My insurance had this provider come out to help tow my car out of the ditch around noon. I stayed in the car & had 2 toddlers in the back seat. They said it would be an hour. 90 minutes pass so I call to ask how much longer it would be so I can get home to get some rest and food for us as I have an ultrasound in the morning for our 3rd baby. They were completely rude on the phone and said “they’ll be there when they can.” and immediately hung up. An hour passes. Still no tow truck in route. I call my insurance company to ask if there’s a tow company that can get us sooner since my toddlers were crying in the back seat. Unfortunately no other companies were available except Tow Pro. Apparently Tow Pro thought I wanted to cancel which was NOT the case. So I check the app and they canceled. My insurance contact Tow Pro and said they’re in route now with a different driver who is about 50 minutes away. Another hour and 15 minutes pass. I check the app and Tow Pro CANCELS!!!! Are you kidding me???? I’ve been stuck here since noon and it’s going on 4pm. I don’t trust these guys. They will lie to your face.. then tried to charge me when my car insurance covered it. Not only that but they will NOT call you to give you updates on their arrival time or that they’re on the way. I suggest using someone else for towing.
UPDATE: It’s 7PM. Nobody calls to give updates. I checked the app from my insurance and it states the tow was complete. NO IT WAS NOT!!!! I had to call Tow Pro myself since they don’t update you on what’s going on. Dispatch stated a driver slid off the road and they’re getting one on the road as soon as possible. They stated the driver is an hour away going 40 on the highway. This has been going on for HOURS UPON HOURS!!!!!! I’m 10 weeks pregnant with 2 small toddlers. They of course don’t care about that when you need to eat, use the restroom and stay warm in the cold. I had my car running for hours on end. This is ridiculous!!!!! This place needs shut down immediately or something has got to change ASAP!!!!
UPDATE: It’s about 9:30PM & still no tow truck. At this rate I kept bugging them for hours. My insurance spoke with them on the phone with me on the other end. They said they’re hurrying as fast as possible. Apparently not fast enough when I’ve been sitting here with my children for over 9 HOURS!!!!!!! My kids are getting tired, hungry and cold because I’ve been running my car all day in this ditch, wasting so much gas to keep them warm. Already wasted over half a tank of gas waiting on these people to come tow my car which only takes 5 minutes or less out of a ditch. This company needs to get their logic together!!!!!! I do NOT recommend this company to my friends and family, not even my enemies!!!! This should be illegal!!!!
UPDATE: A tow truck finally came and helped us at a little over 10pm. The gentleman was so kind and helpful. He felt really bad for us because my kids and I were stuck for hours upon hours in the ditch. I informed him on the service I received waiting for trucks to come by and he was LIVID!! He has a pregnant wife at home and showed much sympathy as I’m pregnant as well. Nobody should have to go through this nonsense. At least this company has one good driver out there. He was able to finally get me out of the ditch. My kids and I were on our way back home, even with little sleep for my ultrasound in the early morning. Let’s hope my baby is okay after dealing with a ton of stress and anxiety from being stuck ALL DAY!!!! My insurance was absolutely livid with this company and stated they won’t use them again for any towing service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Deserves 0 stars but can only give 1 star for the driver being so kind after finally getting help.
UPDATE: LOL love how they respond saying they weren’t aware of children being in my car when I called multiple times and said I had my 2 toddlers in the back. My insurance was the one that said THEY cancelled. Keep up the lies, Tow Pro! This place isn’t worth my time. Wouldn’t recommend them to my dead relatives
This is my second time using Tow Pro, the driver gave me great service was on time for time I was told he would be here .Had me up and running in about 10 minutes. It was just a simple pull out from the ice and snow. Was stuck in the yard parking lot. I will give them a call for my next tow service.
I had an accident on January 16th. The police arrived and called a tow truck service, and these individuals showed up. The person who towed my car took it to the parking lot of my house and gave me a price of $361.40, but I told him I needed an invoice so my insurance company would cover the cost. He said he would send it to my email, but he never sent anything. I went to the address where this company is located, and the woman who assisted me gave me an invoice for $251.35 and said it was strange that I had been charged that amount when it didn't appear in their system. My opinion is that before they tow your car, make sure you find out how much they're going to charge you because they are scammers.
I would not recommend using these people. They were supposed to pick up my car around 12:30 and have it sent to the shop for my insurance 2 o'clock came around, nobody showed up I called them and had to sit on holes for 30 minutes just for me to hang up and call them again and they tell me that they would not be able to get my car for another hour and a half and after wait , almost six hours they still haven't showed up and wasted my whole day. My insurance called them, and they said that it would be another hour and had a attitude with my insurance people. That's ridiculous i would find another towing company , I do not recommend using them
This is the worst company I have had to deal with. I would not recommend using this company for towing services. Ebony and Sage do not know how to conduct business in a professional manner. Save your time and money!!!
My car was towed on Saturday 1/10/26. I called the non police and was told it was at the impound. I drove down there to find out it was not there. I finally found out where it was located tried to get it that day. I was told by Bella that she couldn’t get a tow person to come back and give us the car all of this was before 5pm. There are no business hours on the location. I was told I would have to wait until Monday. In the inside no information of what it cost for storage. You are just quoted a fee and if you want your car thats what you pay. It’s a rip off to have to have had to pay $427. Especially when you tried to get your car the same day. I can say Ebony did provide great customer service. No hours of operation stated on a business.
I was rear-ended in a collision and the tow truck had to separate the two vehicles. Even though I was not at fault, I was told I had to pay for the tow truck services on the spot and was not given a choice in the matter. The driver stated they would not unhook my vehicle until payment was made. I was quoted two different prices: $100 in cash or $260 if I paid through a link sent by the company. I had just been hit, was stressed, and paid through the link so that I could have a receipt. My insurance later confirmed I should not have been charged and fortunately reimbursed me.
I was also the only one charged for the service; the other driver, who caused the accident, was not charged at all. Afterward, my vehicle was in worse condition and the instructions I received from the tow operator were unclear and unhelpful. The entire experience felt predatory and borderline scam-like. Blake came and picked up my car. He was awesome. He even helped me figure out how to do the link on my phone to pay the extra money that being said when I called to have the car towed back to my house I was told that it was only 13 miles not the 19 miles that I had to pay over for because my insurance would only cover 15 miles so I had to pay an extra seven dollars for each mile but yet strangely when they brought it back to me, the distance was only gonna be 13 miles nice way to take advantage of somebody. I just moved here while Blake like I said was amazing. I would never recommend this company.
dutch killed the game on customer service & skill! got my keys out of my car with EXTRA care & even took time to show me how to change the battery IN my key. i hope geico sends this company again next time i need help LOL
Dutch was amazing! Not only did he safely tow the car, he went above and beyond to actually help fix the issue that caused the tow in the first place! He was so kind and saved us a ton of headache. Thank you Dutch!
Dispatch told us 45 min. And after 45 min kept saying 30 min, 15 min I er and over until it had been 3.5 hours and the dispatcher did not tell the driver it was me plus my elderly mother on the side of the interstate. If it's gonna be 3 hours, say 3 hours. Don't lie. Will not return here. I was told by the tire place this company is notorious for leaving people hanging.
Alex, is the best. He came out today and told us after a minor incident. He had the truck and trailer hooked up in 15 minutes max. He told me exactly what he needed me to do and there were no issues at all. He got us towed to the Kenworth dealership in record time. That man needs a raise! Alex, if you're reading this, you are the man! If you are a supervisor of Alex, I would strongly consider putting that man in management. He is meant for a big things in this life. The best tow truck driver I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, and I've dealt with a lot from personal vehicles, police work when I used to be a police officer, working hundreds of wrecks with multiple different companies and tow truck drivers, and Alex was the most pleasurable out of everybody to deal with and the most professional. He got the job done and knew exactly what he was doing. Super fast and efficient, and highly recommend this company to anyone needing a tow or work done in general.

First and foremost Dutch has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD. He was very prompt. He let me know every single detail from beginning to end. ETA and everything. He gave my car a jump when it wouldn’t start. He literally went above and beyond. I wish that dinner was already finished so that I could make him a to go plate lol Dutch keep up the great work. Very good man.
Joseph towed my car from Murfreesboro to Franklin on Nov. 1st and allowed me to ride along with him. He was friendly and professional. He was very careful with my car and ensured that we arrived to the service center in a timely manner. I am beyond grateful for his help.

If you are a trucking company do not, I repeat do not use them. They charged 32k to recover a truck and trailer. They sent three big rigs out when one could do the job and charged 7500 for each plus 5k to transport a reefer trailer. They charged 625 per hour for the trailer. These people are crooks and will take advantage of you if you have an accident. TRASH
They are scamming people out of money. Got two different prices, one from Amanda and one from Amber. Got a tow paid for at 10 am for $125 (2 mile tow) they tried to deliver it with no heads up at 2:13p. Called me ( I didn’t pick up) for two minutes straight and took the car back. I called the number back with no answer for an hour. Was informed that it was taken back by Justin. Was told to call the company and have it rescheduled that it shouldn’t be a charge. I called the company spoke to Ashley asking for a reschedule. She told me I’d have to repay for another tow. I asked I asked her why bc I was told it wouldn’t be another charge. Said she’d talk to the manager and call me back. She never did. Went to the office to pay after no call back. My car was already being sent back to my apartment with again no communication. The office people at the Antioch location were confused. Said they would call the main office and talk to Ashley. Ended up being charged again and told if I didn’t pay that they would impound my car and charge me more fees. Wish they had better communication, a sign explaining the rules like you should be there to receive your car or at least a (verbal warning),we will call you for drop off be on the look out, and a service that gave you a heads up. I bet they would have charged me again if I wouldn’t have been there.
They took 4 hours to return my car, only for them to wait so long that I overslept. After I called for my car, they told me I would have to pre-pay double the agreed upon amount for them to release my car. I then waited over 12 hours (the next night) to get my car. Terrible service. I will never ever be back. Do not come here. Do not let them service you. Do not waste your money or time here.
The driver of heavy tow truck H1064RY is going to cause a bad accident. His selfish bullying of using merge lanes to bypass lines of traffic shouts volumes about him and what the company represents. What was most troubling to me though was when he passed a vehicle a little slower than the flow of traffic, cut back in front of it and proceeded to use his rear facing bright white LED lights to blind that driver. This display of road rage will only escalate. Best of luck if you continue employing him. This was at 8:15 pm Friday October 10, 2025 on I-65 headed northbound. The tag number could be slightly off, but it’s close to what I could see.
Called AAA, they connected me with this towing company. I explained where my car was to 3 different people. Tow driver calls me, doesn’t speak English or know where to find the car. After I spoke to him, he found the car, I told him I paid through the company and said “they don’t pay me nothing” I need “cash app or Venmo me.” Long story short the driver tried to EXTORT me and threatened to not take my car or take it to an unknown location. So I have submitted a report to the Nashville police department. If you go through AAA for a tow make sure to AVOID this company.
REPLY TO OWNER: Well sounds like you don’t know your tow drivers well because it in fact was your team.
AFTER I received and paid the invoice from your company, the driver subsequently tried to extort money through Venmo/cash app. Reported the issue to AAA who should be doing an audit of you guys, as well as the better business bureau.
This is a warning to anyone who’s unlucky enough to be referred to your team through AAA, etc.
First time getting a tow from this company my motorcycle cut out on me. The directions were a bit tricky but Jose, the driver, worked really well with me. It was a fast and easy load up and drop off. Very sweet guy, very professional, hopefully won't need another tow but if I ever do I'm choosing this place. Thank you!
Our technician was very skilled in protecting our pull trailer onto his flatbed. Took extra time to get it right. It barely fit, width wise, and did the same unloading. Top notch !!!
