Gave my credit card over the phone to buy a set of wheels and tires, drove over an hour to pick thrm up to be told they sold them to someone else. Couldn’t be bothered to call with that info. I buy thousands of dollars of parts, but will never trust them again. Hope they’re more honest about past purchases.
Very reasonable on price they knew what they were talking about I'll definitely use again very satisfied!!! They packaged very well no damage in shipping!!
Great people, the guys took the time to explain to me why my current part might not be working and provided me with a replacement. They were patient and very easy to talk to .
These guys are the beez kneez!!! I went from looking for a red headed step child part for weeks, to walking in to this yard and CHAD THE MAN said aaawwwww it's not available, to I can get it tho. WWWHHHAAAATTTTTT!!!! Its a huge boulder off my shoulder, this place is the place to be if you need anything!
Good customer service reasonable prices willing to work with you only thing is about a starter from these guys 2 weeks ago I'm just now getting to where I can take it back off to take it up there because I cranked my vehicle three times and now I can't take it out of park past neutral into drive without doing this horrific screaming sound I'm guessing it's a bad starter so we'll see what they'll do about it and then I'll review that visit as well
I called at 9 am to ask about a part. They told me the had the entire air cleaner system which would contain the part I need for 30 bucks. I thought good price for the whole thing so ya and told them I would arrive to pick it up at 3:30. I arrived and had to wait 30 min for them to go get the part. When it finally came in it was missing the seal from the part I needed. They were nice folks but it was a waste of my time and gas to drive all the way out to there place. It would have been nice if they could have actually looked at the part before trying to sell it to me.
I ordered a throttle pedal position sensor. And they sold me some type of fuel intake valve to 2008 Chevy Malibu!
When I confronted them they said no refunds. These people are something else! I don't recommend them to anyone stay away! They ripped me off!
Well organized and lots of parts. The guys working the front desk are mildly friendly at best. Seems almost like your a bother to them standing there with cash in hand waiting on parts. Other than that the place is great. The guys in the yard are great. They pulled my parts in a timely manner and they are easy to talk to.

I would have preferred getting it locally to support local businesses. Just one more thing. Some posts said someone was rude. You weren't to me. Thanks again for your efforts!
Good selection of impot and domestic parts, pricing is fair and the guy at the counter is always helpfully. The owner is another story, kinda rude and not helpfully at all.
Pretty big place with LOTS of things to choose from. Reasonably priced and very organized. Most of the scrap yards around here don't really know what they have and you have to just kinda wander around digging through and hope you find what you're looking for. One place we went was like that and even charged everyone $1 per person (including children) just to go look. This place has everything inventoried on a computer and can quickly look up what you need. Definitely going here from now on.
Most professional and well organized place in town. They get parts for you quickly and have the best selection in town. Extremely knowledgeable staff. Handles domestic and import parts.
I have the world's rarest car...a 1999 Daewoo Lanos 4 door LOL - and finding parts for it? IMPOSSIBLE.
Until I hooked up with the folks at RIS - they had the parts I needed and they were taken off the donor car and shipped within a week at a reasonable price!!
