorted in my phone if I need them again.

Great company to deal with, we were working there and had them move out 300hp forestry mulcher, always on time and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend

The wrecker driver was here promptly on time. Did a great job getting vehicle loaded from a tight spot. Very professional.

A truly trusted Machanic. Took my truck in thinking I needed new breaks. So expecting several hundred dollars for new breaks and possibly new rotars. I walked out owing about 50 dollars. This company could have replaced it all and took my money but they were honest . Thank you.

Always on time and they take care of your vehicle as if it’s their own!!! Delivered the Fuel when my semi ran out. Got there is a hurry and knew exactly what to do to prime the engine all because of my miss judgement. Prices were reasonable and deserved to pay much more because of my stupidity. Thanks Russom's.

I was recently in Dyersburg, TN. on business and locked my keys in my car! (Yes-sad to say). Called my auto service and was fortunate enough to have them dispatch Russom Towing! Christie was on it! Called right away to let me know she was sending Brad to help. Brad showed up promptly and had me in my car in less than five minutes! Kudos to Russom Towing for being prompt, friendly, professional and caring! Highly recommend them for your car needs! (Disabled or otherwise!!)

Was so pleased with my towing experience. A late Saturday afternoon, with several kids, stranded on the highway. Drew was very professional and kind. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and professional! We were locked out of our car after a long and hot day at arts and crafts. They came as quickly as they could and had us back into our vehicle in no time! Oh and this was on a Sunday! We will always use them for all of our needs!

Woke up to a zero tire pressure warning on my truck Thursday morning. Called RUSSOMS towing and Drew was out quickly, got the tire off and spare put on in no time. I left the key at the front desk at the hotel. I was staying for and caught a ride to work not knowing how long it would take. One of the lug nuts was swollen and prior to, getting it off, he called to let me know that it would probably be damaged since it was so swollen. I appreciated the heads up, the cost was reasonable and admired his professionalism through the whole experience.

I will never have russom's tow another one of my vehicles. There fee is way too high. And they have thieves working for them. They charged me 900 dollars to get my car back and when I got it back everything that was in it when they picked it up was stolen out of it. I tried contacting them to complain but they wouldn't take the time to talk to me about it. It was a very bad experience. ?

We had the worst luck on Friday the 13th! While travelling from St. Louis to Mobile, AL, we broke down shortly before Dyersburg. We called Russom's directly to rescue us and were so pleased! Friendly customer service from start to finish - our driver took us (and the car) to the automotive shop we requested. After an unsuccessful attempt to repair the car, Russom's gave the mechanic a second tow in our car back to the shop. They treated us like family and genuinely cared that we made it to our destination safely. We are so appreciative of their kindness and professionalism!

These guys are as good as it gets! Very professional and friendly. They even went out of their way to help me! I was there from out of state and didn’t have a clue as to how to fix my problem. I called AAA and set up the service with them. So impressed! Thanks again!

They were awesome. I called them to request a tow and they were on it and finished towing my car to my house within a couple of hours. I was able to conveniently pay over the phone and didn't even need to be present with the car. They made everything super easy and really helped me out for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Have never had such quick service. My car wouldn’t start. They came and picked the car up and brought to my house quickly. I’ve never had such fast service and the car was put on a roll truck taking into consideration the car is 23 years old and an import. Thank you!

My insurance contacted them to tow my vehicle to the repair shop after I had waited almost two hours for another company, they showed up in 30 minutes. They were prompt, friendly, and very professional. I will use them again and recommend them to all my family and friends.

Didn't return my call. Ran out of gas about 6 miles away. Yes I drive an older truck with a screwy I/P cluster & yes it was really late like 12:30 AM on a Sunday but I hadn't been home in 2 months. I realize my poor planning doesn't necessitate an emergency on their part but if you advertise 24 hr service at least answer the phone lol!

Had a blow out and my four way wouldn’t fit my tires. These guys were out there in less than 15 minutes, got my tire changed and were really friendly and professional! Definitely recommend to anyone needing work done
