My husband and I are on our honeymoon and broke down in Moss. This wonderful woman stopped to ask if we needed help and quickly suggested Brownings. She even drove up to the shop and asked them to help us. PJ came and got us and they towed our vehicle to the shop. They had us up and going in a matter of hours and back in our way to our next determination! We can not thank them enough and God most of all for the quick fix!!! Please Do Not hesitate to call them! This town may be small but the people and their hospitality make up for it in a Big way! Ty again!
Phenomenal service! I called for a tow after an accident on an out-of-state move. I was worried about needing to get a rental since I was nowhere near a rental service and 8 hours from my final destination. PJ checked over my vehicle and let me know nothing major was damaged/leaking under the hood and that I could still get to my destination despite the damages to the front (when he could have just towed me no questions asked). He even let me drive in front of him for a few miles to make sure my car was running right and patiently answered all my questions. Very stand up and honest repair service center and one I will definitely use if I am in town again and need repairs.
I was Stranded in the afternoon in the Middle of No where Tennessee and Browning and the Whole Town including the Sheriff took Care of me.
Pj, the Owner, drove me 28 miles to A Motel, offered to pay for the Room, food and Drinks, and Towed my Car for a Very Reasonably rate.

I am SO grateful to Browning Repair shop! I was headed back to Nashville after staying in a nearby cabin, already running late for my son’s school Christmas music concert, when i realized I had a flat tire. I called them, and even though Google said they weren’t opening for another half hour, they answered and told me that could fix my tire ASAP. When I got there, they were so knowledgeable, kind, quick, and efficient! They tried as hard as they could to repair the flat tire, but when they realized it wasn’t possible, gave me a great deal on two new tires that I was needing to get replaced anyway, then changed them incredibly quickly. They also informed me that they can come to me, and/or tow to the shop next time I’m in the area if having car trouble. I come to this area often, and it gives me peace of mind to know that there’s such an awesome auto shop in case of emergency! And yes, I ended up making my son’s concert in the nick time. Thank you for saving the day!
Took my Ram 3500 Dually here for an alignment and to fix a wheel spacer issue that another shop messed up and these guys are the truth! Very fast and very knowledgeable. I don't want to take my vehicles anywhere else now.

I cannot begin to tell you how thankful I am for the owner to respond to my request for a tow of 120 miles at 11:30pm on a Friday night out in God's country. Beyond words. If I could give these guys a 10 out of five I would! While towing my boat back to Nashville from Dale Hollow Lake my low oil pressure light started flashing and dinging. I pulled over just past the repair shop where my son checked the oil. He discovered the tube holding the dip stick had come out of the engine block. While he was struggling to replace it a local gentleman stopped to make sure we were Ok. He highly recommended Browning Automotive if we needed them. After 30 mins or so without success I went to the shop. Within 10 mins. they had my Vehicle in and
working on it. After resetting the tube so I could make it home they wouldn’t except any payment!!!! I wish I lived closer because I would take all of my vehicles here! Great people! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! God Bless Y’all! You sure blessed me today!
Had a huge emergency with my car on a road trip and no towing companies would help me out because I had to get towed to Nashville. P.J picked me up and sacrificed his own plans for the evening to help me out. Extremely professional, funny, and a good guy all around.
