They are scamming people out of money. Got two different prices, one from Amanda and one from Amber. Got a tow paid for at 10 am for $125 (2 mile tow) they tried to deliver it with no heads up at 2:13p. Called me ( I didn’t pick up) for two minutes straight and took the car back. I called the number back with no answer for an hour. Was informed that it was taken back by Justin. Was told to call the company and have it rescheduled that it shouldn’t be a charge. I called the company spoke to Ashley asking for a reschedule. She told me I’d have to repay for another tow. I asked I asked her why bc I was told it wouldn’t be another charge. Said she’d talk to the manager and call me back. She never did. Went to the office to pay after no call back. My car was already being sent back to my apartment with again no communication. The office people at the Antioch location were confused. Said they would call the main office and talk to Ashley. Ended up being charged again and told if I didn’t pay that they would impound my car and charge me more fees. Wish they had better communication, a sign explaining the rules like you should be there to receive your car or at least a (verbal warning),we will call you for drop off be on the look out, and a service that gave you a heads up. I bet they would have charged me again if I wouldn’t have been there.
I did not have a good customer service experience here. I suggest trying a different towing company, unless you’re okay with waiting over 4 hours for your vehicle to be picked up.
They took 4 hours to return my car, only for them to wait so long that I overslept. After I called for my car, they told me I would have to pre-pay double the agreed upon amount for them to release my car. I then waited over 12 hours (the next night) to get my car. Terrible service. I will never ever be back. Do not come here. Do not let them service you. Do not waste your money or time here.
The driver of heavy tow truck H1064RY is going to cause a bad accident. His selfish bullying of using merge lanes to bypass lines of traffic shouts volumes about him and what the company represents. What was most troubling to me though was when he passed a vehicle a little slower than the flow of traffic, cut back in front of it and proceeded to use his rear facing bright white LED lights to blind that driver. This display of road rage will only escalate. Best of luck if you continue employing him. This was at 8:15 pm Friday October 10, 2025 on I-65 headed northbound.
The tag number could be slightly off, but it’s close to what I could see.
Called AAA, they connected me with this towing company. I explained where my car was to 3 different people. Tow driver calls me, doesn’t speak English or know where to find the car. After I spoke to him, he found the car, I told him I paid through the company and said “they don’t pay me nothing” I need “cash app or Venmo me.” Long story short the driver tried to EXTORT me and threatened to not take my car or take it to an unknown location. So I have submitted a report to the Nashville police department. If you go through AAA for a tow make sure to AVOID this company.
REPLY TO OWNER: Well sounds like you don’t know your tow drivers well because it in fact was your team.
AFTER I received and paid the invoice from your company, the driver subsequently tried to extort money through Venmo/cash app. Reported the issue to AAA who should be doing an audit of you guys, as well as the better business bureau.
This is a warning to anyone who’s unlucky enough to be referred to your team through AAA, etc.
Terrible company to call. They were supposed to have a guy at IAA in Nashville to meet me at 11. I’ve called multiple times and they keep saying they are 20 mins away. It’s not 3:30 and they still have not shown up. They were paid at 9:30 this morning to do so. Spend your money else where with a company that will do as they say.
Ask to speak with manager (sam) and called several times and left messages. Spoke with a few different employees there and was told he would get the message and that I would get a call back. Still haven't heard from anyone and it's been weeks. Terrible customer service and communication. AVOID THIS COMPANY
First time getting a tow from this company my motorcycle cut out on me. The directions were a bit tricky but Jose, the driver, worked really well with me. It was a fast and easy load up and drop off. Very sweet guy, very professional, hopefully won't need another tow but if I ever do I'm choosing this place. Thank you!
They damaged our RV in November. They spider cracked the whole front panel while bouncing it on the tow bar. We watched it happen and the driver told us to call in immediately and report it, which we did. Here it is 6 months later and they're trying to tell me they weren't at fault????....we watched it happen. I've asked for an owner to call me so we'll see if they do.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Dishonest business practices! I ended up not needing the tow, but they charged me anyway then fought me when I disputed the charge. This is still ongoing and very frustrating.
The staff was friendly. The lot itself was a mess (very muddy on the day I went and not very organized. I asked where I could find my car and was told probably up there somewhere). Also uneven gravel/road ways with screws and other potential tire hazards lying around. I had to walk about 150 feet from what I felt was a safe parking spot through mud to eventually find my vehicle. The staff was very friendly.
Jay from Tow Pro was very kind and professional. My friend, Leanna was taking me home from the hospital when we hit a gigantic pot hole at the intersection of Briley Pkwy and Vultee Blvd on February 12, 2025, in pouring down rain. It busted her tire and bent her rim. There were at least 6 other cars pulled over that needed towing that night from the same pothole. He arrived as soon as he could and towed her car. Just wanted to say a long overdue thank you for coming to the rescue and bringing some kindness with you.
Brian was polite, kind, the truck itself was the cleanest truck I've ever seen. Very professional. I sincerely appreciated having Brian in my emergency situation. 10/10, would recommend.

STAY AWAY. Payed $130 for my car to be towed to the wrong mechanic. When trying to correct the situation, I was told I would need to pay for another tow to get it taken to a shop that isn’t closed all of Memorial Day weekend, even though it was their mistake. Very unhelpful and unprofessional, please stay away if you don’t want to pay twice for the job to be done correctly. Cannot recommend any other tow truck service enough, what an absolute robbery. Will avoid using this company at all costs.
The actual tow truck driver was kind and accommodating. However, he drove off after he dropped the car off before i paid, which apparently is against their company policy. So in return for a mistake that was not made by me, I got a call no more than 10 minutes later by a woman from the company VERY rudely threatening to impound my car if I do not pay this instant. Incredibly condescending and calling me “honey”. She said she sent him back to impound my car so I would have to pay before he got back. Note, he was around 5 minutes away. She also deliberately kept mispronouncing my name despite correction. Sure they get the job done, but the customer service is shameful. I have read other reviews and many of them also complain of this woman.
I drive for an Amazon freight Partner and their trucks are always breaking down. I had the unfortunate experience of needing a tow in Nashville last night, going back to Mississippi. The driver, Larry, was amazing! He was nice and friendly. Safe. And just an all around great person. He didn’t take long to get to me from the time he himself was dispatched. And he was great company for the long ride. Dependable company.
No words can describe the awesome professionalism and competence of Tow Pro. There was adequate and effective communication throughout the process and the tow person, Justin, was especially patient and very knowledgeable. As exhausted as I know these guys can be from practically living on the road most days and weekends, he was friendly and courteous all the way to the destination. His tow skills were dy-no-mite, like second nature!

We had truck problems on the way home from a camping trip in TN heading to IN. We needed both our truck and camper towed home. We’re not from the area and called a few different places. The first 2 never called us back with quotes. Tow Pro gave us a quick quote and said they could be at our location in 90 minutes.
Xavier pulled our fifth wheel. He was very personable and engaged in friendly conversation during the drive. James had some trouble finding the repair shop for the truck and contacted us for some instructions and got the truck where it needed to be.
Once we got home Xavier did an amazing job backing the camper into our driveway. This is not easy as we live off a very narrow road with deep ditches and mailboxes surrounding, making it a difficult feat with little room for error. It took a few attempts requiring different strategies to fit both our 40 ft. camper and a big rig tow truck with enough space to back it in. Xavier kept his composure and continued trying even after being told he could leave it as is and we could find another solution. His response was “Im going to make this happen no matter how many times it takes.”
Very happy with our service and we would highly recommend this towing company.
After waiting for hours on another popular roadside service, my insurance company contacted Tow Pro. They communicated with me from the moment they accepted the tow, took my vehicle considerably further than I would have expected any to service to agree to! I had a bizarre vehicle issue that resulted in complete immobilization of my vehicle. The driver was attentive when he arrived, took care to understand my explanation of the failure and took very good care of my vehicle getting it onto a rollback. The driver took my vehicle to a dealership close to my ending destination, dropped my key off with specific instructions for the dealer in an effort to avoid any further damage and photographed my vehicle before and after. All of this during a busy holiday weekend. I’m very pleased with the service and the attention to detail. My vehicle is a huge investment in my recreation time and someone willing to take care of it the way I would is refreshing! Bravo sir, and again thank you!
Our technician was very skilled in protecting our pull trailer onto his flatbed. Took extra time to get it right. It barely fit, width wise, and did the same unloading. Top notch !!!
One of their lots TOTALED MY CAR. My 2013 Volkswagen Beetle was being towed through Geico for a FLAT TIRE and given the instructions to be taken to a tire shop. My car was never taken to the tire shop and was kept at the lot all weekend because “they didn’t have enough drivers” to take it to the shop. Four days later, it still hadn’t been taken to the tire shop so I called AB Collier Wrecker and they said the car had been damaged in the lot. So I went down to the lot and found the car to be completely destroyed - TOTALED. This car had a flat tire and now it is totaled, according to the adjuster from Geico that came out and looked at it. AB Collier were extremely rude, claimed they "didn’t see what happened", offered NO apology (to be honest, their attitude about the whole thing was more like "too bad for you, not our problem"), and refused to give their insurance information so I could make a claim. I had to go through MY car insurance Geico to deal with this negligence that AB Collier caused even though it happened in their tow yard under their watch. This was a PERFECTLY good VW Beetle in GREAT condition with 74000 miles on it, and just paid off. Lastly, they kept saying that I didn't sign a form to release the car to Geico multiple times when I signed a form the day I got to the lot. Whatever you do, do NOT use them.
