Terrible service, damaged my vehicle during the tow and refuse to help in any way, owner is very unreasonable and not friendly. Look elsewhere and do yourself a favor.
Really helped me out in a bind when my car broke down. Reasonable pricing. Got it sorted and where I needed my car within an hour. Payment was easy as well.
Definately use them if you're in range. Didn't feel like someone trying to hustle me out of every nickle and dime to my name either.
Towed my son’s cars from Bolton’s Spicey Chicken and Fish after they were customers there. They ate there then met me at Hawkers. There was an unkind person watching the parking spots. He watched them go to Bolton’s, eat there and then come to Hawkers. The tow truck driver told me he saw them come and go and rather than kindly ask them to move their cars he had them towed. Very suspicious and possibly unethical for both of these businesses. Oh, and you can only pay cash, Venmo or cash app to get your car out…that’s not suspicious either.
After a misunderstanding with my loan payment, this company towed my car. After a few hours on the phone with the dealership my car was returned to me. However the towing company damaged my car and exposes my hoses and tanks under the passengers side tire of my car.
My son was Involved in a hit and run accident on Tuesday night on I-40. We were able to get the car moved safely off the interstate one exit down. I didn't feel comfortable with him driving it so we called Copeland's to have it towed. I didn't get the gentleman's name but he was super fast getting there, less than 10 min. We were in a bad part of Nashville and it was late so I really appreciated the quickness of his arrival. He had the car loaded up and gone in 10 minutes. Thank you so much for helping us in this very stressful situation and for your sense of urgency. I would recommend you to anyone.
The box truck I was driving died across a Nashville street. My boss called Copeland's and was told Mike or Mitch (?) would be there within the hour. He was, and instead of hooking a large wrecker to the truck for a 60 mile tow (from previous experience at least $1500) he ran an engine diagnostic test. He then phoned a mechanic and learned the glowplug controller had malfunctioned. When he disconnected it, the truck engine ran like a new one. He's a man of character who saved our ministry a great deal of money.

I was in Nashville, 5 hours from home. I needed a car towed to a dealership. I had been told all towing companies were busy due to the ice and snowstorm that had come thru but Copeland Towing was quickly there and everything was handled professionally. I would highly recommend them!

My friend and I got towed, our fault, parked in the wrong lot, no problem. But he got his gas syphoned out of his car in the 30 min that the car was on the towing lot. I show up to the lot to claim my car, and there’s two people and an aggressive dog. One of the people is egging the dog on and getting him riled up while he’s growling at me, the other person is laughing at this, obviously tense and uncomfortable situation for no reason. Then I pick up the car and they add a $21 fee labeled as “other.” I guess that’s the cost of not having your gas syphoned, which they couldn’t do because my gas cap was locked
My car was broken down. Answered phone on first ring, was to me in less than 10 minutes, and he even recommended a mechanic that was able to work me in and repair my car today instead of having to wait to get it repaired. I highly recommend them!
I have used Copeland towing twice and both times I have had an excellent experience with them. Each time they have put me 1st and advised me on what would be best for me instead of trying to make some quick money off of me. I have never felt like they were trying to intimidate me or that they were trying to be unfair to me. I will always use Copeland whenever I need a tow.

I was stranded on the interstate. AAA’s referral wasn’t able to get to me for 90 minutes. I called Copeland in a panic, and Denny was able to help me out within 15 minutes. His wife was along for the ride and lovely, reminded me that I can submit the cost to AAA or insurance for reimbursement.
Denny knew exactly what shop I needed to get to and got me there well before they closed.
Would definitely recommend for emergency situations and plan to make them my first call if I ever need towed again (although, I hope that’s not necessary…)

I had my bass boat trailer lose a tire on I-40. AAA was no help, waited 4hrs. Copeland's not only got my boat to dale hollow but was able to connect me to someone who fixed my trailer in a few days. Great bunch of people.
My car slid off the side of the driveway in an ice storm. We called AAA and waited 12 hours all the while being given the runaround and no solid ETA. We called Copeland Towing and the Owner, Mitch, showed up in less than an hour! He was amazing and worked until car was freed from the ditch. I will be calling Copeland Towing exclusively from now on! They are the best in Nashville! Thank you, Mitch!!
After breaking down due to suspension issues, these folks answered quickly, positively, professionally, and responded within 30 minutes on site. Very professional and quick service with cool air conditioning in the cab. Best towing I've ever used. Will call them again if I can.
I wasn’t sure about the exact address I was going to have my truck towed to. The area I was having it towed was aprox 45 miles from where it broke down he quoted me a flat rate of $175 which I agreed to. Pain arrival of truck I gave him the exact location to take my truck. It was exactly 8 miles past the town center where he quoted me the flat rate. Upon arrival to my home he informed me it was going to be an extra $100. Wouldn’t drop my truck until I paid an extra 75 for a total of $250 to tow me less than 50 miles. Bait and switch company.
I had to wait a bit because hum contacted them, not me, but was quick help and man explained everything! He was very helpful! He definitely deserves a raise! He was very professional and polite! :)
Was very quick to the site of the incident. Very careless and wreckless in the job done. Repeatedly told the service guy once i was pulled out that something was damaged on my truck. He responded with" take it to the car wash and spray it off, its just a lot of mud stuck under the vehicle."" So i sprayed it off, and after a 2 1/2 hour drive home ended up paying $ 500 for a part that he damaged during the tow.
Most reasonably-priced in the area. they arrived within 5 minutes of when they said they would. I added them to my Contacts under: "Towing Nashville Copelands" jicase, never know in this January southern freeze!
