This guys a straight thief I bought a rear end for a Nissan rogue they told me three times that it would fit and it wouldn’t have brought the part back as they said it had a 30 day warranty left the part there said he would refund it the next day and never gave me my money back has stolen my money stay away from this place Update Just reported it to the Better Business Bureau everybody else has had a problem. I hope you do the same. They will con force them to refund your money or they can lose their business. Please make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau help other people not get ripped off. and I see everybody waiting for the parts. Also I was told one hour and I run a towing company. I sat there for five hours lost a few hundred dollars in toes and they kept telling me one hour one hour then I left for two hours came back they didn’t even pull it till 10 minutes before they closed after they took my money and then after I told him I don’t think that’s the right one after the lady upfront said it was guaranteed they will refund the money if it didn’t fit their computer said it would fit it would work than after I already paid got the part he goes no refund how a Are they still in business

Sold me wrong part took part back than refused to refund me has basically stollen over 400 from us when I didn’t think the part would work the employee told me 3 times it would and it didn’t this this place if you let them will rob you blind I am getting in touch with the law and better business bureau this week and hopefully more people will see this post and add to it my lawyer I’m meeting with on wed and I will get back on small claims the money I lost traveling there 250 miles also most shadiest guy I have ever met and I’m in the towing business I see a lot of characters

Called on Wednesday about a fender. I told them I would be driving 4 hours to pick it up. I was told they would go look at it and make sure it was still in good shape and would call me back. No call came, and when I called back, I was put on hold with no one returning to pick up the phone. Called on Thursday and asked for the same person, but he had not showed up for work. The second person promised to go look and send me some pictures. I never heard from them, and I called all afternoon and could not get through. Called on Friday and asked for a manager and a third person with a heavy accent told me he had tried to call me and I never answered. I had no missed calls and no voice mails on my cell. He said they sent me photos (no texts). He then very rudely told me the fender had a small dent and did I want it or not. I understand the nature of salvage yards, but this place has customer service worse than the norm. UPDATE: 8 YEARS LATER the owner replied to my review saying that they only have women answering the phone. I'm not so certain that was true 8 YEARS AGO when I submitted the review. There was no confusion on my part unless there's more than one Four Lane Auto Parts in the Nashville area.

I wish I could give less than a one star review. the woman behind the counter is extremely rude and their customer service is absolutely terrible. i would never recommend this place to anyone. wasted an hour drive when they said they had my part. waiting over an hour jus for them to tell me they aren’t taking the part off. Since I can’t respond back to your response. I am not a sir first of all. I did not call you ma’am. you were rude before we even got up there and there’s a million reviews complaining about you. So proof is in the pudding.

I called in looking for a part for a certain vehicle and they told me they had it, i took off the old one and brought it with me to make sure they matched up! I drove one hour to get there and I also got stuck in downtown traffic. When I got there the cashier notified me that I would have to wait 20 minutes because everyone was on lunch. I think it was one of those days for me lol. I waited the 20 minutes in my truck, then I went inside when she advised me my part was ready. I went up to the counter and I noticed it was waaay smaller, I also told her and she said it was the same thing, she even mentioned that she would give me the cables and plugs for free and that was the only difference. I told her it was different and she continued to try and convince me it was the same. According to her it’s the same part and Amps lol. I told her no about 5 times when she finally gave up. ****BUYER BE WARE**** Once you pay for the part, even if they give you the incorrect part, they won’t give you your money back, it’ll be store credit!! The only reason I didn’t buy it new is because I couldn’t find it any reputable auto-store. Hence why I completely went out my way and looked for it used. You can clearly see in the picture it’s waaaay smaller. The pulley is also smaller. People always customize cars and so on, so theirs nothing wrong with it not matching, the issue I had was that she kept trying to sell it to me.

I called in and asked about a part and they told me that they had it so I drove an hour just to get there and for them to tell me we don’t have that part this is very bad customer service at least make sure you have the part before saying you do definitely not going back their again.

It's sad that the man who owns this very convenient and well needed lot in our community has passed on and his greedy family is letting it go down in flames smh... This place won't last much longer it's being bled dry and no one wants to work to pull your parts anymore. I had to get a refund and NEVER has that happened in all the years I've dealt with them they were the go-to. Sorry to all his loyal employees that they are having to be on the front line and deal with these complications and inconveniences because of his family. What a way to treat a legacy

It surprised me to see this place have more than one star. I gave them one star because I couldn’t gave them zero. The girls at the desk made me pay for a part that was broken and I didn’t take it. But then they refuse to give me neither cash refund nor Store credit. Total scam. I asked for a manager but they said the owner at home retired and he know we run the business this way. I don’t recommend this business. Also there will be bbb case against this store.

Only giving it 4 cause the guy installed the glass for me. That extra 40 was well spent and the gentleman was professional. Gone outta his way to help me out. Other than that.. the girls at the desk were dry and really non attentive. Just straight forward and bland. Weren't for employee that helped me out.. 2

I used to get parts here on the regular. I thought they were cool and knew me. However today when I tried to return a part that was not used in a repair today and the relationship with them quickly began to erode! I only wanted a credit but with no receipt I was told nothing could be done. I said I paid with a card. I have the transition right here in my banking history with a date and the 4 lanes name! She, the head clerk would not even look at my screen shot! Just kept saying without a receipt I ain't doing nothing. Nothing I can do. This occurrence will end my relationship with 4 lanes. It took nothing for her to look at the screen shot then write up a credit slip. But she claims their policy is no receipt no credit! Then say that up front and post it everywhere!!!

So called them this morning for a hood on a 2008 y Volvo the lady said they had one. So my daughter went down there to get it the grill mind you comes with the hood and they charged me extra for that. I also needed the bumper so I had to pay for it before they would take it off the car. I said fine so they guy gets half way done with the bumper and goes to lunch. I asked the lady why he left she said it was his lunch time and I could come back later and get the bumper. I told her I had to go to work but she did not care the whole customer service there is bad and rude and I will never go there again and I do not recommended anyone and want to this place. What a very bad experience. They really need some new management

Very rude was disrespected called 3x to get part got there 4 hours later they told me part was damaged I asked for discount then they said no. Then brought me a different color part which I needed part that was black then I asked if they take amount off for me needing to paint now they said no. So I lost control with my language I drove hour to get there to be treated that way I think it would make anyone loose control. I will never go back was a customer for 9years!

The poorest customer service I've ever seen or heard. Worried more about closing early than helping a customer get a part who has to work and can't there ahead of time. Their simplest approach is just to hang up on their customers

It is a place that I do not recommend to anyone. The women who serve do not respect the customer are so pedantic. And they don't give you your money back. But if you talk to the owner, he takes away half the money. And they take forever to get the parts. They are very bad.

Called ahead. Woman said they had four of what I needed on the shelf. Had to park across the street since their lot is jammed with junk cars. Walked across the street only to find they had none on the shelf and had to go pull it - about a 20 minute wait. At 30 minutes, they had the part and as I was paying a guy brought in a second one. Completely disorganized. If she had done as I asked and had it ready she would've discovered they didn't have four on the shelf and not wasted my time. I won't be back. Regarding Owner's Response - there were a couple of cars that came and went but most were not customers. Lots of junk cars sitting in the parking lot along with a boat other odd things that took up space.

Absolutely zero customer service. Ordered an engine 12 days ago. Paid online. And even after 12 days they don’t have no idea about what’s going on with my order. When you call them they keep telling they will get it tomorrow. But when you come to the office, they don’t have an engine. Nor refund the money. I would give zero but the minimum star was one star. One star is too much for them!

very poor customer service, we have dealt with this location multiple times and have caught on to their ways of doing business. They will take your money and ensure you that the part is working and when they have your money they wont refund you when you find out the part is bad and you will be lucky if they give you store credit.

This place is an absolute joke. I called and they had the part I had been looking for but she only had one guy pulling parts today and that he would pull the part after he gets back from lunch around 2. I explained I live an hour and a half and I would leave around 3 to get there before they close, she said if that's how I want to do it then that's fine. I drove an hour and a half to get to this place and they informed me they hadn't even pulled my part and it would be tomorrow until they could...... they could have called to explain they weren't going to be able to pull the part but they decided to let me waste my time and money to get there to inform me they didnt pull the part. The young lady also tried to argue with me by telling me she explained she only had one person pulling parts. I explained to her she also stated he would pull the part after he gets done with lunch and I could make my way there at 3 to get the part. I'm very frustrated but complaining will get you nowhere with a business like this they will just tell you oh well because they dont care how big of an inconvenience it is for you. Terrible customer service and communication and I wouldnt go back even if they told me the part was free.

I went here because ppl told me around neighborhood and after i did then other ppl and i read post about bad parts and then offering you store credit. Didnt even talk to a man or any. The mexican girl upfront real rude maybe due to pregnancy but shouldnt be working ig cant control hormones. But told me no refund and store credit only after they sold me 3 wrong parts. Smh bad customer service and bad parts. Dont waste your time. I repeat DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT ALL. U get what you pay for. Everytime i went in to exchange part it was someone there to do as well. I think thats there scam. So basically once they get the money its over. Smh do not shop here. I warned you as well as other reviews on here.

I called and asked if they had a radio i needed. Said they had it. I told them I was on my way. She said she would have the radio out when I got there. Radio was not out. They kept me there 45 minutes. Oh and the radio doesn't work and they are not picking up the phone.
