Absolutely amazing! We had a tire come off on the hwy and they were able to help get to us quickly and referred us to an amazing shop to help fix it! If I could give them 10 stars I would!
Roger is the kindest guy! My mother and I got stuck on the side of the freeway, and he got to us in less than 20 minutes. He took the time to take us almost an hour away from Pleasant View and handled our truck with so much care while loading and unloading. Very reasonable pricing! Definitely recommend and will absolutely use again if needed.
Roger left in the middle of a baseball game to grab me when I had a massive coolant leak, had me picked up and dropped at the shop in 40 minutes. Nicest guy, great service

When the tires and rims were literally stolen off my car, it stumped other towing groups (picture attached). Roger took the time to craft a custom towing solution to hook my car to a wood platform without getting it further scratched at an extremely reasonable rate for his time and labor. I highly recommend!
They are not 24 hours like they advertise. I would say more like they're probably just whenever it's convenient for them. Which is fine but you shouldn't advertise is 24 hours and never call someone back when your voicemail says send text. Sent text still waiting for respond back and guess what nothing. So all I'm saying is if they don't answer don't sit around and wait call someone else like I did. I wouldn't care if you couldn't get to me or if it would been hours but communication is always great.

My wife ran over this pintle hook in the middle of the interstate during Nashvilles rush hour traffic. I called Roger @Caliber Towing and told him where she was and within minutes he was in route to get her. She said he was very courteous and professional. And we appreciate his quick response time. Caliber Towing is the best. I ran over something on I-24 and pulled off at exit 24. Pulled into the Marathon station to get air but had a hole in tire. We couldn’t get lug nuts off so we called Caliber. While we were talking he was across street getting gas and came right over. Very pleasant and friendly. Didn’t want to charge us but we wouldn’t let him do that. Will for sure call him for service if we are in that area again with a problem.

Take it from a retired traffic sergeant/investigator who has seen plenty of wrecker services, this is the company to use in the Nashville area. Responsive, knowledgeable, great “can do” attitude. Absolutely outstanding service! You won’t find a nicer guy and a more professional towing service around! Caliber helped me out when I was in a really tough spot on the side of the road. They were super fast and very affordable. Could not ask for a better experience. Highly recommended!!
PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, POLITE! Our car broke down on the side of the Interstate as we were traveling back from Nashville to Illinois. He showed up quickly, got us off the side of the busy Interstate quickly in the rain. He even dropped us off at a hotel before dropping our vehicle off at a service facility for us. Definitely eased our pain in the situation that we were in. Recommend his services for sure!
I wish that I could give Roger and Caliber Towing a million stars!!! My son’s car broke down on the interstate while driving from NC to Colorado. He was alone, it was late at night, cold, and raining. I was so terrified that something would happen to him that I was in tears! Roger came to his rescue!! This guy (Roger) really exceeded our expectations! Professional, skilled, prompt and friendly. He had the equipment to pound-out the fender on our boat trailer that was destroyed by the tread that flew off one of the tires at high speed and replaced the mangled tire. We were on our way in about 20-minutes. Roger came through for us when we really needed it!! Definitely 5-stars!!!!

Roger was the nicest tow truck driver I have ever dealt with! My car was stuck in a ditch and he spent a long time trying to get it out without damaging my car. Being some what new to the area, when my car broke down I was so distraught, I had no idea what to do. I remember a coworker mentioning her friends tow company recently so I contacted Caliber towing.
