Mike showed up 20 minutes after calling AAA. A very nice guy, who was very professional and gave us the jump we needed for our dead battery on our Ford 150 truck. That was about 2 weeks ago and it's still going strong! I highly recommend him and AAA!
Mike came out to the house to jump start my car. Mike was personable, professional and gave me insights into why my 2 year old battery was dead. ( Don't leave your key fob in the car!) I highly recommend his company. Mike had 15 years experience as a tow truck driver. AAA made a great referral!
I got towing from AAA and it was my lucky day because a gentleman named Lee came in his favorite truck and saved me due to a faulty alternator. He even saw one of my tires was low. Got that checked out too and turns out there was a screw in the tire! He made a few suggestions for which mechanic I could go to and couldn’t be more pleased! Great down to earth guy give this man a raise!!
I called to get my car rescheduled for towing and the guy on the phone was so rude, unprofessional and clearly untrained if he thinks to hang up on me, thank god I switch to a different company and I will never in life ask this company again. If I could, I would’ve put a -3, worst call of my day.
i’m leaving a one star review because of the experience that my family and I had with tow pros. The driver they sent was too scared to do his job when then a couple days we got a different tow company and he did it with perfect skill and he had no problems getting up the hill where we are at and the customer service was just terrible and they sent the wrong truck as well as telling us they’d send another truck within 20 minutes and never showed up. I rate this experience is zero out of 10.
Tow driver moved my Jeep from Box Elder to Rapid City, proceeded to drop the car off and left the keys inside the vehicle and never notified the dealership it has arrived. Absolutely unacceptable!!! Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! Absolute incompetent drivers!

Terrible company, if I could give them zero stars I would. Never get Roadside Assistance from them. Driver was on a complete power trip, and refused to do the job at first because of a simple typo on the invoice. Then, when he was doing the job, the driver went on a random tangent about how all of this is being recorded right now? Lol driver was here for a LOCKOUT service, not a REPO.

Couldn't have dropped it any more crooked. Thanks for leaving me on a hill with the back tires in the curb and the front end sticking out into the road. Watched the guy jack his bed back and forth for 20 minutes and it just got worse every time he made a move. Send someone that knows what they're doing next time. Truck right behind it was stopped by your sister company and guess what she's perfectly parallel.
I was on my way to see family fresh out of the Army and my car needed to be towed because I had a flat. The tow truck gets there and we agreed on 158 dollars and I paid him. We get to our destination and a dispatcher named Betsy is on the phone telling me they messed up on the pricing and that the cost is actually 870 dollars and if I didn’t pay it then they would impound my car. I feel that it’s wrong to change a price that was agreed and signed on and paid for just because of a mistake made on your end. It would be different if you told me at the beginning that the cost was 870 dollars but you didn’t. Essentially you made a mistake and tried to make me the victim of it when it’s your own fault.
They towed my motorcycle and actually gave me a discounted price by not charging me storage fees. But they took some of my belongings. My backpack that was full of personal stuff and I had just bought 2 bottles of laundry detergent. So that is the reason I'm only giving them a 3 star rating!
We had a bad car accident and they were called on the scene to haul us away. Let me tell you . I would have rather left it there than deal with this company! Nothing but complete gold diggers! All done and said to tow 12 miles and have someone remove it from there yard 450.00!!! That’s just insain! Be ware there out to take every last dime! And take advantage of every bad situation!!. And customer service- throw that out the window!! Tried to come down the next day to check the vehicle over. They wanted to charge me 50.00! Never again!!
They responded to my call quickly, the driver arrived quickly and performed his services in a professional manor, all the while allowing my to warm up in the truck the whole time. If I ever need a vehicle towed in the future, I will call on them again. Thanks tow pros!
Would not let me have my vehicle. J showed them bill of sale, title, motorized letter from the dealership I had bought it from. Proved complete ownership of my vehicle and could not get it without the original title.
I came in to Sturgis for the bike rally and unfortunately got a flat. Tow Pro was the second place I called and by far the best. Betsy the dispatcher was so friendly and helpful on the phone and Matt, the tow truck driver was professional, funny, kind. A big thanks to them for saving the day. Highly recommend!
Donald was able to get my dead Jeep out of tight spot after it got blocked in by another car and then was able to get it dropped off into a really tight spot. Saved me a massive amount of work. Super thankful! These guys do great work and do it fast!
Would not recommend this company. After a family members serious accident a totaled truck was towed at a cost of $3400.00! After many calls to get this taken care of, I was told a different story each call I made. This just racked up more storage costs. A family member could not even help out while the owner of the truck was in the ICU. If this tow would have been handled differently it would have cost us half the price. Customer service was TERRIBLE!
Car broke down on a road trip, so we arranged a tow with Tow Pros through our roadside assistance. Driver arrived promptly, loaded up the car carefully, and even noted that the destination looked strange. Good thing that he did, since the roadside assistance had given them a destination of random used car dealership rather than the mechanic we requested. Great service!
Extremely easy to use! Helped me and my girlfriend when our car broke down in Rapid City and they got us in about 15 min to the shop! Couldn't have been happier with their service
The drive we had Saturday 8/10/19 was great and very helpful. If we ever have problems with our vehicles we will be using tow pros again there drives and customer service are 2nd 2 none. Great job.

When our car got stuck on a hill during a snow storm, I wasn't sure what to do.
Heather was very patient on the phone. I called her multiple times trying to figure things out and they arrived early so we could get back on the road faster. Danny was knowledgeable about the road system and guided us back to the main road.
The kindness and generosity of service here is genuinely appreciated. It would be my first recommendation for towing service in this area.
What a bunch of rude people. After being in a horrific traffic accident, Tow Pros is the company dispatched to tow my vehicle. No problems there. The driver was very friendly and compassionate. So I go to get my personal belongings since my vehicle is a total loss and got cold, rude, demanding service. I forgot that I'd needed to remove my license plates so I didn't bring a screwdriver along, and I asked if I could barrow one from them, and they wouldn't even let us use a screwdriver. Horrible office staff!
KJ showed up promptly with a smile on his face & ready to help us with our car that wouldn't start. He was friendly, kind & knowledgeable. He took his time to explain things & answered our questions. Excellent customer service!
