I called all over the country looking for a good rear drum for my 68 dodge dually. They had what I needed and it was in nice shape, as they described. I also bought a pile of misc parts for the same truck. After a little confusion it was all worked out and I will order from them again. Thank you, Russ, for caring and making everything right.

Bought a set of Impossible to find truck wheels ( I called and searched online for 55 hours looking) for a 61 Studebaker truck. Russ did an OUTSTANDING job packing them onto a small pallet delivered to my local NAPA via freight. The wheels were in EXCELLENT CONDITION ! They are a bit slow in shipping but it was no big deal. There isnt some huge staff waiting to take your call so you have to be patient .... email works best.
Ordered brake part for 1950 Desoto. After 4 months I called and they acted like they overlooked the order and would get it out immediately. That was April. This is Oct. Their voice mail is always full and they will not respond to e mails I send .They scamed me out of $137 . These are dishonest people on mail order business. Avoid them unless you just want to ' donate' money to them. Becky Lewton
This is a great place and I always love going there. Russ and Matt are great men and I always injoy speeding time there. To many great cars and projects to choose from.
I'd give no stars if I could. Paid for parts June 22, it's now July 30. Countless phone calls later, I've heard every excuse in the book from "Bad weather" to "Too busy" to just plain old "Call you back in 10" (of course, no call back.) Great way to run a business guys. Seems like they took great pleasure in putting the screws to me, even after I explained to them that I had a customer of my own waiting for these parts, and now I still have no parts and no choice but to report as fraud to paypal. Really would rather have had the part I needed. DO NOT DEAL with these people.
ON FEB 2/2018 MARK @ MOORE'S CHARGED MY CREDIT WITH $1712.00 FOR INTERIOR PARTS FOR MY DESOTO, HE TOLD ME IT WOULD BE 2-4 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY, I TOLD HIM I HAD ONE DAUGHTER USING CAR FOR WEDDING ON MAY 19 2018, & MY OTHER DAUGHTER WAS GETTING MARRIED JUNE 23,2018.
LATE MARCH I CALLED BACK TO SEE WHEN PARTS ARE COMING, REMINDED HIM OF THE TWO WEDDINGS, HE SAID " OH YEAH I SHOULD SEND THEM TO YOU THIS WEEK" APRIL 2ND I TALKED TO HIM AGAIN & WAS TOLD PARTS WERE ON THE WAY, 18 MORE PHONE MESSAGES WERE SENT, NO RESPONSE , HAD TO RENT A CAR FOR BOTH WEDDINGS, DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, THEY WILL WRECK YOUR LIVES

Place an order for some car parts and promptly paid $200. After 2 weeks, nothing. Called friday prior to memorial day, promised it would ship tuesday after holiday. A week later, nothing. Called last week, said it would ship that day, promised follow up shipping info. Another week, nothing. No calls, no followup, no parts. Called 3 times today. No answer and mail box is full, of course. If I dont get it in 24 hrs, can simply assume ill have to contact visas fraud department. Dont do business here. Bad experience. Never got parts.
I only gave one star because I had to. I paid for parts 7 months ago for a 55 Plymouth. After 4 months I received 3 correct parts and one wrong part. I have contacted Moore's over 12 times in the past 3 months and every time they say "it's on the way" . Now I can't get a phone answered or email response. They have basically stolen my money. Please be careful if dealing with them.
