This is my first review for a business…I felt strongly that people need to know about this crooked business owner… he inflated his price and then charged for A lot fee .. he also threatened to keep the vehicle and charge extra ao the invoice would be more than the vehicle’s worth… I do believe he was trying to keep the vehicle so he could sell it and make money .. beware and don’t waste your time with his business! He is a crook … plain and simple…he doesn’t deserve a star rating at all …
Mr. Campbell needs to sell Lemonade. His old soured face would go right along with the sour Lemonade. He screams and yells at his wife in front of customers. Extremely over price. I would never use him again. He has very irritational thinking. Do your self a favor or just leave your vehicle where it is. * -1
This man is highway robber. . Do not use him!He is way too expensive $200 for an 11 mile tow. I would not be able to sleep at night doing that to people.

They are so hateful and just seemed bothered by helping people or doing there job .. so very expressive, I just hope they find peace .. saddens me my heart.
On May 25, 2019, my son was in his first car accident, his truck is not driveable as it is missing the front drivers side tire. I went to go call our insurance as we have roadside, I was asked by the Bledsoe County Rescue Squad to not do that as it would take them to long to get there and they needed to be able to open the road back up. They told me that Campbell's can tow for $150. I agreed to let them call as this was a decent price to get his truck towed back home. I assume the guy that showed up was the owner, it made no difference how I said things to him, he was rude as ever and said the tow to my house would be $300. I explained to him that I am a mom of 6 and can't afford the sudden double in price, being sure I explained the whole situation including the price multiple people on the rescue squad said. This man then proceeded to tell me to give him the keys or he would charge another $50. I told him no that we do not agree to him towing the truck. He said he would just take it. He refused to take a credit card, refused to take a check...cash only man in a society that doesn't carry cash. He left us with no option, after loading my son's truck he said oh I charge $40 a day storage. Today we went and got my son's truck, I was surprised when he said he wasn't charging the storage, but still had to pay him $300 and then pay another tow truck $125 to bring it to my house. This company has no compassion for people in tough situations. I would NEVER recommend him or his company. If you need a tow, I advise you stay away from this place. K&C on the mountain is a million times better.
