This is the WORST PLACE 2 buy a car from. He sold my brother a bad car that messed up in 2 days, he paid cash for the car.Then he blocks me from Facebook so my post would not been seen We spoke with them on Friday and they was willing to give 1500 or another vehicle but come the following Tuesday we get the run around and he (Keem ) says if I didn’t take the review down he wasn’t sending the 1500 he agreed. He would never get on the phone with me and speak like a tel business owner. I would not recommend or suggest this car lot to anyone. I will also doing some research to make sure what he did was legal because I was told the car was not the actual owner he was selling it for someone else. I understand it’s by here pay here but have a heart and good customer service. If you are looking for a dealership that’s just. Takes your money, don’t care about the vehicles they are selling or you just have money to give away then this is the place. 1500 is not even half of what my brother paid.People work hard for the money so I don’t want anyone else going though what my family member is dealing with. 4K wasted. SMH And now I’m blocked on fb for speaking the truth. I had to leave at least a 1 star to post but if I could I wouldn’t have. The 1500 was never sent you stopped responding to Nicole from what she told me. I sent the cash app tag, your right you don’t have to do anything by law but how does that make your business look. I can screenshot where I sent tha cash app, no I’m not gonna take the post down because no one deserves what you did, yes your cars are as is but you knew that car wasn’t working. My post stated the 1500 or another car but when I called Tuesday it was a different story you didn’t take the call or get on the phone but you have a good day SIR. You needed the money that bad. You know it’s lies that’s why you blocked my post on your fb page. Asking me to take my review down because you know u sold a lemon. Don’t shop at this car lot.
I’d like to share my experience with Warranty Auto Sales. After following their page for a few months and seeing mostly positive reviews, I decided to reach out about a 2015 Chevy Malibu they had listed for $4,500. Nicole, who was pleasant to speak with, initially tried to hold the vehicle for me since I was traveling a long distance to see it. However, when I arrived, she informed me that the owner had decided not to hold it, and someone else was already test-driving the car.
Since I was already there, I took the time to browse other vehicles on the lot. Unfortunately, I was somewhat disappointed by the overall condition of the inventory. Many of the cars had noticeable cosmetic issues, including scratches, dents, paint wear, torn interiors, damaged bumpers, and missing door handles. I took photos of a few of them as well.
It’s clear that the dealership focuses on offering low-cost vehicles, likely catering to buyers who need an affordable option for basic transportation. However, based on what I saw, I believe the pricing could be even more reflective of the condition of the cars.
While there, I also observed a couple of customers expressing frustration over paperwork issues that reportedly led to DMV or law enforcement complications. Additionally, one of the staff members was quite unapproachable and barely acknowledged me when I greeted him.
Overall, I’d advise potential buyers to proceed with caution. If you’re considering purchasing from Warranty Auto Sales, I highly recommend bringing a mechanic to inspect the vehicle beforehand. If you're looking for a car in excellent condition with no mechanical or cosmetic concerns, this may not be the best place to shop.
I have purchased two cars from them, friendly, professional and no hassles. Also the process was super easy and fast. The most important thing is their cars are good cars at a very reasonable price

Ive bought two cars from here. I found them to be honest and any issues that came up he fixed with no question ask. My warranty said "as is" but he stood by his car and made sure I was good.
I brought a van from them. Great customer service. The process wasnt long and drawn out at all. I will say make sure you make your payments. I was behind one payment before my last payment and they came and got that shhhhh. ONE HR AWAY LOL. I had a good experience with them. Will purchase from them again?
