Place is a joke. Told me over the phone they had a part. Drove out of state to get it and when I got there they told me they don't have it. A joke makes more sense then this place. On top of that it took them 20 minutes to tell me they don't have it. It's beyond me how people stay in business
Excellent customer service and unlike the other places N and S has an organized and the best inventory personnel, specially the person that seats behind the window inside the office.
I cannot express how disappointed I am with N & S Auto Parts. I purchased a part for my car, only to find out it was broken upon arrival. When I tried to return it, they refused to accept it back or provide a refund. Their customer service was absolutely terrible and unhelpful. I will never shop here again and I highly advise others to steer clear of this dishonest and unreliable auto parts store.

I bought a 2012-2015 Audi A6/A7 motor back in November of 2020 from your business.
I wanted to let you guys know how disappointed I was with the entire purchase. The motor was damaged all over and I was in limbo for 5 months with shipping insurance that resulted in nothing. I had to spend over $3000 in new parts replacing damaged coolant pipes front/rear of motor and those under the supercharger, missing ac pump, missing power steering pump, missing throttle body, corroded and wet coil packs, crankshaft position sensor destroyed, injectors and spark plugs worthless, both upper plastic emblem cases destroyed, missing oil cooler, oil pan crushed in, wiring harness cut improperly and multiple cut off connections and sensors, extremely poor packing and the list goes on. It took 5 months of battle back and forth for the insurance to reject any claim because it bounced between so many shippers they couldn't place the blame, so 5 months later I could begin work on the motor you sent me just to find one problem after another after another and another. All these expenses were before labor and nearly 6 months shop time. Shame on you labeling this motor "tested and verified" it was absolutely junk. Bashing your rating on eBay won't do any good so I won't bother. But maybe these words will resonate with someone in that business. Your backyard junkyard technique is ridiculous. I remember clearly when I called back in December 2020 to express my situation with picture proof of a poor excuse of a saran wrapped motor on broken pallets with visible damage from poor shipping practices and violent removal from the donor car you got it from and missing parts I was told "well don't you have parts from the old motor you can swap?" How disrespectful and negligent of a company to say such nonsense. I paid alot of money for a useless paperweight from you guys.
I just called rite now asking for an enginee and price and somebody answered so rude and they told me they don't have the enginee without even looking nice services!
Found the part I needed quick, got it out quick, and our transaction was quick. Absolutely painless for something as obscure as what I was looking for. Great pricing too. Will be coming back for sure.
I had bought a power window door regulator about six months ago and it was for an 05 and I thought it would fit the vehicle and it didn’t so I returned it and it first they wouldn’t return it and I had gotten kind of angry at a lot of business with them or young man came out and said hello Mr. NoelI looked up your history and see that you bought a lot of stuff with us and he returned it with no questions an that’s the way business should be done he cut me a check and all parties were happy unfortunately they didn’t have what I needed but still nevertheless that’s the way it should be done well done N+S well done!!

The day after calling to inquire about a part that I needed, I arrived two and a half hours before the posted closing time only to see the attendant look at us as he padlocked the gate and drove off without so much as an acknowledgement.
Given this insult, I decided to take my business elsewhere despite having to pay $100 more for the same part and having to wait a week for it to be shipped.
Me and my son went to pull a part in Nashville after we called to price wheels, which were $6.50 a wheel! We arrived to find out that admission was $2.00 each! We took 4 wheels off of 4 different cars from all over the wrecking yard! Took them up front to pay and said the tires would be $100.00 dollars just for the tires! Wheels extra 6.50 each! Told her the tires weren’t any good , would they take $100.00 for all of it? NO she said! I’l NEVER go to a pull a part EVER! LIARS!!
I just had the worst experience calling to this place and ask for a part that i need.. horrible service honestly i wont bring my business to N&S very very rude over the phone.
Got a hood here recently and I was really impressed with how organized it was there. They can take you right to the parts and they are already pulled and ready to go. They brought it right to my car too great experience.
If you are in the car business you know that N&S is the best salvage yard in the city. We order parts weekly and will continue to do so. They speak English!!!! quick, efficient, and the delivery guy is nice too. Keep it up, just wish all salvage yards were like this one.

These guys and girls know what they are doing . I buy from them all the time. And I am not employee I work at mechanic shop and I have been buying from them for 9 years now. I deal with Raymond and Charlie they know what they are doing.
