Kory from RSI really went above and beyond. I had Honda Odyssey with a blown transmission that was locked in gear. He was able to get the van on and off the flatbed safely even though it couldn't roll freely. If I ever need another tow, I will absolutely call RSI.
Editing this on 5/24/26: Had to move the same vehicle again and got Kory again. Outstanding service as usual. He got a vehicle incapable of rolling up and down safely and efficiently. Would use again.
I had just gotten the vehicle,brought it home, parked it, came inside to tell my family to come look at it and it was literally gone out of the driveway...I happened to look towards the neighbors and it was in their yard, the only thing that stopped it was their fence...called AAA and they sent out Corey from RSI towing....he was very prompt and very cordial as well...towed my vehicle back up to the driveway and chalked it for me... didn't take him 5 minutes...so thankful he was on duty and able to come out
Great Customer Service Very professional service Corey their tech was very helpful and dropped me off at my home on the way to take my truck to the repair shop. Would use them again if needed
Let me tell you boys and ladies something when you’re stranded and you’re told it’s gonna be an hour hour and a half or somebody arrives and they show up 10 minutes later like oh my God this man broke so many laws and came so fast just come save my ass.I will only use this business with Kory . and the young man even understood what kind of situation I was in and he understand yours too.from one country boy to the next thay will Save your life. Y’all boys have a good one. don’t go nowhere else.
