Would not recommend! Called about getting towed back to Oak Ridge (where I reside) told where I was located (I40 east at exit 360) was told by gentleman that it was to far out for them, which really wasn’t all that far (but you claim to be a 24 towing service) either you want business or you don’t. Obviously they didn’t, Would not recommend.
Their truck leaves on its super bright flashing lights while they are driving and it’s blinding other drivers. When you’re not loading a car on the side of the road turn off the dang flashy lights! You are going to cause an accident.
I had a flat tire while in Oak Ridge & called a couple of places for a tow. One told me it would take an hour and a half to get to me. The second was Game Over Towing. They said about 15 minutes and honestly it was less than that. The gentleman was very nice and he had us at Free Service Tire & Auto Center in a matter of a few minutes. I highly recommend them for your towing needs.

Had to have my car towed this morning due to my car not wanting to start up. Had to take it to dealership to get it looked at. Called this company and I did not catch his name but he was amazing! So nice and professional. Handled my car with care and got it to the destination so fast. HIGHLY recommend them for towing services!!! Pricing was also super fair!!!
Can’t say enough GREAT things about this towing company! We needed a vehicle towed to a dealership and they were there within 10 minutes to help. Super friendly and above and beyond. If we ever need towing in the future for anything we will always be calling them!! ?

The towing from the location of the accident takes second place to the absolutely astounding way that Angela went above and beyond in dealing with a terrible insurance adjuster from Grange insurance who insisted that we pay the towing and storage bill.

These guys are the real deal! I got stuck in the mud in practically a ditch while camping. They came out with a tow truck and a Jeep with mud tires and pulled me out and got me on my way. Thank you
The ball was dropped on the inquiry for my service, I suppose. I made a claim with insurance before 6 pm and this company accepted the roadside service set up through my insurer. Apparently, there was a major miscommunication between my insurer and the tow company In which my location/personal information was never provided to the tow company. It took over 5 hours and almost midnight before I recorded service from a different company.
I was personally contacted by Ryan from this company and provided an understandable explanation about how roadside typically works and why he was unable to provide the service, which I greatly appreciate. Moving forward, I’ll know better how to approach a similar situation and avoid the hassle.
Ryan and his team are the best, and I will always use Game Over for my roadside assistance. They are professional, thorough and attentive to details and their customers needs, as well as respond in a timely manner! Seriously can’t rave enough - thank you guys for all you do!!
