The driver was respectful and professional. I’d use them again in a second. The most impressive thing was the communication, kept me in the loop and updated on status.

I WAS BROKE DOWN IN THE SNOW I GOT TOWED TO THE DEALERSHIP AND DUSTIN THE GUY THAT TOWED ME LOST MY KEYS LIED ABOUT GIVING THEM TO MY HUSBAND WHEN WE CALLED TO FIND OUT WHERE MY KEYS WERE TRISTAN WHO WAS NOT EVEN THERE AT THE TOW SITE EVEN TRIED TELLING MY HUSBAND WHAT HAPPENED AND THAT HE KNEW WE HAD THE KEYS THEN THE DEALERSHIP FOUND THE KEYS IN THE CAR AND TRISTAN STILL TRIED TO SAY WE HAD THE KEYS BUT WHEN IT GOT ON THE TOW TRUCK WE NEVER SEEN THE CAR AGAIN. SO CLEARLY HE DROPPED MY KEYS AND DID NOT KNOW WEAR THEY WERE SO HE TRIED TO PASS THE BLAME ON TO US FOR HIS MISTAKES THE COMPANY WAS RUDE A D DISRESPECTFUL WOULD NOT TRUST ANY OF THEM
Very responsive, polite, and professional gentlemen. These guys were the only wrecker company around the Sioux Falls area to answer the phone. I called them at 1:13 am on a Saturday and the man was very polite and asked for my email and phone and said the driver will call me when he's headed my way. I received a call about an hour and a half later from Jeremy and he said he was dropping off a truck and would be there around 4:30 am. I had just figured out and fixed what was wrong with my truck literally right before he called and I told him I no longer needed a wrecker. I asked him if I owe him anything for the trouble. He said I don't owe a thing and said safe travels.
I was very impressed by their prompt and professional service! Tristan, Derrick, and Teresa were very helpful and friendly despite me changing my mind multiple times about where I wanted my car towed. They never got frustrated with me and did not add on to their very affordable price when the destination changed. They get back to you right away and let you know their timetable and in my case were very fast. I would definitely recommend them any day!

We broke down 30 miles south of Sioux Falls on our way back to Kansas City from North Dakota. Derrick rescued us and our broken down pickup in a matter of minutes. I called my roadside assistance service and they sent Alcester Towing & Recovery. Their response time was quick! Dustin is a customer service rockstar and was able to safely get our vehicle to the shop - despite the fact that a front tire and axle had separated on the car! I highly recommend!
We were sitting on I-29 for close to 5 hours - thanks to Good Sam - when the state police called Tristan. He quickly got his team and equipment out to us, took our truck to the shop and our 5th wheel to the RV park...all before dark. We go excellent service and a fair price. We would recommend Alcester Towing any day.

We had a last minute towing that we needed last minute of our pickup and Alcester Towing & Recovery responded quickly to our call. They even drove the vehicle to Sioux Falls for us in order to be repaired. Would recommend to friends and family in the area if they ever need a towing service.

They towed a car from south of Sioux Falls to Roys Westside Auto Body in Rapid City. The fine young man was pleasant to deal with, and after he dropped the car off, he jumped back in the cab and was headed back to Sioux Falls. Wow! what a trooper. thanks Dusty. safe travels.
