We got our car towed out of a ditch a couple weeks ago, the wife is very rude. She told my husband and I she would never trust “people like us” yelling/pointing at us. We were told that we wouldn’t have storage fees, the husband put that on our paper work we had an officer as a witness. And she tried to charge us full price anyways, I WOULD NOT recommend going here. She was there when we made that agreement, but she didn’t care at all. We’re new to SD so this service/experience was horrible. The husband was very polite and nice, the wife in the other hand was very very rude and disrespectful.
Even in a rush last second call to this company , they arrived quickly and no damage to the vehicle. Might take a few yrs to get a call connected but other then that. It's always a safe bet
When police dispatchers left my teenage kids to die in a blizzard, Ryan stepped up.
They were almost out of gas and stuck in the snow. No one was coming and the dispatcher made that very clear. Ryan got them unstuck AND pulled them all the way to a hotel.
Ryan, you are a super hero in my eyes. I am a grateful momma from Ohio.

Wrecker driver was great , my complaint is the cost of this job ! Absolutely ridiculous!!! $2,612.50 for maybe 2 hours that includes driving from sisseton to where I was north of summit about 5 miles . I recommend finding someone else . Pulled me out of the bar ditch to the shoulder I helped shovel snow , done what I could to help the driver out . Then the company absolutely screwed me on the price!
They did an outstanding job removing my fully loaded semi tractor and trailer that went into the ditch during a snow storm. Excellent pricing for the work they had to do.
These guys are amazing me and my friends car broke down in the middle of no where 3 miles East of Rosholt SD called AAA cause had a membership after waiting for almost 4 hours in -45 degree weather they came and rescued us if it weren't for them not sure where we would be today. And even after 6:30 this morning AAA still couldn't help us THANK YOU GUYS KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK
After my stolen vehicle ended up being found and taken to Fisher's and placed on hold up til the police department released it. The gentleman stated that he will not let anyone inside the vehicle. He even stated he would bring the important things from my vehicle to me since he was coming this way. Only to have him keep putting it off and letting the people who stole it clear it out smh...
Scam artist Towed my truck an exit up the highway after it broke down charged 1400 for the tow and 75 a day storage that's gouging trade to get the truck was refused pickup told noone would be ther but there susposed to be opened 247 rented a trailer and everything now bill sits at 4500 1 month later and refuses to send me a break down watch ur self with this company
They towed my vehicle after hitting the ditch. I'm from hour or so out of town. While contacting them I had asked politely who I was speaking with and was hung up on. Later while getting closer to the business I called back to let the gentleman know what kind of vehicle I was arriving in and he was rude. Upon paying him I never received a receipt which I needed for insurance purposes....still never found out a name. Just glad to have my car back safe and sound.
A true lifesaver!!! My daughter was traveling through SD and blew a tire, Fishers went and put her spare on in no time and followed her into town to make sure she made it safe to a hotel for the night. Ryan checked her tires for us the next afternoon and found they all needed replaced. I drove to help her out (5 hrs) and went to Fargo for tires and returned later, Ryan went out of his way to put them on when he should have been off duty and showed us a few things on her car that need done as well as gave us ideas as where to go. Thank you to Ryan, his parents and anyone else who helped out. You are all amazing!!!
Stranded in a blizzard in the middle of nowhere. No one could help. But Ryan took the call! And he was there fast (he had to drive a long way to get to us), he was courteous and kind. Got us out, apologized for the amount (like I said he had to drive a long way...in a blizzard...to the middle of nowhere...and work in the frigid cold and deadly wind - he EARNED it), and gave us safe directions, and took the time to make sure we got there safely. Very appreciative of him, and incredibly thankful!
Was passing through South Dakota & ended up getting stuck in the Median on I-94. I have AAA so I called them to come pull me out. While waiting a Officer & this company’s tow truck arrives. I asked “Robert” (tow truck driver) if he was affiliated with AAA he responded “Yes, I can give you a “slip””. The Officer gave “Robert” the go ahead to pull me out. Once “Robert” pulled me out he informed me that he wasn’t AAA affiliated & that they would just reimburse me the ($125) he charged me to pull me out.... Long story short I was forced to pay ($125). That I didn’t have. He didn’t discuss a price before doing the job. The officer told me that if I didn’t pay him that he was going to take my car. I’m not sure if that’s legal or not.... Be careful.
Good place to junk old and unwanted vehicle's. I have junked quite a few cars to these guys. Just wish junking a vehicle wasn't so cheap. I wish I could negotiate the price first.
These clowns shouldn't even be in business. Zero customer service skills, the whole place is a dump. I drove 2 hours to pick up a car from storage for a customer of mine. I confirmed with them ahead of time that I would be paying by credit card. When I got there they said they would not accept my credit card, cash only. After I went to a gas station and got cash and came back, they were on lunch and wouldn't help me. I wasted 1.5 hours here, on what should have been 10 minutes. I wouldn't even deal with them again if it were free.
