Bought a EV from them was a 2024 pre-owned. Asked about the car and mentioned a lot that the biggest reason I was buying it was for the EV credit that was expiring soon. Turns out the car I bought wasn't qualified to get the credit and just found out and missed out on any credit. Purchased the car in June before it went away. Talked to a manager after the fact and they fully knew how the credit worked knowing it fell out side of it due to not being older then two years and being over 25k. Wish that would of been communicated to me at purchase when I asked about it. love the car appreciate it a lot just feel lied to at the time of my sale. Double check anything before you buy.

Absolutely cannot recommend Auto Choice enough. From the very begining to the end of our transaction, they made purchasing a car so easy and pleasant, even when buying from a distance.
We dealt with Kyle and he was kind, professional and really went the extra mile (har har) for us, from ensuring they could get us the car I specifically wanted, and even having it delivered (thanks Dave!) it to eastern SD when our other vehicle died and we couldn't make the drive out to Spearfish.

Thank you all so much for the time and effort that everyone went through to get me my dream car. Absolutely made my year. :)

Definitely only good things to say from our experience!

We were in the market for a MINI Cooper that unfortunately sold the day we expressed interest, but Kyle and the rest of the team were kind enough to find another one for us for a very reasonable price quite quickly after!

Kyle made our buying process very easy which was appreciated as first time buyers~ Dave delivered our car to us in good time and his help on delivery and passion for the dealership was amazing! We would definitely work with them again!

Kyle did a great job with our sale. He worked with us to get it into budget and even helped us with some maintenance after purchase. They have a great selection of vehicles and amazing service.

Worst dealer ever. Absolutely the worst. Made a deal with Kyle on a Friday my daughter got a loan for the agreed upon amount, then on Saturday after telling him we were on our way, after test driving the car, after telling him we'd take the car, he then said he messed up the numbers. and it would be 16000 instead of the agreed upon 15299. Money is definitely more important than there word. ZZZZZERO stars

I recently had my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL serviced at Auto Choice. I took it to there because there was a problem with the Engine Light staying on. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted pleasantly by staff and asked if I needed assistance. Once I explained, they immediately got busy taking care of the issue. Dylan the boss made sure everything went smoothly. They had my jeep for about four days. Before I left the dealership, Dylan, thanked me for my business then said, if there's any issues bring it back to us. That made me feel real good. Well, I've had my jeep back for over a week and there's been no issues. Take it from this Disabled Veteran, I will travel from Rapid City to Spearfish to have Service, Courtesy, and Respect to Auto Choice for my vehicle needs.

Wes was fantastic to work with. Even though we ultimately couldn’t move forward with the purchase due to personal reasons, he went above and beyond to try to make it work for us. Great people all around, and we truly appreciate the time and effort they put in to help us. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back in the future if the opportunity arises.

The scummy salesman blatantly lied about the dealership’s policy on price saying they do not change price when in the last 30 days its listing price had already lowered. I had called a week before saying I had a rough estimate from my credit union on my interest rate. He claimed they could get lower and be more willing to negotiate price since they get a kickback from their financiers. The interest rate was worse and he wouldn’t budge on price. I should have walked out then. Once the paperwork was signed I waited for the wire transfer so I could receive the vehicle. The salesman quit answering my phone calls and could not get confirmation until finally someone else confirmed they had it all along. Title department delayed paperwork resulted in 300 dollars worth of late fees. When I called to check on them I couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Days later the lady left a snotty voicemail saying that they had left me multiple messages. Had they I wouldn’t be calling to get the paperwork in first place. Check engine light and 1500 dollars worth of repairs within 100 miles of leaving the dealership. Luckily covered under factory warranty but the GMC dealership informed me someone had cleared the code rather than having it repaired. Unsatisfactory experience and would encourage everyone to steer clear of this typical shady used car dealer.

Recently purchase a subaru with all the bells and whistles I could hope for. Working with Ben was a delight and made the process very easy. I hope to have my car for a long while but will check them out if the need arises again.

Auto Choice has been an outstanding local resource for both sales and service on my Audis. Without an Audi dealership in the region, their service department has truly been a lifesaver—always prompt with appointments and quick to resolve any issues with professionalism and care. Their sales lot is a showstopper, always stocked with gorgeous vehicles that are hard to resist. If you’re driving by and not in the market for new wheels, you might want to put on your blinders!

We are full time RV travelers and pull a MINI Cooper behind our coach to drive. The MINI was overheating and we needed to get it repaired before moving on to our next destination. we set out early on Thursday hoping I could find a service center to complete the work before leaving. After five tries, we were ready to give up when found ourselves next to Auto Choice. We met Wes and explained our situation. Without any hesitation, he lead us to the service center and asked them to help. Wes even offered a loaner car, incase we need to run some errands. Sarah, at the service center, said the tech was tied up but could take a look at our car after lunch. We came back, the tech diagnosed the issue within a few minutes. They were able to secure the part the next morning. We took the car back in and they had it finished by noon on Friday. During the repair, they allowed us to have a loaner car to take car of moving our coach during the repair. We do not live in the area but the attention Wes, Sarah and team gave us was above and beyond. We would recommend them to anyone needing service on their vehicle. We also will keep Auto Choice in mind when looking to replace our current vehicle. Wherever we are when the time comes, Auto Choice has definitely earned our confidence.

Went and saw the amazing inventory they had to offer and I was more than impressed. You can tell these guys do the right thing when trying to help find you a vehicle. Would recommend to anyone who is nervous when buying vehicles like me.

I bought a 2016 ram 2500 for $30k in March. Well a week went by and a growl noise started to develop. Well I called Ben Schnaible Sales Associate and got "i'll talk to my manager and get back to you." That never happened. So now I have an appointment to get the issue addressed, so happens to be the rear differential is completely shot, metal shavings throughout all of the fluid. It's gonna cost me an another $4k. absolutely amazing to work with !

i had originally applied for a '14 fusion titanium; before wes rath had made rounds to seeing my application, it was sold.
he contacted me right away and let me know it had sold, along with suggesting we shoot for the '15 fusion se he did still have !
he was able to get me approved (bonus points as it's a local bank financing me) the DAY that we spoke.

being my first vehicle purchase completely by myself, wes was upfront with the very minor vehicle damage; hail + a few scuffs and bumps. for the age, i knew that would most likely be, but i completely appreciated his honesty about it !
wes went above and beyond to get me set straight and assure the vehicle would be safe to put my daughter in; he will be fixing the small issues, along with a free detail and we even got set up on an extended warranty !!

everything checked out mechanically wise, he was able to provide proof of services that auto choice had done AND the previous owners.

overall, wes was very no pressure & listened to every question, comment and concern that i voiced.

i cannot wait to return for purchase number 2 !

Thanks to Cedrick my review is gonna be a positive one, it was a lil rough at first bc the car ran into some issues that were there when I bought the vehicle but thankfully Cedrick had my back and made sure while my car was getting worked on to get me a temp vehicle since I have kids and any charges that I had for the thing they tried fixing at first and it fixed nothing I got refunded in full, thankfully I did have the warranty so it did help cover cost but the manager was willing to work with me with discounts if it did have to go that route but thankfully they got it all fixed under the warranty and now I got my car looking real nice on the exterior and interior, can for sure say that I’m a happy customer even tho the first few weeks were a bit rough again thanks Cedrick you were the best and great to work with! Kyle was an incredible help! He got me into a Subaru Forester which I love. He made our experience buying the car a breeze and he wasn't pushy at all. I worked with Kyle to replace my hail totaled truck. Got a sweet truck with low mileage and a good price. Had some surprise heater issues, and not only did they fix it, they gave me a loaner vehicle while they did the repair. This is my second vehicle from Auto Choice, and both purchases went smooth with a positive experience.

This dealership was awesome. Ben was the one who called me first and took the time to listen for exactly what we are looking for. Even if I was looking at his competitors in the area, he took the extra step and checked the car facts for that vehicle at the other lot. That instantly told me we weren't going to treated like a number. When we got there it just got better from there. The quality and the inventory of the cars was mesmerizing. We were able to try different vehicles got car facts on each one and ended up with this Chevy. If you don't want pressure and you want to get what you want, go here. .... A year later the bumper to bumper warranty I was offered from here is worthless. I am stuck with a car that needs major work now which now confirmed my nightmare with financing. We are now ruined.

Picked up our 2014 Honda Pilot yesterday from Gary Tripp at Auto Choice. Had a beautiful drive from Billings, MT to Spearfish through the Black Hills. This was the best deal we found anywhere online for the vehicle we wanted. These guys made the process simple, provided our bank what they needed for financing, and had us in and out in 40 minutes, including our test drive. We made sure we could get the financing from our bank before putting down our non-refundable deposit to hold the vehicle. I highly recommend Auto Choice to anyone looking for a recent model car at a competitive price.
