I was headed from Fargo to Huron on business and hit a deer around 7:00pm out in the middle of nowhere, about 30 miles from Huron. Rudy's came out, picked me up and towed my vehicle to Huron. They stored my vehicle in their lot overnight and dropped me off at my hotel. The next day they picked me up at my hotel, hooked up my vehicle and towed it back to Fargo. Just when when you thought my story was over; after they dropped my vehicle off at a repair shop they gave me a lift to pick up my rental vehicle. These guys are incredible!
Rudy what a guy! Had to get a tow and got me back to his yard out my truck in his secure yard. Gave me a ride to a hotel late Friday night and picked me up Monday morning to get towed to Watertown SD Peterbilt. Did a perfect job and I recommend him and his company highly!
Locked my keys in my car like a dummy and shalane came to help. She was really nice and sweet and funny. She wasn't to late and presented herself professionally. She'll definitely be the one I call next time.
My boys were in an accident (9 hours from home) where their car was totaled and Rudy's quickly and professionally responded. In addition, Rudy's went above and beyond when we realized something was left in the car. They went to get it before it was released to the insurance company and mailed it to us. Rudy's towing was prompt and worked with perseverance and creativity to get my car out. I could see he has a good working relationship with the local law enforcement who stopped and directed traffic. He made sure my children and I were taken care of before continuing on with his day. I was certainly satisfied with this company's work.

Awesome service. We popped in because we could not get our front tags off and they dropped what they were doing to help us out. Old tags off and new tags on! Friendly folks.
In response to the 1 star raters from the brokers point of view on this very same load. Rudy's Towing & Recovery did exactly what they were asked to do and in a timely fashion. Helped us get out of a huge mess with our customer in getting this freight returned. Would highly recommend if you are in need of help in this area.

Rudy’s cane and got me out of snow so many times, I’ve seen them help the elderly and not charge them a dime. Rudy’s has been I. Business for over 30 years and has had a five star rating until obvious trolls from CA started harassing him and giving bad reviews. Some people don’t want to pay a bill, they want hand outs.
Rudy's is one of the best towing companies and in regards to all the bashing everyone is doing supporting Marko I have this to say. There are two sides to every story and you are only going by "hear say". You do not know the situation. The semi and trailer were submerged in the water due to the flooding in this area. There arent any towing companies that would do a job like that for 500.00. When doing recoveries like that the towing companies charge by the hour from start to finish. The truck and trailer were recovered right away but since the truck was submeged in the water it would not run. A true business man (Marko) would be professional and not act in the manner he is. Those of you who say you support Marko have never done business with Rudy's and you do not know him as a person. If you did you would know he is a hard working and decent person. Sorry if Marko thinks he has been wronged but instead of bashing and making threats he should just get this resolved

Do not do any business with this company. They Over-charging and hold your equipment hostage. Run run run seek help elsewhere.
I completely recommend Rudy's Towing 110% more, over Lincoln Auto! Lincoln Auto were mean over the phone and wanted to make us wait over 4-5 hours-- insane?! So we called Rudy's Towing service and they came to our rescue right away. Our car had overheated on the highway; we were 1 hour away from Huron and we needed to tow it back to town. They were very helpful, friendly, they made us feel safe along they way and they were VERY professional.
