We have used this service multiple times over the years and these guys ALWAYS pull through! Even in the worst weather and stressful situations they always arrive in good time and do a great job. The price is more than fair and they do an incredible job with repairs. The process is also very easy. I would recommend them highly to anyone!
Piece of garbage customer service! We went fishing around Waubay area. Our car got stuck in mud and their company was the closest to our location (13 mins away). We explain our situation and Google pinned our location to him. He tells us he knows the area well and will be there in a bit, but never shows up (we waited almost two hours). Within this time, we have been calling him back a couple of times to check up on him. The guy tells us doesn't know exactly where we're at (we had already text our pinned location). Luckily, a friendly farmer around the area saw us and helps pull us out. Called the company back to not come (remind you, we waited almost 2hrs already) and he proceeds to cussed us out, dropping F bombs and telling us "to go home and not come back" (tones of racism). Make sure to call another company. This business does not believe in customer service and do not deserve your money. We communicated in a civilized manner the whole time, while he was using a condensending tone that did not sit well with us. And on another note, when we asked for a quote on the towing fee, he told us it would be a minimum of 200 plus a 150 cleaning fee since we were in mud and he would have to clean his truck later. Idk if that was fair or not but we were willing to pay to get out. Good luck to those who call them or better yet, just call another company.
We had a flat tire and a spare that turned out to be no good while driving through on a Saturday afternoon. Everyone was closed. Through friends, we were able to get ahold of this business and they were able to have someone come and tow us to a tire place and help coordinate that business’ staff to come in off hours to get us a new tire so we could still make out Sioux Falls destination on time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! So very thankful for their service after hours!
I drove from Sioux Falls to Aberdeen to visit 2 long lost friends I hadn't seen in over 20 yrs. On my way home, I lost all power in my vehicle by the time I hit Webster. I was able to contact Ballert Auto who, thankfully, was affiliated with AAA towing. He had to tow my vehicle back to Sioux Falls. Very nice gentleman. Very pleased with the help & service.
