Everyone was super helpful on the phone, and when we went to the store. They knew what was wrong with the car immediately and helped us fix it no problem. 10/10 best place for minor car issues in Vermillion!
The people who work here are great! They are always helpful, kind, and go above and beyond! The prices are very reasonable here and they have pretty much anything you could be looking for. I definitely recommend going here!
Had a great experience at O’Reilly’s! They were very friendly and very helpful. Before I checked out, he went outside to my vehicle to make sure I was purchasing the correct bulb. They even helped me install the part I needed for my vehicle.

Amazing customer service. Angel helped me when my car wouldn't start. It's my first week in Vermillion and in a very stressful situation away from home, Angel helped me buy a new battery and installed it for me, all while making me and my friend laugh the whole time. I'm very grateful for his help and amazing personality, and I know that there is a good place in town to go if I need help again. ANGEL, YOU'RE AN ANGEL!!!
Angel is one of the best workers and very helpful guy. He goes above and beyond. Just went in for some wipers and washer fluid. Angel offered to install the wipers. I said yes while installing wipers he topped off my washer fluid. He noticed a cracked pcv hose and helped offered to help replace the broken hose. Thanks Angel
Angel was amazing helping my sister and I. He also helped us figure out how to get my car fixed. He made sure my sister was taken care of and we had everything we needed.
Angel was the best! My AC wasn’t working and he had no problem coming out and helping me figure out what was wrong and even call some people to help me fix it. Definitely coming back when if I run into more issues with my car! Helped the whole being a college girl who’s having car issues stereotype not even feel like a thing!!

Overall an amazing experience. Our car had lost power and we couldn’t go home. Fred and Angel help us so much. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything worked out for us and our problem was taken care of. The only place I will be going when I have problems.
Recently ran into some car trouble, and my brakes completely failed on me. Angel at the O’Reillys in Vermillion was a life saver!!! I was in the parking lot nearby, trying to get my brakes fixed Even after the store closed, Angel drove by checked on me to see if I needed any help! Then he went above and beyond, and got me a tool from his house that I needed, returned and stayed to help me finish the job. If Angel is not already in management, he definitely shows management potential and skills and definitely cares a lot about his customers. Highly recommend working with him to anyone else who needs help with their vehicle and getting parts.
Terrible store that refuses to honor warranty and has horrible customer service the guy in there is the most useless person I’ve ever met terrible quality parts as well everything I’ve bought there doesn’t last more than a hour go to autozone
I visited the store right when they opened to explore some issues my car was having. While the store didn't have the right size battery, the manager was exceptionally helpful helping navigate the next steps. I ended up buying an alternator and belt, which was fantastic since I was in a time crunch. Great service!
I purchased a Blue Streak MAF sensor for my 2000 camaro. The help i recieved was phenomenal! The staff at Oreilly knew exactly what i needed and had it on hand! Exceptional service, knowledge and friendly! The product worked instantly for a great price! I've been burning rubber ever since! Way to go ladies and gentleman! You guys are phenomenal!
I went in to get a replacement bulb for my headlight and a nice gentleman, Jacob, was awesome and helped me get it replaced. Was super nice and quickly got the job done!
Great service. My wife went to have the battery tested as to why the car has needed a few Jumpstarts. Instead, they helped with suggestions as to why it may not be the battery saving us an unnecessary purchase. We'll go with trouble shooting suggestions and are thankful for the help. Good Honest service!
Price match was great to "start", later many conditions were put on. Now if you want to price match it has to be a national chain(brick and mortar store) I have done a lot of business there but having reservations about spending anymore money there.
I have been here a couple times in the past couple years. I really like this store. The employees are always more than willing to help you. They are very attentive and address me and everyone I have personally seen coming into the store. The prices are good. This is a good store for the city. Man Vermillion sure is growing.
My fiancé and I were driving thru South Dakota and our transfer case went out and they delivered fluid to us on the side of the highway! And then we made it to the store a store and they were so helpful in us finding a transmission shop and help with everything! And Kris was amazing!!! Thank you!
