DO NOT EVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE WHEN IT COMES TO BUYING A VEHICLE FROM THEM. MY HUSBAND WENT IN AN INQUIRED ABOUT A VEHICLE. HE WAS TOLD THAT THE 2010 NISSAN ALTIMA ONLY NEEDED A BATTERY. WE GO AND GET THE BATTERY 2 EMPLOYEES COME OUT 1 SITS IN DRIVERS SEAT AND CRANKS THE CAR UP THEN HE STATED HE WANTED TO DRIVE IT AROUND THE PARKING LOT WELL HE WAS THEN CALLED INSIDE TO FILLNOUT SOME PAPER WORK THATS WHEN HE NOTICED A TIRE WAS FLAT. HE ASKED IF THEY HAD AN AIR COMPRESSOR. THEY DIDNT SO AT THIS POINT HES HOLDING THE TITLE AND THEY ARE HOLDING THE CASH. HE LEAVES TO GO GET AN AIR COMPRESSOR AND ALL THE EMPLOYEES LEFT THE OFFICE IT WAS RIGHT AT 6. ONCE WE PUMPED THE TIRE UP I WENT TO PULL OUT INTO THE ROAD AND IT WAS LIKE THE MOTOR WAS FIXING TPO JUMP UP THRU THE HOOD AND THE CAR LOST ALL IT'S POWER . IT CUT OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD. THE NEXT MORNING MY HUSBAND RETURNS TO THE OFFICE. TELLS THEM WHAT HAPPENED AND THEY START TELLING HIM WHAT PARTS HE NEEDS AND WHERE HE CAN GET IT FIXED .AFTER STATING IT WAS SOLD AS IS. NO RETURNS!! NOW WHEN HE ENTERED THEIR OFFICE THE DAY B4 ON A DRY ERASE BOARD THEY HAD ALL VEHICLES LISTED AND WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THEM. THE CAR HE PURCHASED SAID THE SAME AS THOSE WOMEN. CAR NEEDS A BATTERY. NOT TO MENTION WE PAID 1300$ FOR THE CAR THEN WE PAID 225$ FOR THE BATTERY and IT COST US 400$ TO ADD IT TO INSURANCE. ITS A MONTH LATER AND THE CAR HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP WE WERE SHIT OUT THE CASH AND ALL TO FIND OUT AFTER WE REPLACED MOTOR MOUNTS, PRESSURE CONTROL SOLENOID, SHIFT SOLENOID, STATER MOTOR THAT THE TRANSMISSION IS STILL IN LIMP MODE AND ITS PROBABLY SHOT. NOW WE KNOW WHY THE LITTLE TINY GIRL STAYED SITTED IN DRIVER SEAT WHILE THE BIGGER GIRL KEPT GETTING MY HUSBANDS ATTENTION DIVERTED WITH FILLING OUT PAPER WORK. THEY DENIED THAT ANYTHING WAS WRONG WITH CAR OTHER THAN IT NEEDED A BATTERY BUT SOON AS THEY OPENED BACK UP THEY KNEW WHAT PARTS IT NEEDED AND WHO COULD FIX IT WHEN WE DIDNT WANT IT. SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER THAN BUYING ANYTHING FROM A PLACE THAT WILL LITERALLY LOAN YOU 600$ ON CAR TITLE BUT U PAY BACK 230$ A MONTH FOR 24MONTHS THAT IS CRIMINAL. OVER $5520 IS WHAT YOU WOULD PAY THEM ON A 600$ LOAN. NO ONE BUT A CROOK OR THIEF COULD CHARGE PEOPLE THIS AND BE ABLE TO SLEEP AT NIGHT
This is for sure the place to go! Of all of the auto money's around, Kingstree is the best. There are not enough words to describe how grateful I am to have had such a great experience there. The staff make it such a fun and personal environment. Lexi was the one who helped my grandma and I, and I can't rave enough about how awesome she was and how smooth she made the process. 10/10 recommend. If you're in the area, definitely stop by! Heck, even if you aren't, it's worth the drive!!!

Was very nervous about making this call. Spoke with Hollie and she ensured me that she would help me every step of the way. She is very good at her job. Not once did i question anything she was telling me; she did an awesome at explaining the process. Very sweet and kind person. Definitely very passionate about her job. Anytime I need to call I will be sure to ask for Hollie.

If i could give more than 5 stars i totally would! The young lady that helped me was Hollie. She was amazing help and outstanding. Great attitude and I could definitely tell she loved her job. I wish there were more people like her in this world. But, great environment all around. 10/10 recommend them for sure!!
