They towed my car because it didn’t have a parking tag. These guys were cool when i went to go pick my car up charges are low vary respectable company right here guys highly recommend getting towed by them than anyone else 🤙🏿

The driver that helped my daughter this morning was amazing. She got a flat tire on her way back to vermillion after working an overnight shift. She's 18 and called me frantic. I live in Iowa and had to Google search to find someone to call. I called Redi towing, they were great on the phone, got right out to my daughter, got her spare on and back on the road. He also reminded her what speed she should drive at with the donut and with her that was a reminder needed. Thank you so much!!
Very friendly and caring the whole way through from dispatch to the tow truck driver. Got my old girl hooked up and delivered home for me. Haven’t had to use a tow truck in forever and then had family that did it. Grateful for you to come out and help as busy as I know you are. Thanks so much I would highly recommend
Had car trouble driving through Vermillion late on Christmas Eve. No repair shops open until after Christmas, but Steve came out quickly, towed the car, and got me and my dog to a hotel. Very professional and friendly--made a stressful situation, less so. (Relatives picked us up the next day so we could enjoy Christmas!)
Reasonable prices. Hopefully we won't be in this situation again, but if we are, I'll call Redi Towing.
Worst customer service, and least professional experience I have EVER had. On Wednesday (yesterday), I called to ask the price of getting our car out of impound. It had been brought in Tuesday night as it broke down on the side of the highway. I was told “$90 plus $25 & taxes for every day it sits”. The receptionist was condescending and defensive the entire time, even though I never raised my voice or was rude to her. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, thinking she was just having a bad day. We went to pick it up today, and the price had increased to $240. All we did was ask questions, we were not yelling or being rude, but she told me “I don’t get paid enough to get screamed at, my boss tells me to be a ***** to people”. I asked why I had been told $90 on the phone, and she said that it was because I never asked for the “total”. I had only asked for the price. (Is this a law office???) The tow itself was $110 so I don’t know where the “$90” even came from. She charged us for 3 days of storage even though the vehicle was there for less than 48 hours. My mother, who was generous enough to help us out, called her just to question and confirm the price. My mom was very respectful about it, and the first thing the lady said to her was “Oh my god, why are you the second person calling about this who doesn’t own the car? Why are you giving me the Spanish Inquisition?” My mom was paying for it so she had the right to call and ask. Overall, I am utterly appalled by this woman’s attitude towards customers. Every single thing I said or asked seemed to tick her off. Everyone has rough times, and we’re in one right now. All we expected was a little kindness in a frustrating situation. As someone who works in customer service, I can tell you 100% she would never get hired at my job. We’re genuinely saddened by this experience. THIS DOES NOT SPEAK FOR THE SIOUX FALLS LOCATION. We called there to place a complaint. Their receptionist was so kind and understanding. Talking to him was the one moment of relief in this awful day. He deserves a raise. Thank you, whoever you are! We appreciate you!

Had the misfortune of having my car impounded by these guys sure know how to drain your wallet! Apparently when you’re car breaks down in an inconvenient spot these guys come to make sure you cant pay for any repairs that need to be made. Also they have a very nasty receptionist who’ll describe the way you were misinformed on price the most condescending way possible. She also was very up front ab the fact that they arent up front about pricing over the phone to intentionally screw you over. In fact, I was informed by her that the business owner told her to be rude to customers intentionally. My nightmare wasn’t over when I got away from her though, had my car towed to the wrong spot and had to correct the tow guy to which he sighed and reattached my car without proper equipment and scratched up my muffler on the concrete.
Fun fact: Business owned by desperate Nigerian prince.
Made my way to Vermillion after having to get off of the Interstate with car trouble during a road trip. Called Redi Towing from my hotel first thing this morning and Steve quickly came to tow my car to a mechanic shop for me. Steve was friendly, professional, and quick, and the price for in-town towing was very reasonable. He even sent a follow up text to let me know he'd dropped my car off at the shop for me. Very pleased with my experience and would recommend Redi Towing to anyone.
A gentleman named Steve came and helped me when I shredded a tire on a business trip that was taking me across the country. He was cheerful, courteous and professional in every way. No one likes to have to call a tow truck because that means something has gone very wrong. Redi Towing made it as painless as possible and I was truly grateful. On a slightly different topic, the lady that answered the phone when I called was also very professional and very sweet.

I was delivering a horse and the young man at Redi towing went above and beyond to get us all off the interstate and some where to get a tire. If you ever need a tow around vermilion, this is the place.
I tell you what, I am a proud member of AAA and I have the RV Plus. I have used my membership service a few times over the years. I have a couple little older vehicles that I have vowed to drive till the wheels fall off. You get great peace of mind if you are driving something not as reliable as one would think. Anyways, I had Redi Towing that took my call on behalf of AAA a couple months back. It was in a State Parking lot so they sent Redi operator Steve out to get me all taken care of. I had left this car here and had to meet him. He was early, and super nice and friendly to deal with. Redi Towing sure is good. I have had two Redi drivers come get me over the years for whatever reason. Redi Towing is legit and are great to deal with thanks Redi and Steve!
I have a 1995 Chevy Cargo Van, that I have been using for over 15 years to help people out by hauling things for them. As you can see this van is dear to me, as I have named it Squeaky. On a nice day in March, I decided to take Squeaky out after its winter hibernation. Squeaky was not ready to come out of hibernation and stalled out on Cottage St. and would not start. With some help from friends, we were able to push Squeaky to a curb, where it could stay the night. I contacted Redi Towing the next day and much to my relief, they came with a flat bed. The tow truck driver was very professional and treated Squeaky with much care as he pulled the van gently onto the flat bed. He reassured me the van was going to get home in good shape. He unloaded Squeaky into my driveway with much care again. I cannot express enough my thankfulness to Redi Towing, from the receptionist helping me over the phone, to the driver getting Squeaky home safely. Squeaky and I are looking forward to helping many more people in the future. Redi Towing, you're the best!
Very unfriendly desk service, and their sign does NOT read Reliable Towing and Roadside, it reads Redi Towing in case that was confusing to anyone else.
Very Professional reasonable rate.
They were able to get my children and I out of a ditch with ease. We were back on road within 45 mins (some time wait till they reached us 30 miles out) if ever stuck these guys do great service I highly recommend.
