Hook and roll really did it… They’re awesome and the tow truck driver was so sweet and helpful… Came out in the middle of the night 1 o’clock in the morning and told me to where I had to go
This business is a scam. They tow your car to a different address than is on their business card. They wait 3 days to return your phone call, and are rude to the customer.
They will not call my insurance back after calling twice everyday since the accident. They want to suck every penny they can with their corrupt practices. Never use hook n roll towing.... ever!!! They are infuriating
My car all of a sudden would not start while I was at a grocery store parking lot. I called Hook N Roll Towing and Chad went above and beyond to help me. He was very patient and professional and I truly appreciate it. 5 stars PLUS. I would recommend this company to anyone needing reliable assistance!
Quick response, was up front on pricing and how long it would take them to get to me. Towed and placed my broken vehicle where I wanted it in my driveway. A lifesaver. Also, this was after 5 on a Saturday. Unheard of to have a quick response like that on a weekend.
Wonderful service! When my car left me stranded at a red light the tow truck driver showed up quickly and provided wonderful, friendly service! Fee was very very reasonable and I felt like it was definitely worth the amount of service provided. Would highly recommend.
They definitely came through for me. I needed them at 3 something in the am ... I recommend them definitely and I didn't feel out of place or scared . My driver was very pleasant and got there fast.
He came when I needed. He didn't have me waiting a long time. His exact words, "I'm here for y'all" wonderful service. Will definitely call again when I need a tow.
