Jeff deserves a raise. Travelling back from Alanta. Ran into an issue. Needed new spark plugs and coil packs. My man Jeff helped me out and let me use some of the tools he had. I am a satisfied customer. Thanks Jeff from Advanced Auto.

I was on my way to Pigeon Forge and started having car problems, stopped at the advanced in La Follete. Bryson and Carla both went above and beyond for us. To the point that when they new it was something serious Carla called her daughter and a friend with a tow truck and got us 25 miles down the road to a Kia dealership and the airport car rental. I guess sometimes Angels work in an Advanced Auto Parts.

The girl in there did not offer me any assistance and acted annoyed when i asked her for some help. I wasn’t aware she was being paid to sit on her phone.

Please don't buy anything here. Only ever got bad experiences from them. The older bald guy that works the morning shift is a jerk. I had a call in order from the previous day and when I told them my name and I mistakingly said it was an online order because I didn't know there was a difference, he got extremely mad and told me that "there's a difference" his face getting all red and all too and him sighing really hard. He's also acted like im an idiot everytime I've gone in there asking me if I even know why I'm buying certain things. I will never set foot in there, O Rileys and autozone is better anyway, advanced barely has anything.

The guys working at the Rocky Top location have always been very helpful and friendly well stocked store I live in Clinton Tn I will drive up to this location for my parts.

Worker shows up late. Says they aren’t opening store for a few min because they arrived late. Then locks door behind them. 10 min past opening. Go somewhere else.

This place does not have good customer service they've lost me as a customer I will never go there and spend my money again. The manager that was working there tonight was very rude unhelpful did not explain anything. He hung up the phone on me multiple times for no reason. My opinion is I would not have somebody running my store that treats customers like that. He should be fired. Just wanted to put this out there so that way if you ever need a good place to go AutoZone helped me way more than this place did.. I recommend AutoZone 10 times over. Before I'd ever go back to this place

I’m absolutely disappointed with Advanced Auto Parts! My husband and I had to drive out to help 2 little old ladies from our church who had their key break off in the ignition. A couple of guys attempted to help them get the key out. Even sold them some pliers to get the key out with. The men had no luck and apparently didn’t know what they were doing in the first place. And then instead of waiting around for someone to come help. They closed the store and left these ladies sitting outside stranded. Shame on Advance for not training your employees better. They should’ve at least waited to make sure these ladies were safe. Anything could’ve happened to them. 😡😤 P.S. My husband did your job for you. He had the key out and started in a 2 seconds! ❤️ Also failed to mention that they (Advanced Auto Parts employee) was the one who broke the key/fob after it got stuck in the ignition.

Wouldn’t deal with advanced again, been a customer for almost 2 decades, have had issue after issue with this location causing me to not be a customer of theirs anymore. I have 3 separate accounts, 2 personal 1 business account with advanced auto. Somehow when trying to return the wrong sized belt they sold to me none of my accounts exist according to the staff here where I buy my parts and have my accounts refusing to refund the item they sold to me which was the wrong item in the first place. Pretty let down by the “customer satisfaction” of this pathetic parts store staff. Thanks for clearing up that the tens of thousands I’ve spent over the last 20yrs has been not appreciated.

Jeff!!!!! The BEST!! We came down to Norris lake and our Tritoon wouldn’t start. Spent two hours at the marina, couldn’t fix after troubleshooting multiple issues. Called Advanced Auto Parts in a panic!! This was our week long vacation with family on Norris Lake. We were transferred to Jeff immediately, he said to bring it on in. Fixed the issue within 3 mins. Immense knowledge. So personable. Great guy! So happy with our service and so thankful for people like Jeff in this world!!! It’s hard to find people so kind and knowledgeable! Any outboard issues around Norris Lake, Jeff is your man! Thank you Jeff!!

I had a problem coming back from jeep invasion and got my parts from this store. The employees provided the best customer service I have ever experienced from a parts store. Even though I was aggravated and hot they made this experience a calm one with great hospitality.. I would reccomend this store to anyone.

Man there's this guy there named Jeff he gave excellent customer service. He was thorough in his research and was able to find what we needed. I will most definitely return to this location. I have to say comparatively speaking that this was by far the best service I've had at any auto parts store in literally years. Thank you for employees like Jeff. He's definitely knowledgeable and courteous.

Had, to get a small tube of Blue Loctite; for working on and rebuilding computer's. And, they had it! Didn't even have to ask for assistance, from any employees. Besides, their were some customers who didn't know or care about the Coronavirus that's spreading around the world.

Very good store. Fast parts ordering for non in stock items. I had a serpentine belt on my wife's Jeep break just down the road and limped it in there. Got the belt and one of the staff went the extra mile and helped me route it correctly and work the tensioner as I was under it to route the bottom end of it.

Well I would definitely not reccomend this part store I'd sooner go risk buying parts at a junk yard have had too many bad experiences there with them not holding up to warranties they said this product has but when the part fails to perform they say it is not returnable even though I have a receipt and all the defect parts are there cause they were used well of course it would have to be used to find out that the part is a defective part and is not usable overall they are other part store in town that offer a better offer and honors warranties more than this basic rip off of a place

Stopped in after work. One employee behind counter trying to work the other wandering around(looked as if he was trying to stay away from counter and customers). While i was in line everyone else was apparently alot more important than us as they just kept cutting line. Its ok though went right down the rd to oriellys. Very helpful and ill just take my money to them. Thanks advance for making my decision for me.

I love going to Advance for everything. I've always been treated as an equal, and if I had a question and didn't understand something the workers were always willing to help! They even taught me how to change my own windshield wipers.

Unbelievable service. Ronnie went above and beyond to help me out in the middle of a long trip and I would have had a real hard time without his help. This is the place to stop around here if you're on the road.
