They have listed a couple of the 2020 ford transit 250 online for $3000. I called today and asked for the one with 43971 miles and the 55063 miles. She lied and said, “ those transactions are sold, and we can give you an another one for $3500”. I told her why is it listed online which I have been seeing them for the past 2 weeks. They are trying to dodge customers, they don’t owner their listed prices and want to rip off your pockets and ask for more money. Please refer to the attached pictures posted with this comment.
So last week Friday 8/22/25 I put a down payment on an engine which was 3500 I put down 500 they told me my engine will be ready on Tuesday. I called Tuesday they said they were back up to give them till Thursday. I am a truck driver so I have been down for two weeks so time was not on my side. I still decided to wait on them today is Thursday I called them at 9:30 they told me to give them 20 min to call back an hour went by no call when I called them back now they said engine will not be ready till Monday. Which is unacceptable and Monday is a holiday. So these people where just giving me the run around I knew something was wrong it does not take that long to get an engine out of a car. When I asked they never gave me a reason why it took so long . I went back on the car-parts website and to my surprise they had the same engine in there not for 6000. They never intended to sell me the engine because they wanted to charge more money. Why would you advertise some for one price and when I bought it you decided to raise the price and in the process waste my time and money.. that is not right and not fair to anyone.
Don’t even think about doing business with these people, list pictures of part then try to scam you selling something entirely different!!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE... If i could have given no stars, i would've done it. They took payment for parts, and never shipped them out. They do not respond when asked what happened to the parts. They have not given any tracking info. They leave you on hold for 20 plus minutes at a time, if they even answer the phone at all. The absolute shadiest business i have ever dealt with.
Called Friday about a transmission for an Infiniti. The man that answered said it was available, said I would call back. Called back later that day, girl answered and said she talked to the owner and it was and old stock number and was sold. 5 days later ad still on internet, called back to see what the deal was, same girl now said that it is available. After 5 days of getting the runaround would not budge on the price. BAD BUSINESS!
Seems they haven’t gotten any better. Wanted me to put a deposit down via zelle/cash app no honest business asks that. When I asked can you not take card they said no and said can you hold on a sec put me on hold for 20mins before I hung up.
I called twice about 2 fenders they had showing online and asked if they were perfect that I was driving 2 hrs to come get them Catherine said yes they were. Drove 2 hrs and both fenders were total junk. Do not waste your time here and I see why they do not deliver, because they do not want to waste their time.
I am so glad that I read the reviews on this scam operation BEFORE I sent them the Credit card info via email for a transmission and shipping. The claim was that it had 14, 328 miles but from what I have learned here, that is likely untrue and delivery is sketchy at best as well. My internal fraud alert detection was going off after speaking with their uninformed staff on the phone, ( when or if they even answered!)

Tried to order a transmission from this company a week ago and it still hasn't shipped after being told it was pulled and would go out Thursday or Friday last week. Can't get ahold of them on the phone after giving credit card information and assurance it would be shipped last week. No tracking, nothing..
just be careful if you value your time! check 10 maybe more times before you go this area is a real garbage dump from the yard to the office (they deceive in the price by phone one when you arrive the other, the availability of spare parts) if it was fashionable to put -1 would put -2

Absolutely pathetic, called about a transmission on Thursday they told me they needed a day to pull it, I told them that was ok I couldn’t pick it up till the following Monday, they called back on Friday the next day and said it was ready, I told them thank you I will be there Monday to pick it up, I get there Monday and it’s not even been pulled from the car not to mention the only take cash and they are there hrs away, I would not recommend anyone doing business with this company, they waste your time and operate with poor business practices.
we drove 3 hours to buy diesel motor that had 90,000 miles on engine, paid $8300 for engine. when we got engine home to start putting in truck we seen writing on fuel filter and it said 5/14/22 milage 214300 wrote on fuel filter where previous owner had a service done on engine., the fuel filter was turned against motor side and was not able to see to writing on it till we started turning it off and could see it wrote on it. these people are not honest and cannot be trusted, we took engine back and got our money back but lost valuable time and money going up and down the road to get motor and return motor back. beware of these people.;
This place is a SCAM. I bought a transmisson for a 2011 Ford F550 over a month ago and paid them $1950 they shipped a broken transmission and ever since then they are giving me a run around to send a replacement. I have been told only lies everyday by Roger and everyone else in this place that the replacement transmission is shipped and I will get the tracking number end of the day. This has been going on for more than 3 weeks now and I am tired of their lies. The only way to deal with these scammers is to write reviews about them online everywhere and dispute the payment made to them with the credit card company. This is utter nonses that someone has to deal with after spending $1950.
Called at 8 when they opened for a axle shaft told them then I was over an hour away so I wanted to make sure they had it ready. Arrived at 10:30 to get and it isn't pulled from the truck and was told it would be closer 5 when it was supposedly ready for second time because they wanted to clean first. Horrible place do not risk doing business with them
Promised for two weeks that they would deliver the door.... next day, next day, next day. Poor girl answering the phone is top notch but everything is funneled through the "manager I can hear in the background on every call". Very poor business principles at play with this place. Manager is very rude and VERY high/over priced.
I called about a part they have listed on the internet. They have it priced for $165 on the website, but when I called, it was a different story. She quoted me $200, so I told her it was listed at a different price. She put me on hold to talk to her manager, and when she came back the 2 they had listed at $165 "were already sold".... Very disappointed with this company!
Ordered a door 2 weeks ago called and for a week and a half they said it was on the truck and then manager said he was gonna deliver personally then called back and they said they couldn’t get it which therefore has put our repair 2 weeks behind if you don’t have it just don’t tell people that it is on the truck when you know it actually isn’t especially for 2 weeks. Will never use again.
God does not answer his phone he lives beside the shop I walked around just to knock on the door he was on the porch see me walking went inside and would not answer the door when all I wanted to do was to talk the guy is extremely unprofessional do not take vehicle here don't even try to do business with him the most unprofessional place I have ever seen
I tried calling multiple times in regards to a post of a vehicle they posted on facebook marketplace and I kept being sent to a full voicemail. I finally got through but it took calling for 2 days all day long to finally speak to someone rather than be forwarded to a full voicemail.
Lied and was miss quoted on the phone drove 50 mile was told a seat for a truck would be 150$ and when we got there and found a set it was 600$ don’t waist your time with this place
I called about a perfect tailgate they had listed on Facebook market place. They quoted me $500. I sent a friend to pick it up (2 hour drive) when he arrived back at my house I realized they gave him a different tailgate. (Dented, painted, not the pictured tailgate) I called immediately only for them to tell me the one I originally asked about had been sold weeks in advance. (Meaning they completely lied a few hours earlier when I originally called and was given the quote) After two weeks of phone tag they promised to send me ”some money” in the mail to make up for the difference. I never received anything and have been blown off multiple times. I am not the type to leave a negative review but this case was just terrible service. If the issue is ever resolved I will update my review.
They just responded to a call I placed. They said a hour to a hour and a half. They showed up in 45 min. The tech had me up and running in like 15 min flat. I wish I could have gotten his name but to the entire company thank you
RIP OFF!!! For towing of truck and trailer (<5 mi), setup & prep and cleanup of fuel spill (<60 gal), load recovery from one trailer to another, and storage, the owner was asking $28,500...ridiculous. I told the insurance adjuster to deal with him because that was literally highway robbery.
Always have used these guys . Many times, and always have been fast , quick and courteous. Have know the Parrish family so many years and will always consider them friends and excellent professional business owners ...would recommend Pat to help.anyone at any time.
I called this vendor to get pricing to a road service for my broke down tractor trailer and the person on the other end told me he couldn't discuss prices and then hung up on me. bad business
