I have financed 2 vehicles now through Mike, he never scams anyone with a car that has something wrong with it, or does anything not right for money like these other car lots do. Fully paid of first vehicle, I’m IN LOVE with my new car, AMAZING prices as well!! Respectful, HONEST, TRUTH AND TRUST, KIND, communication=great! Very welcoming business. Makes you feel good and know you’re truly getting treated right, not saying one thing and in reality it’s a wreck and they’re still wanting $10,,000 for something that a transmission is ruined in… (the last part is a RECENT experience at another lot in cookeville TN, I will FOREVER be LOYAL, to mikes auto sales.)
Been trying to get a transmission they say they have going on two weeks the lady answering the phone was nice and answered everytime I called must be under staffed.
I needed a tow and Mike's towing went above and beyond. Thank you Mike and your lovely wife and son for pausing your day to help when I needed it most.

Stopped by to get a part or look at something for my dad. Liked that I was treated respectfully as a female in a truck which often I am not. I was very grateful for that!!! I will recommend this place and hopefully be back.
