Called to get information about how the process worked as far as selling a junk car. The guy that answer the phone was very unprofessional and rude. When asked if I did not agree with the price quoted to me would I be charged a milage fee if I declined the offer. He said " if you don't want to sell it then there is no reason for me to come out. I saw this commercial on News Channel 7, so I would have expected more professionalism.
